The front desk staff was rude and condescending. The place is hard to find and GPS does not guide you well. A new hotel but definately not one to stay at.

i did not like that let children into pool without adult supervison because they broken spa bath I could not use it. However the staff, place and service was top I felt stay in 5 star hotel

My stay on January 13, 2012 was very pleasant. Customer service was 10+. The breakfast was also top notch. Congratulations!

Our stay was very comfortable and convienient. Location is right behind restaurants and a mile away from shopping. The staff was extremely nice and accomodating. It's a new facility and rooms are clean and tidy. Hot breakfast is above other hotels.

love staying here when I come to corpus. Fells like home away from home. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Thanks again for a pleasant stay.

The hotel personnel was extremetly friendly. The hotel was clean and I would go to this hotel if I need to go back to location.

Comfortable, clean, friendly and safe. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Corpus Christi and hightly would recommend this hotel to anyone. You get what you pay for and this hotel was well worth the price.

I have stayed in this particular hotel many times and it has always been clean, beds are comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast one of the best. The only complaint (from my wife) is that the bathrooms have showers only - no tubs. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting the area. Our room, a 2 queen suite, was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of choices. I was impressed with the look and cleanliness of the hotel and my room. The refridgerator and microwave are a plus. Indoor pool is very nice and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. Not just pasteries and waffles; they had eggs, sausage, ham, and biscuits and gravy. The location was quite, but just down the street from the mall, retail stores, […] and grocery stores. Everything was great here. Everything was nice and new. About 10 min. drive to the Lexington, aquarium and beach. Lots of restaurants in the area.

New, well managed property. Very claose to shopping and good food, cracker Barrel next door doesn' hurt! Very clean and helpful staff, beats the hotels downtown by far, particularily for the money. Will stay there again soon.

The room was excellent; large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located near museums, the aquarium, the botanical garden, shopping malls, several restaurants, and 15 mintues from N. Padre Island. I will definitely stay here again.

The little kitchenette was equiped with paper bowls, plastic utensils, a Tuperware container and other kitchen goods not usually in small hotel kitchens. It was a nice little added convenience. The front desk help remembered me from a previous trip and was friendly and welcoming.

This mini get-away was phenominal. My husband and I were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary and I wanted the hotel to be elegant and affordable. It was both! The high end finishes gave the hotel a 4-star feel. The hotel decor was very upscale and new. Our room was better than what the photos showed and what was described. Everything was clean […] and neat and the staff was also very helpful. The hotel is located near the main hwy which made sight-seeing, shopping, and visiting the local resturants very easy. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would definitely reserve this hotel again for future visits! :) P.S. I was told by the staff that the hotel located directly across from this one (Staybridge Suites) is actually a little nicer because they provide kitchenettes in every room. However, I did not see that hotel personally so I cannot comment on the decor. Also since this was a romanitic get-away, I had no intentions of cooking, therefore, we had no use for a kitchenette. Our room at the Hoiday Inn Express did provide a refridgerator and microwave which was perfect for us. Perhaps people traveling with children would have more use for a kitchenette. close to malls, restaurants, and movie theatre

Very enjoyable stay. Room was extremely nice. Very modern & clean. Love the shower stall instead of a tub. Courteous staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Will stay there again when in town.

My stay and room was very comfortable, accommodating and would recommand it to anyone that travels to Corpus and needs a place to stay. Walk-in distance and convenient to surrounding restaurants

From the desk service to the breakfast in the morning, I couldn't have had a better hotel experience. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the halls were quiet at night and check in was a breeze. Totally recommend this hotel for a stay and will definately be back.

Since the time we checked in to the time we checked out, everything went great and the hotel staff were both friendly and helpful. It wasn't too far from the Corpus Christi beach and Padre Island and Port Aransas are a short drive away. We had a great expirience the staff,room,service were great I do need to be fair & point out that the water in the indoor pool was more than just a little chilly my eight year old was frozen & my three year old only "attempted" to get in it was way too cold for him. (But our plans were to spend our time at the beach so we dealt with it. luckily my eldest […] didn't catch a cold) The elevator stopped working our first morning there and we had to go up and down the stairs not that the kids minded at all ,....and a little excercise never did kill anyone; It was fine the rest of the stay. The rooms are "crisp" and "clean" they are comfy and well tended to. They have a mini kitchenette with a microwave a mini fridge even some disposable basic utensils as well as a re-usable/disposable microwavable bowl. The hot breakfast consists of omellettes, scrambled eggs and all the other "basics" hot tea and coffee are offerred fresh and hot all day. The kids enjoyed the large fish tank in the lobby and the clerk even offered to print coupons for local attractions. They also have complimentary items incase you forget to pack the basic travel items. All in all a good hotel clean fresh and amicable service. Beds were great. Sofa couch was good too. Modern clean design. Would stay again. Plenty of name-brand restaurants just a two minute walk. A steak house, Mexican, Pizza, ...etc all close by. All in all Very Nice. 더 보기

My only complaint was that, since it was a non-smoking hotel, everyone went right outside the front door to smoke - and most of those were employees.
