My stay was uneventful, the location of the hotel was comfortale and quiet. The staff members on the second day of my stay were not as pleasant or accomodating as on the afternoon of my check in or the morning of my checkout.

Air conditioner is SUCK!

this place is nice for the price rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable well worth the price

We stayed in the King Suite and it was a nice size and pretty clean room. We had to ask for extra towels (they only provided 2 even though the reservation was for 4) and for sheets for the sofa sleeper, so that was a little inconvenient. Free breakfast was good. This is a motel, not a hotel, and is right on the side of the highway on the edge of the middle of nowhere. I was the only woman in the entire building and didn't feel particularly safe. This hotel is well suited for oil field workers but not for casual or business travelers.

this hotel is well worth the money that we paid very cheap and everything about it was perfect. the price the location the staff even the breakfast. we will definentaly be using this hotel again

My stay was for three (3) days and I enjoyed every minute of it. I couldn't believe the price for the location!! The staff was very friendly and accomodating; the hotel is in a GREAT location; it was very clean (even the bathing area and toilet) and that is a major hurdle for me!! I did not get a chance to try the breakfast because I slept in most of […] the time. The hotel was close to ALL the major restaurants, mall areas, and my favorite, Wal-Mart!! From the time we walked in to the time we left, everyone was nice and pleasant. We felt safe. Several restaurants were just down the road, and the continental breakfast was really good. Reliant Center wasn't far either. We went to the Nutcracker market while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was close to major Houston attractions, but outside the bustle. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby. Pet-friendly, too. Friendly staff. The breakfast was bad, but still a nice hotel overall. I was pleasantly surprised.

We really enjoyed our weekend there. The room was so comfortable and clean. House keeping comes at a respectable hour for people like us who like to sleep in late. No bell hop but overall great service. Nice!!!

When I first checked in, I told the clerk I had reservations through your firm for 3 nights and was told "okay". However when checking out I was told I had to pay for the reservation - they did not want to honor my arrangements with Hotels.com. I was not allowed to check out until I paid that second amount. My experience at this location was superb. I had a flawless check in and hte place was immaculate. Could not have had a better experience. Courtney checked me in and was professional and courteous.

Location was very accessible to highway, mall and restaurants. The room was very nice and it had a walk in tile shower. I have never seen a shower like this in a hotel - very nice. I would certainly stay there again.

Nice neighborhood and we enjoyed are stay.

The breakfast bar is not properly attended so they run out of items very quickly-like coffee and fruit. Compared to some others, it is a rather sparse breakfast offering. Plus there are some weird things like installation instructions stuck in the light globes on overhead lights and plastic coverings that should have been taken up after installation--just […] looked a little messy. Hotel is located in Pearland (south of Houston). Reliant park can be reached by Taxi in about 10 minutes. You should however order a taxi the night before.
