We were very pleased with our experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. The hotel staff was friendly. It was very close to the Houston Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a newer hotel. I use to stay here because it was close to business mtg I needed to attend. I hadn't been here for about 2 yrs and was pleased to see the place was just as nice as when it was new and the staff just as helpful and freindly. it is also close to the Kemah Board walk area. Was at the hotel for New Years eve. Get away for me and the wife. Down the street from Kemah. Only things I would say that needs improving was breakfest time. The staff under estimated how much food to prepare and people were waiting to eat. But other than that the stay was great!!!!!! Will be back...smile*

the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the kemah boardwalk which was very helpful

Even thou we had to get the refridgtor exchanged cause the one in the room did not work and the toliet seat was broken! This hotel was very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

We only booked the room from 1 night but had a really good experience. Went with a friend; considering that their were 2 adults and 4 children (my son, his 2 daughters, & nephew) the experience was good. Booked the room with 2 queen beds & a sofa bed. The room had a new flatscreen, free wireless internet, a fridge, & microwave. Plus the complimentary […] breakfast the next morning. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel; it was conveniently close to all things (no more than a 15 min drive) and service was great.

We just stayed in Seabrook with our 5 kids and had a blast. The hotel had great breakfasts and accommodations. They were very helpful. We were just across the bridge from Kemah Boardwalk and about 20-30 minutes away from Galveston. We got a great deal. There were a ton of families there so we felt right at home with our crew! This hotel was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean. The only complaint we had was the lack of a bathtub, or longer shower curtain. The hotel was fully booked so there wasn't a lot of parking, but the hotel and gas station are one property so there was no worry about the car getting towed. The hotel was clean and the personnel very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower head was high up on the wall so my husband could actually stand up and shower unlike many other hotel showers where anyone over 6 ft has to bend to get under the spray. very nice hotel.

Excellent hotel for the money. The hotel was immaculate and the staff welcoming. Breakfast was mediocre but it was free so no complaints.

Room was excellent and we love their pilow top beds so comfy. We loved it.

WE ARRIVED AT THIS HOTEL IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I HAVE BEEN TO ALOT OF HOTELS BUT IN THIS HOTEL YOU SEE MAINTENANCE IN THE BUILDING. WE ALSO SAW HOUSEKEEPERS ON THE FLOOR. THE POOL WAS CLEAN AND THE HOTEL SMELLED GREAT. I WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEKEND. GREAT!!!!!!!!

We arrived at 8:30pm. The toilet did not work. We called the front desk to send someone to fix it. They said someone would be up in a couple of minutes. An hour later noone showed up. We opened the back to the toilet and found the handle was installed incorrectly. We called the front desk again and they said the maintenance guy was at another hotel […] dropping off customers and he would be here shortly. We waited another hour and called again. They did not have any other rooms to move us to. The manager came to look at the toilet with a plunger even though we told him the handle was installed incorrectly. The manager had no clue how to fix it but all we needed was a wrench. Thirty minutes later the maintenance guy showed up with no tools. He looked at the toilet and agreed that he needed a wrench to properly install the handled. He left to get tools. Finally at 11:30 the toilet was fixed and my family could take showers so we could go to sleep. 더 보기

Cons: I love my breakfast and this hotel did little to make me happy in this area. The food was not very tasty, not many choices and they did not have enough help. There was not much room to sit and if you wanted a table you had to sit right after someone without the table being cleaned. the whole eating situation did not seem very sanitary. Also my […] room still had some hair on the bathroom floor - so it could have been cleaner. Pros: Very, very nice front desk staff! Great price and location if you want to go to Kemah boardwalk. The room was quite spacious, with a nice sitting area before reaching the generously sized bedroom. One of the nicest motel lobbies I've seen in ages as well.

Very happy with our stay at comfort suites great staff answered our questions and helped us and we were very impressed with the manager,he went out of his way to help us and make us feel at home . This hotel needs to make improvements on their breakfast.Being a new hotel, the Breakfast counter is way too small and have to work on the buffet presentation as I wasnt impressed a bit and quality of the food provided.Other than Breakfast everything else was good.

We stayed at this hotel with five people in our party. There was enough sleeping space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The room was very nice, clean and nicly decorated. The pet friendly aspect allowed us to bring our dog along, saving us from having to make arrangements for her, which was helpful since it was a last minute trip.

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Shuttle will take you anywhere within 5 miles which includes the boardwalk & I think the space center. Good breakfast.

Bed and room was very comfortable. Nice and quiet would recommend for others to stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and reasonably priced. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. The next time we visit the area we will definitely stay here.

Exceptional Quality for the money! We were extrememly surprised by how clean it was. The pool was a little small and over crowded but we will stay again. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff at checkout, let us know about travel/sites/entertainment for our next stay!

Very nice newer hotel.Much more convenient from Seabrook than from the NASA/ Webster area to the Kemah Boardwalk.Clean and well cared for hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed here on a Friday night. We had a great time, however... in the morning the poor lady in charge of the breakfast buffet could have used some help. There was waffle batter all over the place. Comfort Suites, if you're listening... GET HER ANOTHER HAND!

This is a brand new hotel with nice rooms, real granite in the bathrooms, nice elevator, updated suite design with a few designer twists.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again.
