I went there to get a way and left with a stiff neck. The pillows were so very bad, no matter what I did, they were flat. I had a terrible three nights of sleep, as I kept waking up. I booked online, so I had to stay.

AVOID THE EASTERN EUROPEAN MALE WORKING IN THE MORNING MAKING COFFEE AND BREAKFAST. He is incredibly unfriendly and will ruin your entire stay! Everything was fine until we faced him!

We stayed a week visiting family. It was a convenient location and easy access to highways. The Bistro had great breakfasts but at a cost. The hotel has a plain appearance but was enjoyable. We look forward to staying there again.

Was kept up all night by what I thought were loud neighbors. I was actually listening to their conversations. Awakened by the cleaning crew in that room the next day. Could hear the cleaning crew through the walls louder than from the hallway outside their open door.

The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the restroom was a nice upgrade to other hotels that claim to be a bit more classy. ONLY complaint we had, which applies to most hotels, is that noone is ever ready to check out at noon!!! ESPECIALLY on an ACL weekend! But overall we had no complaints.

Everything was fine, but with that many stars you would think that the towels wouldn't be as rough. Some even had worn through in spots. We thought it was funny that some guests were served breakfast with their room rate and others were charged. kudos to the free internet.

The food was not very good. The menu was limited and expensive for what it was. The hotel and the room were nice, but the food service was definitely lacking. Most hotels in that area provide food at happy hour and free breakfast.

Customer service stunk. Laundry, ice machines didn't work. No refrig or microwave in the room. Bottom line red roof inn would be better than this.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool because it was inside and it wasn't so hot and we enjoyed the hot spa. The staff was very friendly and ready to answer any questions we had. I will definitely come back to this hotel again...

We got a great deal on this last minute weekend getaway. Hotel is located on I-35 and not what I consider the best location. I prefer the quieter Domain or Arboretum area. There is no refrigerator in the room and the plumbing in the shower was actually sticking out of the wall about an inch or so. Had an awesome time at this Courtyard! Hotel was updated/fairly new and very clean. Check-in was the fastest I've ever experienced and the lady was extremely friendly! Room was very clean and quiet. Only negative was the water pressure in the shower, but I think it was due to a water saving feature. Will definitely stay here again!

Honestly, it was very disappointed considering this was a Marriott. My family and I were on an extended vacation/ house hunting trip. This was a 3 day stop for us which happened to be in the middle of our trip. Everything was broken. The ice machine did not work on our floor, but the staff did move us to a floor that had a working ice machine after […] several requests. There are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire hotel and the are both located on one floor. Both washers were broken our entire stay. We had to lug all if our laundry to the next hotel to do laundry and sit there 3 hours while it was being done. This was not fun considering we had a small child with us. The staff seemed very rude and made us feel Like we shouldn't complain because we already received a good deal from Expedia. If you are lookin for a 1 or 2 star hotel then I say stay here. If you are expecting to hold this hotel to "Marriott " standards, you will be very disappointed 더 보기

This hotel was fantastic. The check-in was easy, the staff was great with every encounter, the rooms were large, comfortable and I loved the shades that could make the room completely dark, even on a bright day. There were some comments about the noise level due to the proximity to the freeway, but honestly this was not an issue for me. Yes, if the […] room was completely quiet you could hear the freeway, but if the AC is running or you are having a conversation with another person you would not notice. We had a great stay. It was perfect for our family's vacation. I really loved that the fitness room overlooks the pool so while I was working out I could watch my kids and husband playing. I was very satisfied with our stay, the only negatives would be.......mattress was extremely hard and the highway noise (since hotel was along the highway) this hotel really needs soundproof windows. But other than that everything was okay.

Oh my God! I don't have enough words to describe how lucky I was to find this hotel. It is SO pretty!!! And absolutely affordable. Everything s clean, smells good, they even have a bar! Service fast, simple, and professional. I totally recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! It exceeded my expectations of the money I paid.

Hotel was nice and clean, lots of space downstairs, room was quite comfortable and spacious. I was very pleased with everything from beginning to end, my only complaint is the pool is a kiddie splash pool, way to small to be even remotely considered a swimming pool and NO hot tub, I was not aware of that or might not have even chose this hotel, either way it was the deal of the day special and was well worth the money

The hotel was very nice and the pool area was great. They have a great breakfast menu in the morning and it is reasonably priced. The hotel is located right off I-35 but there was no road noise inside the room. The hotel staff was very prompt and accomodating.
