그랜드 로얄 호텔 (Grand Royal Hotel) - 광저우

호텔 시설들은 모두 깨끗하고 인터넷(유.무선)이 무료인게 마음에 들고 호텔과 전시장을 리무진버스를 통해 빠르고 싸게(RMB23)으로 오갈 수 있는게 가장 큰 매력. 미니바에 있는 음료수들이 무료!!(매일 물 2병 포함하여 콜라한캔,사이다한캔,미닛메이드 한캔) 호텔주변에 걸어서 5분정도 가야 편의점이 있는게 조금 불편함. 전시장과 솔직히 가깝지는 않다. 택시로 약 10~15분정도 걸리고 전철역이 가까이 있지도 않음에도 불구하고 이 가격에 이정도 퀄러티의 호텔이면 대략 띵호아지~ 머 여행이 아니고 출장가서 전철탈일은 없으니까. 출장가는 사람들한테는 추천. 여행가는 사람들한테는 크게 매력있는 호텔은 아님.

이 호텔은 호텔에서 제공하는 버스 셔틀 서비스와 함께 Pazhou Complex(2011 Fair 위치)로 부터 불과 몇 분 떨어져 있습니다. 여러분을 돕기 위해 그들의 길을 나아갈 것 같은 매우 도움이 되는 직원들. 깨끗하고 편안한 객실. Grand Royal Hotel로 돌아가는 것을 주저하지 마세요.

나는 109번 째 Crand Hotel Fair 기간동안 Grand Hotel에 머물럿습니다. 4성급, 호텔은 Guangzhou 아랫쪽에 위치하고 있으며, 이 곳에서 광관명소와 좋은 식당들은 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 내가 시외 열차를 거쳐서, Hong로 부터 광주에 도착했을 때, 그 택시 드라이버는 그 호텔이 어디에 위치했는지 실제로 알면서도 나를 한 시간 이상 찾기위해 태우고 갔습니다(호텔의 이름과 주소가 Cantonese로 쓰여져 있었습니다). 내가 호텔에 도착하는 즉시, 나는 체크하고 호텔로 들어 갔습니다. 접수 직원은 영어를 이해하지 못 했거나 영어를 잘 말할수가 없기 때문에 나와 대화를 할 수가 없었는데, Canton […] Fair 4층에서 등록을 하던 여자들은, 그들은 훌륭한 영어를 구사 했었는데, 우리들은 이상했습니다. 나는 그들에게 영어를 어떻게 배웠냐고 질문했고, 그들이 거의 American 억양으로 답하길 "Guangzou에 있는 많은 사람들이 영어를 잘 한다".라고 했습니다. 근데 그 호텔은 왜 형편없는 영어를 말하는 그 접수직원을 고용 했을까??? 숙박 수속을 한 후, 나는 16층에 있는 나의 객실로 가기 위해 승강기를 탔습니다. 내가 16F에 도착했을 때, 한 여성이 내게 인사를 하고 승강기를 통과하는 소리와 함께 어두운 복도로 달려 갔습니다. 무엇 때문에 저러는지 확신 할 수 없었습니다. 나는 계속 나의 객실로 갔고 놀랍게도, 그 객실은 어떤 창문도 없었습니다!? 나는 충격을 받았습니다. 객실은 꽤 깨끗했지만 욕실 세면대는 곰팡이가 증식하고 있었습니다. 방에 조명은 매우 희미했고, 심지어 모든 전등을 켯는데도. 뒤집혀 있던 커피잔 안에 갇힌 파리가 있었습니다. 에어컨은 매우 시끄러웠고, 나는 휴식을 취하기 위해 그것을 껏습니다. 내가 그 호텔에서 유일하게 좋아했던 것은, Canton Fair까지 무료로 제공되는 셔틀 이였습니다. 나는 누구에게도 이 곳을 권하고 싶지 않고 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것 입니다. 더 보기

저는 이 호텔에서 올해 초에 머물렀고 너무 좋아서 다시 예약했습니다. 호텔은 청결하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 직원들은 무척 도움이 되었고 친절했어요. 그들은 손님을 돕기 위해 특별히 애씁니다. 식당에서 제공되는 음식은 좋았습니다. 아침 식사에는 다양한 음식이 제공되는데 가격에 대해선 불만이 없었습니다. 관신 있는 분들이라면 이 호텔은 Canton Fair과 가까워요. 하지만 Tianhe Town 중심가와는 약간 멀리 떨어져 있긴 하지만 주변에도 할 것들이 많아요. 동네가 무척 번화합니다. 저는 이 호텔에서 또 가겠어요.

the overall of the hotel is satisfactory, but the most important problem is the location .you have to spent approximately 45 mins from the hotel to go to the railway station

Hotel is far from Metro station & far from shopping area.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable, but it is a long way from the centre- about 30 kilometres. The staff speak reasonable English and are very hospitable. If you want a western breakfast it can be hit and miss.

