2주간 여기서 머물었습니다. 전철로 어디든지 쉽게 갈 수 있는 교통의중심지라 무척 편리 했습니다. 지하철에서 바로 호텔로 들어올 수 있고 지하에 상가와 식당이 있어서 좋습니다. 조용하고 편리합니다. 미국에 비해 방이 약간 적은 것을 빼놓고는 모든 것이 좋습니다. 방에 110V 전기도 설치 되어 있어서 전기를 이용하는데 불편이 없습니다. 다음에 오면 여길 다시 이용할 것입니다.

I was staying 1 night on 11th of Jan 2013. Hotel is just 35 minutes from the airport and the bus will drop you in front of the hotel. There is so many restaurant & shops around the hotel and subway to the city is just connected from the hotel! So convenient and easy! 왠만한 숙박 호텔들 보다 깨끗하고 외국인 친구를 공덕역 바로 옆에 있는 시장안 족발집을 데려 갔더니 무척 좋아하고 신기해함 전철로 움직이실 분은 최고의 위치 모든 공항, 기차역과 가까움

공덕역에서 바로 연결..교통이 좋은 편이지만 업무지구와도 떨어져 있고 관광지와도 조금 떨어져 있다는 느낌은 있네요. 호텔 주변에 쉽게 갈 수 있는 편의점과 같은 시설이 눈에 들어오지 않았던 것도 아쉽습니다. 위치적인 사항 이외에는 스탠다드한 호텔으로 여겨집니다. 깔끔했고 대체적으로 만족했습니다.

지하철역 출구에서 나오자마자 바로! 위치 좋다는 후기 많이 읽었는데 아~ 이얘기구나 했습니다. 건물안에 슈퍼, 식당가, 커피숍 등 편의시설이 있어 일단 좋았구요 호텔 직원들 친절했습니다. 제일 중요한 객실 상태는 다소 작지만 묵기에 충분했구요 화장실이 깨끗해서 맘에 들었습니다. 푹 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

롯데시티호텔 정말 만족스러웠어요. 와이프랑 아기랑 수영장에서 햇살을 맞으며 수영을 했었는데, 너무 인상적이었어요. 다음날 아침에는 아기랑 욕조에서 목욕도 했었는데 바깥풍경을 보면서 했어요. 와이프도 엄청 만족스러워 했어요.

가격적인 면도 Merit가 있고, 위치도 좋아서 교통도 편리(서울역, 김포/인천 공항 직통 철도)합니다. 서울 도심 관광에 편리할 것으로 생각됩니다. 지하에는 슈퍼를 비롯한 각종 식당이 즐비하여 건물 안에서 왠만한 것들은 다 해결할 수 있습니다. 이는 여행 시 경유지를 선정할 경우 적합한 요건으로 간주될 수 있습니다. 건물 구조상 객실에서 지하 아케이드 연결이 다소 어렵게 느껴지긴 합니다만 조금만 찾다보면 금새 쉬이 해결가능합니다. 외국인들도 잘 다니시더라구요. ㅎ 객실 실내도 깔끔하고 공덕 사거리가 내려보이는 뷰도 나쁘지 않아서 도심에 위치한 호텔로 상당히 만족합니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 예약할 생각입니다.

서울에 출장차 깔끔한 롯데시티호텔을 예약했어요. 가격은 당연히 특급호텔답게 조금 비싸지만 hotels.com의 10% 할인쿠폰을 이용하여 조금 싸게 예약해서 좋았습니다. 일단 객실은 생각보다 좁았지만 나머지는 모두 깔끔하고 기자재도 모두 좋았습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 침구가 뽀송뽀송하고 깨끗하여 잠을 너무 잘 잤습니다. 만족합니다.

호텔에 벨 보이가 없습니다. 우리는 무거운 짐을 로비 바닥에서 부터 날랐습니다. 승강기를 타고, 체크인 카운터에 가서, 우리 객실을 찾기 위해 큰 원을 따라 걸었습니다. 나는 이 것을 호텔이라 불러야 하는지 모르겠습니다. 우리를 도와주던 소녀가 체크인이 되지 않는다고 우리에게 말했고 우리는 무거운 박스들을 들고 15분을 걸어야 하는 대신 단지 우리 객실까지 3분이 거리에 있는 지름길 이였습니다. 그 뿐이 아니라, 여기 "도와주는 직원" 중 70% 영어가 ZERO 였고, 그 들중 20%의 말하기가 BAD 영어, 그리고 그들중 10% 평범한 영어를 했습니다. 나는 불러서 어댑터를 요청했고, 그들은 나에게 로비로 가서 그것을 […] 가져오라고 말했습니다. 나는 왜 시설 도우미가 그것을 배달해 주지 못하는지 이해하지 못했습니다. 그들의 대답은 "시설 도우미들은 오후 5시에 퇴근합니다". 입니다. 명백히 시설 도우미들은 24시간을 일하는데 왜냐하면 나는 나의 수건을 한 밤중에 받았기 때문입니다. 그 의미는 직원들이 거짓말을 했다는 뜻 입니다. 멋진 경험이지 않습니까?? 더 보기

The hotel is located very conveniently on top of a subway stop. So, even if the hotel is a few subway stops from the central business district, it only took a few minutes to get there on subway. Great little market area in the basement of the hotel - wonderful local coffee shops, a supermarket, and a great local hamburger joint, plus a nice variety […] of Asian restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was small compared to the price but comfortable. We tried to negotiate for a lower price after seeing a lower posting online but they refused. For us, the bed was comfortable - not too firm, not too soft. The room temperature was fine. My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel. It's on the top of line 5 and 6 so we found very convenient. It's also very close to major attractions and shopping areas. The room is not big however it is very clean. The bathroom is also very big. I think it definitely worth the money and will choose this hotel next time visiting Seoul.

All the staff spoke English very well, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice, comfortable, and convenient to Hongdae (or anywhere, the subway stop is basically downstairs). The breakfast was a bit pricey, but basically standard for a nicer hotel...

Stayed at Lotte Mapo for a total of 5 nights over 2 different periods. Was kindly given a larger room on a higher non-smoking floor during the second stay period. Do not expect frills like a door man etc, but the hotel is adequate as a base for touring Seoul. As mentioned in other posts, the hotel sits atop 2 subway lines (Lines 5 and 6, Exit 2 for […] hotel). Subway line 5 is very useful for getting to Gwanghwamun (right in front of Gyeongbuk Palace) in 20mins or so, and subway line 6 to Myeongdong in abt the same time, but involving 1 transfer at Samgakji Station. Having a Lotte Supermart and a number of small cafes in the complex itself is useful. There are more cafes across the road. If you want a wider selection of groceries, use Exit 7 of the subway station and walk just 50m ahead to reach a sizeable E-mart. Housed within that complex is a Starbucks and a neat foodcourt. If you have loads of luggage, do consider using the Limo bus service instead of AREX as the subway system lacks lifts (and the escalators may not be operational at all times). 더 보기

The Lotte City Mapo was in a great location for our daughter's College, that's why we chose it. The subway runs underneath the hotel so it is great for getting around. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very expensive compared to the restaurants and bars around it but very nice. Though in a business area, Lotte city hotel provides very easy access to the main Seoul attractions through shuttle bus and subway, with a direct train to the airport. The friendly staffs do talk in English, which really helped.
