직원들의 친절함이 돋보였던 호텔입니다. 주변에 약국에서 르레브 쇼를 할인하여 구매하였고 슈퍼가 옆에 위치한 아리아 호텔에 있어 음료등 필요한것을 구입할수 있었습니다. 조금 안쪽에 위치하여 야경은 멋지지 않았지만 다른 좋은 점이 많은 호텔이었습니다.

다른 라스호텔에 비해 체크인시간이 짧아서 좋음 전체적인분위기는 최상. 번잡스럽지 않괴. 조용한분위기 직원들의 친절함 외관및 내관의 아름다움.객실또한 쾌적하고 편안함 코너스위트.2724호.뷰또한 최상.벨라지오 분수쇼 및 야경이 아름다움.. 라스 시내의 야경을 볼수있어 아름다움. 불편한점은 대중교통 이용시 불편함 스트립까지 5분정도 도보이용.. 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 아름다움

everything was good except sofa bed. sofa bed was so uncomfortable! but the other things, such as, housekeeper, were perfect!

룸은 생각만큼 넓고 내부 시설도 훌륭했다. 또한 식당이 하나 뿐이지만 서비스와 음식은 훌륭했으며, 카지노가 없는 호텔이라 로비가 상당히 깔끔한 느낌이었다. 하지만 처음 도착했을 때의 청소상태가 상당히 불량했다. 냉장고에 누군가 먹다남은 아이스크림이 있었고 욕조에는 머리카락도 그대로 떨어져있는 상태였다. 스트립까지 나가려면 벨라지오를 거쳐서 나가던가 시티센터를 다니는 트램을 타고 나가야하는데 그 시간이 상당하여 불편하였다. 호텔이 너무 넓어서인지 하우스키핑을 부르면 오는데 시간이 많이 걸렸다. 라스베가스를 방문하는 사람에게는 추천하고 싶진 않은 호텔이다.

Nice time

Nice hotel, does not have casino, which for me is an advantage, I hate going through the casinos every time I want to go to my room. Clean, modern, very good service. On the negative side: One day when I arrived to my room in the evening it was not yet cleaned. I had to pay an extra 20 dollars per day for a "Resort Fee". Hotels.com is not clear about […] it, and when I checked in, they did not inform me. When I complained about it, they told me that in the conditions that I signed when I checked in it was explicit, but COME ON!!!! WHO CAN READ ALL THESE THINGS COMPLETELY!!!! 더 보기

Pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable, but after a call they made it up with pillow tops and comforters which made a world of difference. Had to call twice for toilet paper as they only had 1 roll in the room. Kitchen didn't have any silverware or dishes which was odd, but once we called it arrived right away. Views are amazing, pool is small […] but very nice and we loved not having to walk through a smokey casino to leave the hotel. Bonus factors include walking distance to Aria, Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. Great stay! We will return to the Vdara. 더 보기

We had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. They didn't make the sofa bed after we requested it. No glasses in room and nothing but bare cabinets in the kitchenette. Even in the bar/restaurant they assumed we didn't want to order food, so they never asked. Pretty good location, but a ways off the strip.

It was clean, comfortable, and close to the strip. It also had a great pool. But, our toilet was broken, and the staff took their time to bring extra blankets.

The rooms are designed like a small studio, equipped with small kitchen and appliances. The bed was super nice. I only expect double sheets, but it had triple sheets. Bathroom was nice and big. It had a separate tub. Walls are well insulated so we didn't hear much loud noise. It wasn't stuffy like other gambling hotels, the air was fresh and easy to […] breathe. After arriving late at night with our 2 children we just wanted to check-in and go to bed only to find the sofa bed had not been made up and no linen provided to do it. After 2 phone calls and a visit to the front desk we were told that we should have requested the sofa bed to be made prior to arrival??? I would have thought that common sense would […] be enough to know that a booking for 4 people in a room with only 1 bed would require the sofa bed to be made. Once made and ready it proves to be very uncomfortable for the kids with them able to feel the springs in the mattress. The convenience of a kitchen is made very inconvenient with not a single utensil, pot, pan or plate in the room. Then upon check out the extra $28.00 a day fee for use of the gym, pool, wi-fi and bottled water (whether you use them or not) is yet another unpleasant surprise. We did find the non smoking and no casino suited our family however next time we will look elsewhere. 더 보기

