사진으로 보이는 것 처럼 유지도 잘 되어있고 전철역에서 도보로 3분정도 걸려서 돌아다니기도 무척 편리했어요. 화장실, 배드룸 다 깨끗했고...창밖으로 보이는 하버뷰도 최고! 서비스도 좋아서 무척 편안히 쉬다왔어요^^

This hotel is ordinary. Not good and not bad. When I stay, the pool was repairing. It is the biggest problem to me. The internet access also not good. Staff didn't give information enough.

호텔 평가가 극과 극인 호텔 중 하나인것 같은데요. 일단 전 개인적으로 굉장히 맘에 들었습니다. 호텔 로비의 향기도 좋고...체크인할 때 직원분 너무 친절하더라구요. 현지분이신데 아는 한국어 섞어서 얘기해보시려고 노력하고. 업그레이드도 해주시고. 위치는 mtr, 트램, 버스 다 타고 돌아다니기 좋았어요.

바다가 보이긴 하지만 주요 야경지는 일부 객실만 보입니다. 역시나 저녁에는 반사유리라 야경보다 실내가 더 잘 보이는건 단점이군요. 관광지와 조금 떨어진 거리지만 지하철역과 가깝고 호텔이 전체적으로 깔끔해서 만족스러웠습니다. 야경을 보기위해 이 호텔로 가신다면 다른 호텔을 알아보시는게 좋을거 같습니다.

호텔은 흠잡을수 없을만큼 깨끗하고 편했습니다. 풍경역시 바다도 보이고 너무너무 좋았습니다. 그런데 유리가 반사유리라 좀 아쉬웠어요..ㅋㅋ 그리고 단점은 시내랑 멀어요. MTR로 몇분 안걸릴꺼라 생각했지만 생각보다 힘들고 좀더 시내랑 가까웠으면.. 하는생각이 남았습니다..ㅋㅋ 담에 또 홍콩에 간다면... 시내쪽 호텔을 이용하지 않을까 싶네요..ㅋㅋ

다운타운의 한 가운데는 아니나 접근성이 그다지 나쁘지 않다. 처음부터 떠날 때가지 모든 서비스가 훌륭했다. 라운지나 룸의 뷰는 환상적이다. 룸은 크기는 작으나 깔끔하며 안락하다. 클럽라운지가 아주 마음에 들었다. 좋은 추억을 만들었다. 다시 찾고 싶은 곳이다.

안녕하세요. 중국 국경절인 10/1~3일 2박 하버 클럽 룸에서 숙박하였습니다. 국경절 날은 불꽃축제가 있어 41층에 위치한 레스토랑에서 좋은 추억을 남길 수 있었습니다. 룸도 업그레이드 받아 더욱 기분이 좋았고요. 클럽 라운지 41층 립센션 직원분들, 특히 여자 직원분들 너무나 친절하고 서비스가 좋아 다음에 홍콩에 간다면 하버 그랜드 홍콩은 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶습니다. 홍콩에 대한 모든 추억이 호텔 하나의 친절과 서비스로 좋아질 수 있구나를 새삼 느꼈습니다. ^^

It was the best hotel stay I have experienced. The professional conduct of the staff, the Decore and quality of the hotel and the dinning facilities were first class. When I return to Hong Kong I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it to anyone who asked.

I stayed one night at this hotel during a business trip. I have to say that I wasn't impressed by the surrounding neighbourhood but I guess that is just HK with a mismatch of buildings. Really nice hotel with excellent view of the harbour. rooms nicely decorated and comfortable beds with an amazing choice of pillows if you contact house keeping. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Fortress Hill but not detailed enough on the website.

great view from the 188 degree top floor restaurant (harbour/laser light show@ 8.00 pm/etc) easy to get to anywhere from there by taxi. avoid public transport, use a cab and it'll save you time and energy.

The Harbour Grand is an excellent hotel with good amenities. It's well located being close to an MTR station, the tram line and buses but just out of the main areas to be a little bit quieter. We wanted to include breakfast and the option we selected also included Club Membership which was a real bonus. Great hotel in a good location, close to the metro. We were given a free upgrade and were very happy with our spacious (by Hong Kong standards) room with panoramic views of the harbour. The hotel concierge did not retrieve all luggages from the taxi that had taken us from the airport. But they were very quick in recovering them. The staff are courteous and helpful. Perhaps some of them should know a bit more about what eateries are available nearby the hotel.

Have stayed here before. Views of the harbour and HK Central plus Kowloon are great! Just wish the window was a bit bigger. Staff are all very friendly. Rooms extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Has become quite popular as a wedding venue in HK (there were 2 when I checked in). Only downside is that the popularity with wedding parties renders […] some of the amenities (ex.: Lobby Lounge) off limits to general guests for a period of time. Rooms, as well, may not ready before 3pm, so be aware if you arrive early (this happened to me last year, though was able to leave my luggage with the concierge). I pay an arm and leg for my room and the front desk wouldnt budge letting me check in a little early. Extremely over priced bar, breakfast, and wifi. Went to HK with my wife for 4 days for a wedding, and stayed the whole time in the Harbour Grand. I was pleased to discover that there was a (free) shuttle bus from Hong Kong station to the hotel. The hotel itself was great: pleasant and attentive staff, beautiful rooms with good details (e.g: universal power converter in the room), a really amazing […] sky bar with a nice view of the city. There was also a well equipped gym: some dumbells, 3 weight machines, and a bunch of cardio machines. The location was pretty good too next to Fortress Hill MTR, a cheap ride to central and Kowloon. lovely hotel. Breakfast options quite expensive. Shuttle service was good and punctual. Charges for Wi-fi excessive. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated and unable to be used during our stay. We were offered use of a pool in a sister hotel but this was inconvenient as it involved a taxi ride to and fro.
