훌륭한 위치에 멋스럽게 지어지고 잘 유지되고 이와 함께 합리적인 요금이 이 호텔의 좋은 선택 입니다. 그러나, 나는 방안의 미니바에서 무료 맥주, 음료들이 접수처에 체크되어있는 것에 대해 호텔 지시문들이 일관성 없다는 것을 알았다. 그 밖에 타월들은 교체가 필요합니다. 그것들은 너무 오래됐고 딱딱합니다.

이 곳은 매우 좋은 호텔이지만 풀장(대형의 자쿠지 같은 것은 있음)이나 헬스장 같은 것이 빠져 있습니다. 이러한 것들이 없는데 요금은 꽤 비쌉니다. 저는 그곳이 최고의 3 성급 호텔이라 생각합니다. 가장 좋은 건 서비스 입니다. 저는 한 밤중에 두이 생겼는데 직원들이 7-Eleven가서 저를 위해 물과 약을 가져다 주었습니다. 저는 저녁 늦게 꽃들을 사길 원하자 직원 중 한 분이 그녀의 평상복으로 갈아입더니 tok-tok으로 시장까지 사러 갔습니다. 서비스는 일품입니다. 제가 지금까지 경험한 태국 호텔 중 최고에 속합니다. 실제 풀장과 헬스장이 없는 것이 애석하네요. 안 그랬으면 저는 그 곳에 최고의 등급을 주고 싶습니 […] 다. 더 보기

훌륭한 위치에 자리잡은 이곳은 매우 멋진 호텔이었습니다. 음식은 정말로 맛있고 가격은 합리적이며, 방은 매우 넓고 침대는 편안했어요.

A very nice quiet property. Nicely appointed, but rooms a bit smallish. Not best, not worst neighborhood but close to center of town, Old Town, Night Market, plenty of places to eat & drink close by. Great breakfast included. Very nice staff. Good value.

Denaga Hotel was a very nice hotel. It was quite different from any other hotel I have stayed at because the hallways were outdoors. The staff were very friendly and were always ready to serve you. This was a disappointing experience for the amount of money paid. I booked a king sized bed, got 2 twin beds. Rooms had no bath or air conditioning, although they were advertised as such. The pool is tiny and guests are unable to do more than wade in there. The jacuzzi consists of 2 jets. The De Naga in Chiang Mai is an elegant gem and the staff do their utmost to look after your needs. Many go out of their way to be helpful. In all of my three week travels this past trip, this hotel's breakfast was the best by far, rivaling even five star hotels. And for me that was a big plus to start the day with a great breakfast and the go on to […] a full day of sightseeing. Two free computers in the lobby were an added bonus for checking on emails since I didn't bring along my own laptop. The Hotel's nearby Cafe also offers excellent green curries for dinner, if you didn't feel like venturing out too far from the hotel at night. One evening, I walked down the street to one of the other recommended restaurants and decided to turn around and go back to the De Naga Cafe because it was so good. Located just inside the city walls, De Naga is close to many temples that are every bit as awesome as those in Bangkok. If I had one critique to make, the low lighting next to the bed made reading guidebooks at night very difficult. But staying at the De Naga was like staying in a corner of paradise and I would definitely return there on my next trip! 더 보기

Beautiful rooms and public areas - elevator if you can't manage the stairs - delicious breakfast buffet (omelet station is out on the patio). And the staff was outstanding. We had to change plane reservations to meet a connecting flight & cancel a tour as a result, but we were going to be on an all-day tour and couldn't do our own calling. Julia at […] the front desk took care of everything for us - made all the arrangements, printed out everything we needed. Sunny relayed everything to us as Julia was off duty by the time we returned. Everyone we encountered there was friendly and helpful. Didn't get to explore the neighborhood as much as I wanted to, but it looked like a place I could wander around very happily. The hotel is just outside the city walls, but still very close to everything. It's also only 15 minutes from the airport. Highly recommended! 더 보기

Everything was wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding. I couldn't wait to sweat just so I could take another shower in the beautiful bathroom. The TV with the international channels was great. Will come back many times!

This hotel was truly wonderful. From check in to check out, to arranging activities and tour guides, to location and price, everything about the DeNaga we would recommend to others. We can't wait to go back to Chiang Mai just to stay here again!

Beautiful teak hotel, very well situated. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definately stay here again.

The DeNaga Hotel is located about two blocks from the old city wall and gate. Perfect for the Sunday street market. Many small restaurants, the post office and the promenade along the canal are all within blocks. There is a tour agent desk in the hotel. The included breakfast buffet is good; includes cooked to order eggs/omeletes. One problem: room […] 305 smelled like cigarette smoke was being sucked into my room via the air conditioning and the door to the adjoining room could not be dead-bolted shut. I was later moved to room 201 which did not have a shower--just a hand-held hose that could be hooked to the wall at about chest height. When the staff has no idea what I am talking about, they just smile and say "okay." I wish they would say they do not understand! The pool is small, the water a suspicious dark color, and it closes very early. All in all, for a 3-star hotel, it was very clean, the staff tried to be helpful and my room was quiet and nice. 더 보기

This hotel was fantastic, it was located right in the centre of everything we wanted to see. It's less than 10 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes drive from the train station. The hotel is easy to find and also set back in really nice tranquil spot. It's the perfect place if you want a central base to go out and visit the local attractions. […] I can not fault this hotel in any way apart from the fact their pool is very small. If you want a holiday where you hang around the hotel pool all day then pick somewhere else, otherwise I can not recommend this hotel enough. The rooms & hotel were stunning, the staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming, the breakfasts were great and the hotel owns a restaurant out the front. We loved staying in this beautiful hotel. It is located in central Chiang Mai yet it was such a peaceful and quiet place to say. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, it was exceptionally clean and the decor was modern yet tradionationally Thai. We loved the complementary soft drinksand Chang beer! El hotel esta bien, buena relacion calidad precio

sehr gute zentrale Lage des Hotels. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Schönes gutes Frühstücksbuffet. sehr gutes Brot! (für Heimweh-Brotesser!). Swimmingpool sehr klein. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. nur zu empfehlen!

Alles super, gute Lage, gutes Frühstückbuffet, freundliche Bedienung und sehr schöne Zimmer. Schwimmbad sehr klein, doch genügend um sich abzukühlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Von hier aus erreicht man zu Fuss alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt von Chiang Mai. Die Zimmer sind gross und schmackhaft eingerichtet. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig. チェックインの時間より早かったがすぐに部屋に入れた。受付の人も荷物を運んでくれた人も親切で感じが良かった。朝食がおいしかった。チェックアウト後も無料で荷物をあずかってくれた。

Jeg kan kun anbefale De Naga, men forvent ikke de store udendørsområder. MEGET lille solområde med MEGET lille pool. Men en god central og fredfyldt base når du driver rundt i Chiang Mai og omegn og elers bare er "byturist" Ud af porten, til venstre, af den lille Soi er der mange små hyggelige barer, restauranter og billigt vaskeri. 酒店不大，但是位置很好，古城边，离周日夜市很近。又不吵，闹中取静。服务也不错。但是价格高了点。
