리조트 내에서만 머물경우는 만족스럽다! 조용하고 클리어하고 다만 저녁식사시 일부 레스토랑이 문을 닫아 선택의 폭이 작은것이 아쉬웠다 양식을 먹고 싶었지만 오픈한곳은 씨푸드 한곳뿐. 바다가재 먹고 방값보다 더 낸것같다 ㅋㅋ 음식 룸서비스의 경우 음식의 질은 훌륭하다 다만 시간이 좀 많이 걸리는것이 조금 흠이다 그외엔 조용히 책도보고 수영도 하고 바닷가에서 즐기고 휴식을 취하기에는 참 좋은것 같다! 대신 그 이상 많은건 바라지 마라! 그외엔 셔틀을 타고 시내로 나가시길.. 30분 정도 소요

나짱 시내에서 택시로 20만동 거리에 위치, 동양인 거의 찾아보기 힘듬. 러시아 사람들이 99%, 30분마다 이동하는 카트타고 갔던 해변은 너무도 쓰레기 악취와 냄새가 심함, 리조트규모에 비해 공사중인 곳이 넘무 많음. 일부 스텝들은 너무 불친절함. 60만동을 주고 먹었던 점심 부페는 완존 돈아까움.기대를 많이 해서 그런지 실망스러웠음.

지난 2011년 9월에 나짱 다이아몬드베이 리조트에서 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 인터넷에서 봤을 때도 굉장히 좋아보였는데 실제로 가보니 모든 시설이 무척 깔끔하고, 쾌적하며 서비스 또한 최고였습니다. 2시 까지의 late checkout이 무료였고, 공항으로 픽업까지 해주었습니다. 다이아몬드베이 전용 비치가 있어서 한적하게 해변을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 유럽인들이 사랑하는 나짱해변답게 유럽사람들이 많이 눈에 띄었습니다. 나짱 시내(신투어 까페 등)와는 거리가 좀 있어서 택시로 약 200000VND(한국돈으로 약 1만원) 정도 나오더라고요. 베트남 호치민과 나짱을 함께 있었는데 정신없는 호치민과 달리 나짱은 최고의 휴양을 누릴 수 […] 있는 곳이었습니다. 다이아몬드베이와 함께라면요! 가족들과 함께 또 와 보고 싶은 곳입니다! 더 보기

Everyone at the hotel was Russian. They assumed we were as well - spoke to us in Russian, gave us menus in Russian. Nothing against Russians but we felt a bit out of place. The resort is 15km from the town ($10 taxi ride each way). The resort offers bus transfers every 4 hours at rather inconvenient times. The nearest place to buy water/snacks is at […] least 45 minutes walk so you're forced to buy the overpriced hotel food/drinks of which the selection is quite poor. When we arrived we had dinner at the "live seafood bar" - we ordered spring rolls and wantons - they tasted like they'd just come out of a box and been dropped in oil. The hotel is very noisy (mostly from other guests but also from the excessively loud music they always play). We were woken up in the middle of the night by loud voices and doors slamming every night. As for the rooms - the tv was old, station selection was limited. The bathroom flooded when we took a shower and it smelt a bit. Nothing amazing about it. Beds were very comfy and sheets were soft. On the plus side - the pool was lovely! There was also a driving range (not too expensive) and a fitness centre (which we didn't use as the music was pumping too loud). The spa was very expensive and the price of laundry was ridiculous. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone unless they are Russian and they wqnt to go somewhere and stay there the entire time, that overcharges for everything and that feels like club med. 더 보기

