Had 2 huge stains on bed comforter. Ants on the bed,,walls,and floor. The patio had hundreds of black bujs nested in the corner as well as nested under the furniture. Beach access door was locked and we were told we had to walk out the front and between buildings to get to the beach. The floor of the shower started to peel up as I took a shower. I moved […] the night stand to kill the ants only to find left over food. Carpet was stained and dirty. Maid service was horrible.Never asked us how our stay was or if we would like a recipt. There was one thing that really bothered us about the service; there was a Christmas marathon being runned on Saturday morning; that day was to be spent with my whole family touring the Eisenhower, due to us not being able to get out early from the hotel, my husband(whose home on r/r from Afghandistan) and our grandbaby were not able to go along. I always love to choose Comfort Inn for all the above reasons. This stay was quite unusual as a tremendous storm came through on our 2nd night and all the power was out in the Va. Beach area - INCLUDING THE ELEVATOR in this motel where we stayed and were on the 11th Floor!! When we came back that night, 2 of the motel staff helped us walk up 11 flights […] of stairs with flashlights to our room. How accommodating is that?? We opened the door to the balcony for air and went to bed - power came back on at 4 AM. They even served their usual breakfast later that morning. 더 보기

Too expensive !!! Too old !!!! And carpet filthy, old, stained and stinky !!!! Bath tub was also filthy and covered with stains. Very disappointed with everything!!!! Very bad experienced. We were definitely taken advantage. No there was no comfort in Comfort Hotel at all !!!

In the room the floor rug and sofa was dirty. Put towels on sofa in order to sit on it. The toilet had trouble flushing it. reported to the front desk was told they fix it, but still had trouble with it. Ice machine was not working. Would not go back.

Check In personnel were pleasant and allowed us to check-in before 3:00 pm. Room Key cards were horrible, I had to get key reprogramed several times (and other guests said the same thing). Elevators were the worst experience of the hotel. They were slow - no ventillation - weren't programmed to operate together, so if one elevator stopped on a floor […] to pick someone up the other elevator didn't recognize that and also stopped (needlessly). We were told elevators were to be REPLACED by labor day. Shower floor was horrible. Room remodel was nicely done - overall room was clean. Location is awesome. Staff at hotel were very helpful and pleasant. Water Depth markings on pool were inaccurate - need to watch small children and their capabilities. 더 보기
