Last minute booking. Huge bed, comfortable linens. REAL KEYS, NOT KEYCARD! cute and decent.

Park View Inn advertises a continental breakfast and that is one of the reasons we chose to stay there, but all they offered was coffee and donuts and OJ. That was a little disappointing. Also in the room a guest could make a cup of coffee, but if you drink tea you are out of luck. Other than that we thought the acommodations were just fine.

Great Wifi, Flat screen TV'S make sure u request it because not all rooms have, Super Clean, Nice beds Nice neighborhood, 10 OUT OF 10 for the price

Had a reservation in Boston two days out but needed to leave early because of bad weather so we booked a room the night before,only 30 miles outside of Boston at a very very reasonable price..room was clean & bed was comfy..If your looking for a low cost room close to Boston I would recommend this Hotel...

This was an older hotel but very well maintained. I would stay there again.

I like this place. It IS a cheap hotel, but if you're cool with that, it is an excellent specimen of its kind. The girl who checked me in was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located and the grounds look nice.

I currently reside in New Britain, CT but have accepted a job in Lawrence, MA that requires me to stay in the area 2 nights a week. For this purpose the hotel has been great. The room, bathroom, bed, etc.. was very clean. Overall my stay was very pleasant and would go back for my weekly visits. Didn't expect the motel type lay out.

This place worked well for us as we began our tour of the New England fall foliage. Our room was clean. It was quiet. Located near many restaurants.

We were very happy with our stay here. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable about the area, and took time to help us out with driving directions to our various destinations. The folks that run this place really pay attention to detail. The grounds are very well kept, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very affordable and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a really decent place to stay for one night or for an extended stay.

Great hotel for the money . Decent room in the location we desired . Desk personnel not friendly or even nice but it didn't matter too much as we didn't need them for anything.

We were greeted late at night when we checked in, with a smile and extra decaf coffee filters for our room. It was clean, pleasant, comfy and just off the highway with soft rollin grass and a bank of trees out our window. Quiet and priced just perfectly. Will return there next time we're in town!

The place was clean and comfortable and you could not beat the price. We were very impressed and would not have minded spending more money.

We stayed at the Park View Inn for three nights and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Although not AAA rated, we thought the Park View was better than at least one of three other AAA rated two star hotels where we previously stayed in the Salem area. This is a clean hotel/motel. The photos are nicer than the motel. The area isn't very nice, tattoo parlors and pawn shops, not the best spot.

Two small complaints for an otherwise great hotel. First, the water in the shower fluctuated by quite a few degrees, back and forth (hot, cold, hot, cold). Second, though they provide free wifi, I wasn't able to get a signal in my room. There was a complication with my reservation which the front desk clerk fixed without complaint. The room was spacious […] and clean, as was the bathroom. Linens throughout were better than typical hotel fare, and the bed was comfortable. Our room at Park View was exactly what we needed: a clean room near the amusement park we were heading to the next day. I had read some reviews complaining of noise and, while there was a bit of noise right at bedtime, it did not persist and we got a restful night's sleep. I was thrilled to find out that they sell discounted tickets to the park at […] the front desk. This saved us $15 off of admission. We used that $15 to buy breakfast at a nearby Dunkin Donuts, as the donuts and coffee breakfast at the hotel wasn't all that appealing. Very spacious grounds and well-kept motel. Not much for breakfast, but convenient to several shopping centers with some restaurant options. It was a good overnight stop on our travel south from Maine to PA.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Just had a quick stop over, but all was good.

We are originally from the Salem area and had to come up for business. I chose the Park View Inn for its price and location. I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfortable and the location could not be beat. That said our room could have been a little cleaner. There was some dried white stuff on our blankets when we got […] into the room which was a little gross and we found a small flashlight on the floor beside the bed that we didnt bring so housekeeping needs to be a little more diligent. This motel is pretty basic. hosts a number of long term renters. Has laundry, and basic services. wireless and computer in the office for guest use. Rate is good. rooms in need of updating but very clean.

Although this place is nothing fancy and basic, you can't beat its location or price. It is perfect for a stay of short duration, such as a business trip with all the necessary amenities. Close to restaurants, stores, and some entertainment.

It's a great Inn with spacious rooms. I stayed there on my way into Boston and liked it a lot. My room was clean and even had a little kitchenette.

We were visiting NH to decide if we might move there and wanted a hotel central to the cities we were looking at to call home. We decided on the area between Salem and Manchester to stay, and opted for Parkview Inn because of the price, as we were on a tight budget, and believing we only needed a place to sleep. We were fully prepared for a less than […] perfect hotel considering the price and some of the reviews here; neither, however, was an indication of the hotel. We found a hotel that was in great condition, and appeared to have been remodeled in recent years. The staff was very friendly, and even suggested that if we were to come back we call them and request a room facing the office, as they were “better rooms”. That did worry me a bit until we entered our room and found a very nice room that was ultra clean. According to another reviewer internet access was less than fair, but I found it to be excellent, and very easy to use, although if your going for more than one night, request a 7 day code instead of the 24 hr they leave in your room. Our room was cleaned every day we were there. I could only find two issues with the motel. The first is that the mattress appeared to have had a busted spring along the edge of one side that had caused a slight sag at the edge. It was no big deal because it was a king and no need to sleep on the edge. The other was that the air unit pulled in air from the outside, which would not have been a big deal except that the person next to us smoked outside their door because they were both non smoking rooms and the smoke smell was pulled into the room. That was only a minor issue. I simply asked the gentleman nicely to move away from the door area when he smoked after explaining the problem. Management might think of making the area outside non smoking rooms non smoking as well to prevent this issue. Otherwise our stay was perfect and a pleasant surprise to the expectations that had been set. We will definitely be staying here when we 더 보기

Check-in was quick; room was clean; bed was comfortable. We requested a non-smoking room and had to sign a form that said we wouldn't smoke, yet the room had a faint smell of cigarette and there was an ash try with matches on the table. Lots of noise from the neighbors but quieted down by 10pm. We had to leave early but were told we could still get […] coffee if we asked so we did not make it in our room. The woman at the desk was rude and said it would not ready until 7am (10 minutes). All she would offer us for "continental breakfast" was store bought donuts. It's not a Marriott but definitely adequate for someone on a budget. 더 보기

Overall this is a pretty nice hotel and a good deal. My check in was a little disorganized. The TV didn't have a proper remote and I had to walk back and forth from the office several time to get one that worked. The thing that really bothered me was that there was something sticky all over the telephone mouth piece. Fortunately, I discovered this with […] my hand not my face. The room was fairly clean and comfy. The WIFI was free and reliable. One issue was that I requested a non-smoking room, yet I could occasionally smell smoke - I believe that the room next door was not sealed entirely from mine. The "breakfast" was prepackaged (like from a vending machine) donuts, coffee, and OJ.
