알파 시티 스위트 (Alpa City Suites) - 만다웨

객실 와이파이를 기대한건 무리였나봅니다.

주변은 그다지 번화가는 아니고 아무것도 없습니다. 모든 문제는 택시를 타고 나가셔서 해결해야 할 것 같구요. 룸 상태나 조식 상태에 대한 좋은 후기가 많던데 개인적으로 가격대비 그다지 추천할만한 곳은 아닌듯 합니다. 조식은 생각보다 너무 부실했구요. 룸 상태는 그냥 깔끔하긴 했으나 가격대비에 비하면... 세부로 오는 날 하루는 그냥 저렴한 곳에서 자보자고 예약했는데, 저라면 그냥 공항 옆의 워터프론트막탄에서 자는것도 나쁘지 않을 것 같네요. 비슷한 가격이라면, 가격대비 워터프론트가 나을듯 싶습니다. ^^

위치, 서비스, 객실 청결도 등등 모든 것이 완벽했던 알파시티스위트 ! 호텔 주변에는 딱히 볼게 없지만, 택시를 타고 조금만 나가면 아얄라몰, SM시티 등등도 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들이 너무 친절했던 점이 가장 맘에 들었구요~! 조식은 그냥 그랬지만 ㅜㅜ 그래도 재이용 의사 있습니다!

세부시티의 쇼핑몰, 마사지샵, 항구 등과 택시로 이동이 간편해 아주 편리했으며, 가격 대비 매우 훌륭한 객실과 서비스를 보여주었네요. 1층 로비의 식당 메뉴들도 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 향후 세부에 들르게 되면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다 ^^

우선 다른 호텔과는 다르게 방에 싱크대와 전자렌지가 있는점이 색달랐다 ! 게다가 큰 냉장고까지 ~ ㅋㅋㅋ 주변 쇼핑몰에서 사온 음식이나 간식거리들을 냉장고 안에 보관할수 있어서 정말 좋았다 ^.^ 이 호텔은 세부시티안에 존재해서 막탄(공항근처)에 있는 호텔들에 비해서 아얄라나 SM의 접근성이 매우 좋았다 ! (이 몰들의 중간에 호텔이 위치함 !) 친절한 가드와 하우스키퍼들, 또한 인상적이였다 ~ 항상 외출할때 방번호를 물어보고 택시를 잡아주고, 정말 매우만족 ^.^ 게다가 택시에서 내릴때 두고내린 물건이 없는지까지 체크해주는 센스 ! ㅋㅋㅋ 정말 좋았다 ~ 조식도 충분히 먹을만했다 ~ 부페는 1층에 위치하며AM6~10 […] 까지 이용할수 있다. 방안에는 무선인터넷이 되므로 노트북을 가지고 가면 이용하기에 불편함이 전혀없다 ! 앞으로 세부에 가게되면 이 호텔만 이용할것같은 느낌 이 든다 ㅋㅋㅋ 정말 좋은 호텔 ^.^ 매우만족 ! ㅋㅣㅋㅣ 더 보기

A great choice for a stay in Cebu. A cheap 70 peso taxi ride to shopping at the Ayala Mall or to central Cebu. A safe hotel with nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was quite good and the menu changed daily. Will return on my next visit to Cebu.

The Hotel was better than I expected and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and I rarely had to open the door when entering or exiting the hotel. I stayed here on the final night of my trip. Very clean. Modern. Spacious. Fast service. Polite Staff. No faults that i can think of.

More than 3-star hotel. The facilities and food is good. We stay at Royal Suites and feel comfortable as well as sleep well every night.

Comfort at a reasonable rate. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff service very good. Always accommodating with a smile. Just a few minutes away from city sights.

Alpa Suites is located in a busy intersection and there are some conveniences around. The hotel itself is modern and rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioners were cold and water was hot, something not always a certainty in Philippines. I would recommend anyone that wanted a longer stay to use this modern and nice condotel!

|We enjoyed our stay, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was buffet, very good. Also it is convenient to the shopping mall Ayala Centre. For the price we paid it was worth it.

Great hotel and very accomodating front desk clerk. All staff are polite, from the security guard to the chamber maids. Good selection of buffet b/fast, though I guess it need to serve american b/fast selection. Rooms are clean and aircon is cold. Its a new hotel located not very far from the CBD(10mins) away by taxi. The surrounding area is not appealing but its location is very convenient. Lots of taxi available and most know where the hotel is located. Definitely will return again- value for money with a very unsual and pleasant room set up - medium size fridge, microwave and sink and an aircon that works very well. A basket of small tit bits to eat and selection […] of soft drinks in the fridge- nice touch and convenient if one is hungry- we didn't use it but nice to know its there. Nice attention to details like the wooden hangers and a large safe deposit large enough for a laptop. We arrived early at the hotel 5am and we had 4 rooms booked- they were nice enough to allow early check-in at 9am- not many hotels will do that free of charge Excellent wi-fi - fast enough for 6 people to be online at the same time- though only available at the lobby Breakfast - quite good selection of hot/cold dishes with soup and egg station. An excellent hotel with top quality staff, very affordable restaurant and service, very comfortable rooms and surroundings - 20mins max to the airport by taxi and far superior to any of the hotels in the airports proximity - I will be using Alpa again.

