This was a particularly nice hotel. The front desk staff were lovely and allowed us to check in very early. The room was great, very clean and attractively decorated. The only small complaint was that there was a large tour group staying who were very noisy, especially when checking that each other's alarms had gone off at 6 in the morning. This hotel was one of my favorites we have stayed at. It was beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great, the pool was clean and had plenty of towels. We loved it!

We stayed here 1 night. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

We didn't have high expectations for a Richfield hotel, but this property was absolutely fantastic. It's a great property with a great staff. The property is very well decorated and cared for. Property is two years old, but you'd think they built it yesterday. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful, rooms immaculate, and the hot breakfast very nice for weary travelers. Very "family friendly" (we were traveling with our two year old grandson), and walking distance to a country-style restaurant that makes a great rib-eye steak. Hotel seems brand new. Easy to find, right off the highway...nothing much around it though. Great room, fantastic breakfast bar. Good price for the room. Didnt use any of the facilities (gym, pool, etc) was a quick overnight stay.

Right off the highway this was a convenient overnight on a drive through Southern Utah. Had all the amenities and good service.

We had a great time here. Clean, good breakfast, great rooms and a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. I would highly recommend.

We only stayed one night, but would be excellent for a longer stay. Staff was super friendly, polite and knowledgable about the area - I needed a Fed Ex office and post office - night and day staff had accurate directions. This hotel was nice for just a quick one night stay. The swimming pool was nice, the breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with the entire hotel facility. The room was very clean and well kept. The down comforters are a great replacement for those old, stiff bedspreads found in other hotels. The complimentary breakfast was very generous. It was not the typical "free breakfast". There was hot eggs, bacon, biscuits...Fresh fruit and pastries....Hot and […] cold cereal...coffee, milk and juice. And a pancake machine that made fresh pancakes on demand. We had went down to Richfield to attend a church service. We left the church address at home and asked the front desk worker if you had any ideas. He knew right where you to go and gave us excellent directions. The same staff person gave us some great ideas on where to go for some dinner. The room is really great and would stay there anytime. I have never been disappointed in staying at a Holiday Inn Express but this one was by far the best. From the time that we checked in by Julie to having Joleen work with us at breakfast. The employees were all very nice but these two "went the extra mile" to help us feel welcome. I don't know how old this hotel is but it looked brand new. This can only […] be done by staff working hard to maintain the property and they do a wonderful job. We rented three rooms as my family traveled home from a family reunion and we have already planned to stay at the Holiday Inn Express - Richfield on our way home from the next reunion. My daughter and I stayed at this hotel and it was an excellent choice. The room was very clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean and I would stay here again without question.

Great hotel at a good price.

The Holiday Inn in Richfield, UT is super nice and amazingly well decorated and contemporary. It looks like it was decorated on an HGTV show. Our room was very nice with comfy beds with firm and soft pillows. My kids swam in the pool and went in the hot tub - lots of fun! This hotel was very nice. We spent a little more money to stay here than the other hotels but it was worth every penny. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The room was high-class. We will stay here many, many more times. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and very nice. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is spanking brand new, and the staff is great. The location is a minute from the highway, and I doubt you will ever stay in a cleaner hotel - I haven't...

We stayed here on our way to Vegas from Denver. It was a nice place to stay. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the extra space in our room for the kids. The front desk staff seemed slightly put out that we had a service dog with us.

We've stayed in a few Holiday Inns and liked them all, but will not stay at this one again. The Hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel/rooms themselves were very clean, but the noise from everything else ruined it. The sound from dogs that people left in their rooms barking, the semi's on the freeway and the fact that you can hear everything through […] the walls/floors/ceilings was extremely annoying. Every single door there needs to be WD-40'd....the screaching sounds they would make every time someone would open or shut the door woke us up all night long. 더 보기

This holiday inn hotel was very comfortable. Located just next to the freeway, excellent for a stay over when you are on the road. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Indoor swimming pool and spa were great and relaxed. Breakfast like all other american breakfasts.

Cleaner than clean, great breakfast and a friendly staff. I will definitely stay there again.

This is a brand new hotel so the room was modern and nice. I did not like that I couldn't cancel or change my reservation. Also it would be nice if they would at least let you transfer your stay to a different location if necessary.