Our overall experience at Diamond Bay was disappointing. The resort itself is beautiful, but the service really let down our stay. Interacting with the service staff was challenging. Although the menus were in three languages (Vietnamese, Russian and English), we struggled to find anyone who spoke enough English to be able to take our food and drink […] orders. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. We were unhappy about having to pay to rent bicycles from the resort though (surely at the price of the resort some bicycle hire could be without charge). The shuttle bus to the city centre was only 4 times per day, which wasn't frequent enough. The shuttles were always full, and they could do with some more times. We stayed at this hotel over Christmas-New Year. Given it was peak period we booked it as the rom rate was well below other four stars even though mixed reviews in the past. Rooms were well maintained. Staff are friendly and try to please but my issue is more relating to management. Even after I complained to poor service regarding the Banana Leaf lunch bar by the pool I received the polite we are sorry but nothing changed. There is a lack of variety for eating especially for lunch. The Banana leaf bar is one of two options but expect to wait up to one hour for your food. I walked away after waiting 20 mins just to place an order. There are no apparent processes for staff to manage tables and is chaotic in the kitchen. Also serious lack of Vietnamese food to choose from so best to go into town for local food. Our boys loved the beach which is a short trip from the resort. It is not the hotels private beach contrary to how they promote it but is a nice way to spend some hours away from the resort and you can catch a wave! Checking out took nearly 30mins and that was at 6am in the morning so don't leave it to last minute. We got a good deal through hotels.com for what we thought would be a top quality hotel. Arriving at the reception area we could already tell the grounds weren't as nice as they should be. I would highly recommend Diamond Bay, it was the perfect place to relax & unwind...following on from a busy, action-packed week which involved a number of early starts in Bangkok, Siem Reap/Angkor Wat & HCMC (Cu Chi / Mekong Delta). I stayed at the resort with my mum, and we were looking for a relaxing beach holiday. It was great to be out of the noise of Nha Trang City, but there were 4 free daily shuttle buses into the city if you want to go in to the beach or for dinner or shopping. In terms of the rooms, we stayed in one of the 3 hotel blocks which are near the road (but quiet), and there also smaller one storey building with 2-3 rooms in them which are closer to the beach. The pool and beach at the resort are absolutely beautiful, and are still pleasant in the afternoon when a breeze tends to pick up, and the city beach can get a bit rough. The hotel also has another beach about 5 minutes away with free shuttles every half hour which is nice for a change of scenery. Breakfast was great with fruit, cereal, eggs and Vietnamese and Russian options. Dinner was fine, but it is cheaper to get the shuttle into the city and try some of the great restaurants there to have a bit of variety. FIrstly we usually avoid resorts, but if you do end up visiting Nha Trang Diamond Bay is pick of the bunch. Spectacular pool and scenery . We were surprisingly pleased with this hotel. It was nicer that we expected. We used the free hotel shuttle from the airport. Upon arriving, hotel staff had drinks waiting for us while we checked in. Отель отличный, наверное самый лучший из тех, что я видел за время всего отпуска. Огромная территория, очень ухоженная, много зелени. Отдельных комментариев заслуживает конечно бассеин - он огромный, чистый и предусмотрен как для плавания взрослых, так и детей - с переменной глубиной.Рядом с бассеином находятся два из пяти ресторанов, в которых сравнительно […] недорого можно поужинать. Сам отель находится посередине, между аэропортом и самим городом Нячанг, что относительно удобно, поскольку каждые три часа из отеля уходят по три бесплатных автобуса, которые идут в самый центр Нячанга. Так что проблем добраться до города абсолютно никаких. На территории отеля есть свой пляж, но лучше всего ездить на соседний, находящийся в парке. Оттуда каждые 30 минут курсирует маленький электромобиль. Дорога до этого пляжа занимает менее пяти минут. Там пляж намного больше и комфортабельнее. Hotellet är fint och välskött med bra personal och service. Här finns det ingenting att klaga på. Dock var det väldigt dyrt på restaurangerna och vill man äta någon annanstans måste man ta sig en bra bit. När vi i mars var på hotellet var det mer än 90 procent ryssar och alla texter med mera var på ryska. Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich und vor allem total lecker, positiv hervorzuheben sind auch die vielen landestypischen Gerichte am Büffet. Hatten einen Bungalow mit riesigem Badezimmer. Very nice resort with everyting you need. The pool was great and not over run so there was enough room for everyone. If you wanted to swim in the ocean you have to go by shuttlebus for 10-15 min, but they leave every 30 min so it is ok. The houses are huge and very nice and clean.
