staff was very nice and helpful. this is really motel setup.. the rooms need a remodel.rust in bathroom, paint chipping.

Would definitely stay again and recommend. Nice breakfast room with great breakfast - especially the sausage gravy!

The stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming.

Shabby but acceptable place. I wanted cheap one nighter and that's what I got. Was pleased by friendliness of desk staffer, who went above and beyond to help me get my laptop connected ti the motel's wi fi.

This is and old hotel with a new front desk building and pool area. Rooms need updating. Shower head was low, bed was squishy, tv was old too. Easy on and off highway. The folks were great and breakfast was good too.

Comfortable and clean! Very happy with our stay.

Hotel itself was ok. But we were placed on the interstate side and it was very noisy. Would stay there again but request a room on the opposite side of thr hotel. Breakfast was excellent!

Lodge appearance deceiving. Newer from the outside, but after checking in the room was old. It was clean, but very hard to clean mildew and accumulated dirt embedded in bathroom and baseboards. Okay for one nite, but not any longer.

- found room to be outdated, the room was not properly clean, our room was facing 1-75 and noisy with traffic. the breakfast was mediocre.

Nice clean hotel room. Good for an overnight stay for road trip.

Though the staff at this hotel were very accomodating and hospitable, it did not compensate for the non-smoking room that reeked with the odor of smoke. Though clean, the room was badly in need of upkeep in both the bedroom and bathroom.

Traffic noise from the highway most of the night. Great breakfast though.

Clean Clean Great Breakfast

We crashed here on a road trip and it was a great find. Reasonably priced, good breakfast. We'll be back.

Beds hard. Next to highway, loud all night.no seating for breakfast. Old cheap building. Never again.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, when ask for something delived right away, breakfast bar was hot and food excellent. A lot of choices for breakfast. The only negative was the beds were soft and on one of them you could roll right out if 2 people were sleeping in it, also there was only choices of king or full beds, no queen size beds.

Cabot Lodge Lake City happens to be perfectly situated for our overnight stop when driving from Memphis to Ft. Lauderdale. Located right off the interstate makes for a convenient in and out. The staff was friendly and the breakfast good. After checking out the pillows, I brought mine in from the car. Having your own pillow on a road trip will really […] improve your experience. It is a very good choice for a road trip stopping point. Clean place with very nice and courteous staff. Very good hot breakfast and happy hour. Overall very nice, will repeat

We stop here everytime we're driving to Florida. The room is comfortable, the staff friendly, the 'happy hour' enjoyable...we've enjoyed meeting many different travelers. The breakfast is great!

I have stayed in 4 to 5 star hotels and none of their staff can top the staff at this hotel. THEY ARE THE BEST 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!!

Clean and very helpful staff and management..

A great place to stay after alot of driving we drove in from houston and needed somewhere last minute to crash. We got on our phones and found this little gem of a place. Great location great service and great beds.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cabot Lodge. The main thing I was disappointed about was with the reservations. I specifically asked for 2 rooms on the side away from the highway. When we arrived we were given rooms right by the highway instead. I realized the mistake as soon as the manager began to explain where we needed to park. She was not able to change […] our rooms since they did not have rooms like the ones we had reserved available. We were also too late for the happy hour. It ended at 7:30 and we arrived at 7:45. We had hit 5 traffic jams (holiday traffic yuck!) and so were much later than I had intended. That was one of the reasons we had chosen this particular hotel so I was a little disappointed. The breakfast had a lot of choices-eggs, biscuits, sausage, gravy, bagels, waffles. There was also coffee, juice, fruit, cereal and oatmeal. The eggs were powdered but I guess that's to be expected. The rooms themselves were very clean and the facility was well maintained. 더 보기

I stayed on this hotel on our way back home. The hotel needs improvements. The bathroom is old and needs repair. The breakfast was good. The lady from the check in wasn't very nice, but the manager in the morning was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel room itself is average, but the food and drink available morning and evening is much better than average. Being pet friendly is also very important to us. Would absolutely stay there again.

The rooms are clean, the hot breakfast is great. For the price you can't beat it

We always stay here for Gator games... Very friendly people, AWESOME breakfast.

Nothing like the pics on website! Run down, landscaping was overgrown, concrete bench falling over, beer bottle sitting on other bench. We arrived at about 8p.m. and there were people drinking outside their rooms and playing a banjo!!!! I didn't feel at all safe (although I did see a security guy walking the parking lot once). Old style, outside entrance […] rooms, with big windows that just felt creepy. Bed was small and had hard springs that creaked when you moved or sat up. Empty grassy lot next door with some kind of building that had graffiti sprayed on it. Parking was only on one side and we had to walk around the building to get to what the front desk clerk called the "quiet side". Really? Because when we walked around to our room it was very loud with people laughing, drinking and playing banjos!!! When the website said complimentary cocktails, I envisioned a classy kind of atmosphere, not beer bottles strewn around the grounds and people getting rowdy! The one positive I will give this hotel is that the room was very clean and right off the hwy. There are restaurants near by and much nicer hotels just across the street. I don't know about the breakfast because it was ending as we were checking out. I'm sure it was fine. I was very disappointed in this hotel and I am usually pretty easy to please. I didn't expect 5 star but I also didn't expect what we experienced. 더 보기