Much nicer accomodations than we expected, everything seemed new, including bathroom/shower facilities, air conditioning, flatscreen TV, electronic roomkeys, storage cabinets, kitchenette w/sink and large fridge - very unusual for rooms in this price category. Free breakfast of exceptionally good quality and variety of items, including delicious omelets […] on request! Staff went out of their way, not only to being attentive to our every table need at meals, but also to converse with us and show genuine interest in our being there. Lunch and dinner selections are EXCELLENT - I highly recommend their sinigang and beef ribs kaldereta - the best I've ever had! The hotel employs a very friendly, well-organized and well-trained staff, which made the overall experience very satisfying - we would not consider staying anywhere else next time we visit Cebu, which we do about every year or so. Also very close (P65 taxi ride) to SM shopping mall, which has many nice restaurants, beauty salons, Starbucks, every kind of shopping experience - a destination in itself! Also, they have a clean, late-model, air conditioned van service to the airport for hotel guests - only P500 - much better than a taxi! I can't say enough good things about Alpa City Suites, but the 5 stars should say enough; you can probably find a fancier hotel in Cebu, if that's what you're looking for, but if competent, friendly service, first-class cleanliness, convenient location (P65 taxi to SM), quality of food service and attention to detail and abundant security are important, […] you will not be disappointed. For the money, I don't think you can beat this hotel for all of the above. My compliments to the entire staff for their professionalism and dedication to making our stay pleasant and enjoyable! This hotel is conveniently situated being near to the Ferry Terminal and an inexpensive taxi ride from the Airport. The staff are excellent and very helpful. There is a good coffee shop/restaurant with reasonable prices and choice. The room are comfortable and fair value.

The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and always smiling. The hot buffet breakfast was well maintained but the food was a little salty for our taste. Need to put information in room as to nearby beaches and tours. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone travelling to Cebu.

it was a very nice room and bathroom, cleaned daily , the staff was courteous and friendly , and room service arrived promptly with orders.

I was only there for one night before heading to Singapore the next day but I can't say enough about the hotel, the staff, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I would totally recommend the Alpa to anyone who's looking fro great value and awesome hospitality.

Exceptional value - we returned for a second stay without hesitation or even considering other options, and I will look them up in Manila for sure - if I have the misfortune to have to do more than use the Manila airport next time I travel to the Philippines. Alpa City Suites is a better hotel compared with other 4 star rated hotels in Cebu City. It has wide enough clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. The staff made this hotel excel among other hotels, warmth and very hospitable service.

立地環境からみて、周辺に徒歩でいけるレストランやスーパーマーケットが無く連泊の場合、夕食の際、不便を感じました。結果的には、タクシーを利用しましたが・・・

The staff is nice. The room and the lobby is really clean. The breakfast is ok. The location is great since it is not far from many of the hot spots in Cebu.

Das Hotel bietet sehr schöne und gut eingerichte Zimmer mit ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Man mekrt das das Hotel professionell geführt wird. Ich denke, dass ich selbst als General Manager eines internationalen Hotels mir einen kritischen Urteil leisten kann.

Very good cost/benefit relation - comfortable rooms - only air condition too loud ! Location not too good but plenty of taxis available - would stay again

Alpa City Suites Hotel liegt ca. am halben Weg zwischen dem Flughafen und dem Zentum vom Uptown Cebu City, nicht gerade 1a Lage aber auch nicht schlecht. Daür ist 1a das Service, die Sauberkeit und vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Personals. Die Zimmer sind der Kategorie entsprechend ebenso wie die Gemeinschaftsräume nicht gerade geräumig […] aber bestens ausgestattet, vom Haarföhn, Kühlschrank, Minibar, Mikrowelle bis zum grossen TV Flachbildschirm alles da. Auch der Breitband Internetanschluß auf jedem Zimmer ist komfortabel. Das Frühstück übertrifft alle Erwartungen, die Küche generell ist ausgezeichnet. Das Haus bietet sicher mehr als man sich für das Geld allgemein erwarten darf und ist daher nur bestens zu empfehlen 더 보기