The Grand Royal is a luxury hotel at a very affordable price. The staff are well trained and give excellent friendly service. Every guest is treated like VIP. 四星級的酒店，服務不錯，而且幾靚，但缺點係唔近地鐵站： 呢間酒店有四星期服務，環境比較舒適，我地因保安理由換房它亦接受。大致上以同樣質素而言價格較低。但是，缺點係唔近地鐵站，要搭兩個巴士站或者飛的，較為不便。而且，早餐質素普通。筆者認為近地鐵站最重要，所以，下次去廣州玩會選擇地鐵站附近的酒店。但是，呢間酒店其實如果不計交通問題，價格比係高的！不妨試下！

酒店位置雖然在天河區，但原來非常偏遠於天河城市中心，交通非常不便。也沒有穿梭巴士往來附近地下鐵路。繁忙時間出入市中心非常塞車及費時。標準房間面積空間頗大。唯獨早餐不達國際水平，明顯是非常本土化的管理水平。

Hotel et service très agréable. Le personnel parle anglais et est serviable. Hôtel en effet excentré, mais pratique pour la foire de Canton.

Ce n'est pas un palace, mais le service est tres bon. Attention Hotel.com indique la mauvaise adresse, la correct est celle-ci : 89号 Tianhe Road Tianhe, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Soit a 500 metres de celle indique en ligne. L'hotel est indique sur Google Map.

Bien que distant du centre cet hotel mérite les 5 étoiles , salle de sport de qualité,piscine,plusieurs restaurants , personnel avenant , prix plus que raisonnable juste à coté du stade olympique .

Si vas a la ciudad de Guangzhou para a laferia de Canton el hotel es muy coveniente, tiene muy buen servicio de atencion y transporte para los visitantes. El hotel en si es muy bieno, tiene muy buen servicio, muy buena atencion, el personal se esmera por darte un buen servicio, el desayuno es completo aunque tiene mucha comida oriental, pero es asi […] en todos los hoteles que he visitado, el restaurant cantones es excelente. El detalle con este hotel es que esta en las afueras de la zona central y financiera de la ciudad que son las atractivas, pero hay servicios de taxi que te llevan a cualquier lugar siempre y cuando le pidas al front desk que escriban la direccion en mandarin. Es importante coger varias tarjetas del hotel para el taxi de regreso. En fin recomiendo el hotel para los visitantes de la feria es muy conveniente. 더 보기

Az egész épületben, átütő dohos szag terjengett. A szálloda különben tiszta, de 4 csillagot nem érdemel.

Excelente servicio del staff del hotel en todo el hotel queda muy cerca de la feria de canton solo a 10 min en su propio autobus el restaurante de comida cantonesa en el lobby es muy buena y la japonesa tambien en general le otorgo un 4 solo por ue esta un poco alejado del centro y demas atracciones de la ciudad y ademas cada vez que hay que regresar […] hay que dar una gran vuelta por que no tiene un ingreso directo tanto de la autopista como de la misma avenida de resto el servicio del hotel y sus empleados impecables si vuelvo a ir a china sin duda alguna me quedo de nuevo en este hotel desde caracas venezuela muchas gracias 더 보기

Muy alejado del centro Atención al cliente muy deficiente

De bör kunna bättre engelska, eller de vill inte förstå. Mycket dålig service på barrestaurangen. Vänta 45 på på Clubsandwich som var kalla när det äntligen kom. Personalen ska inte försvinna om något ifrågasätts eller är besväröigt. Bra hotell för mässbesökare annars för långt från city.

L'hôtel est situé loin en banlieue, pas grand chose à faire autre que aller canton Fair . Surtout que les taxis refusent de vous ramener du centre ville vers l'hôtel à cause des embouteillages.