Considering it is a 5 star hotel, I was disappointed. It was not bad, but not amazing. Shower had no water pressure and bed, although super comfortable, was very warm with no air vent overhead. We were able to check in early and were given a quiet room on a high floor, as requested. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and did an excellent job on the four days we stayed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, as were the pillows. While relatively compact, the room was very well insulated and tastefully decorated in muted browns with a splash […] of lime. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the deep bath. We were also given a complimentary late check out which was appreciated as we had a thirty hour trip ahead of us. I really like the location of the hotel, right next to Bellagio and Aria and the cafe served good food, reasonably priced. All in all a wonderful experience. 더 보기

Elevators were always packed. Housekeeping had to be called for service. Room did not have robes (which my girlfriend loves). I call housekeeping to request they bring up the robes...they never did. I could not get the pool/cabana reception to answer the phone. I called four times. The last two times I called I left a voicemail requesting a call back...they […] never called back. I had to go down to pool in person to make reservation. On day of service they requested a credit card to keep on file, then lost it and didn't tell me. What a mess. Beautiful hotel, but HORRIBLE experience. I stayed at mandarin oriental two weeks prior and had a 5 star experience. There are too many options in Vegas to settle for poor service. 더 보기

We spent 2 nights in this nice hotel. The only negative thing is the quality of service. We had to call 2 times to have our kids sofa bed set-up and we had to call 2 times for a problem with the safe but nobody came to fix it. Room and bathroom were clean. Very good location!

We arrived at the Vdara at 9:30 a.m. Although check-in was not until 3:00, we hoped to get in our room earlier as we hadn't slept in more than 36 hours. No luck. We weren't given a room until 3:00. When we arrived in our room, the television set was not working, and a technician had to be called. A light was out in the shower that was never repaired […] although requested twice. The dining/living room area was a nice size, and we used the washer/dryer and extra bathroom, but the bedroom was small and dark. We enjoy trips to Las Vegas two or three times each year, but we won't be staying at the Vdara again. 더 보기

Had a great time staying at Vdara. The staff were all very friendly, and my only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer.

My trip started out rough airplane troubles , delayed flight etc. Everything went well at check in but after getting to my room and preparing to take a shower i found a dirty t shirt in between the towels in my room. I called the front desk, spoke with Derborah and explained the situation. Deborah was extremely apologetic but even more helpful she stated […] she would waive the resort fees which i did not expct and offered to switch my room. I was very surprised and happy to receive the excellent customer service at Vdara i would definitely recommend them for future stays. 더 보기

Excellent choice to get away from casinos and smoke. Great service! Only negative was hard to get morning coffee.

Vdara is relatively small (for Vegas), but plenty luxurious. Since there's no casino, you don't have to walk though clouds of cigarette smoke wherever you go. We were always happy to get back there after being out in the casino resorts. The staff was great and the beds were super comfortable. Cool modern decorations in the lobby and rooms. A little […] bit of a walk to get LV Blvd, but worth it to have a refuge from the Vegas insanity. Went with family (2 kids, 9 and 11) and they had a good time in the pool. Only negative was that the pool restaurant and bar was closed for construction. 더 보기

We did not receive a 1 bedroom suite as we had requested. In order to have a 1br we had to move and pay $40.00 per nite extra.

Loved your hotel room and th Spa. Also the staff treated me like a super start

There is no coffee maker in the room. There is a fast food chain looking cafe. I paid $37 for a pancakes, a a mexican brakfast plate and tea, coffee. The food wasn't worth for that amount of money at all. The rice tasted like a frozen food. Pancakes were so bad that we exchanged with French toast. A man in the suits at the swimming pool wad very rude […] to me. He basically talked me down. That's not customer service at all. Very disappointing. The bed was confortable. 더 보기

This hotel was worth staying at, the hotel smells reall y nice not like smoke.I already told all my family and friends .

Stayed here before and had a flawless experience.. Second time wasnt so flawless.. Checked into a room that had a really bad smell, complained to front desk and they promised to check on it.. So we waited and waited and no response.. SO finally had to go down to front desk where they had no excuses and moved us to another room.. However no appologizes […] for the inconvience or for the fact that no one came to check the room.. The devils in the details especially when it comes to service and the service still needs work.. The room and location is great but the problem is the rooms did not come with kitchenwares, dining wares and need to be requested each time you miss something. Then it takes a long time for all these requests to come to you and of course you have to tip them each time.
