하튼 호텔 니시우메다 (Hearton Hotel Nishiumeda) - 오사카

처음호텔에 투숙한건데요 완전 만족입니다. 직원도 친절하고 호텔내부도 깨끗해서 다음에 다시 놀러가면 또 이용할 예정입니다. 칸사이 공항에서 숙소까지는 공항리무진을 타고 갔습니다. (1500엔) 듣던데로 교통비가..... 오사카 하비스플라자 (70분정도소요) 에서 내리면 길건너편 왼쪽으로 조금 붉은색 건물이 있는데요 그 뒤쪽에 있는건물로 걸어서 5분정도걸립니다. 전철을 탈경우 jr전철을 이용해서 오사카역에서 내려서 사쿠라바시입구으로 나와 횡단보도를 건너 상가건물을 통과하면 바로 보입니다. 여기도 역에서 5분정도 거리구요 헌데 전철을 이용해서 온게 아니라 시간이랑 교통비는 잘 모르겠네요~~ 1층 로비에서는 무선인터넷이 가능하고요 […] 룸에 들어가면 안되요 ..방에는 아주 조그만한 포트가 있는데요 일반 머그컵사이즈랍니다 보고서 얼마나 귀엽던지~~ 컵라면을 사갔었는데 셋이서 라면 같이 먹기 조금 힘들었답니다. 더 보기

시설이 아주 좋지는 않아요 특히 커피 포트가 없고 전기 판 위에 비커 같은 거 올려 놓고 물 끓여야 하는 시설 보고... 경악... 그런 건 처음 봤네요 게다가 금연룸으로 예약했늗네 흡연룸으로 줬어요. 냄새 난다고 했떠니 소취제 주면서 알아서 뿌리라고 하고.... 불친절했던 건 아닌데, 그런 대응력이 좀... 하지만 위치는 최고이구요... 흡연룸만 아니었다면 방도 정말 좋았을 거에요 유니버셜 스튜디오, 교토만 갈 예정이었기에 오사카역이 딱 좋았네요. 전 오사카를 몇 번 가서 그런가... 난바보단 우메다나 오사카가 편하더라구요. 특히 호텔 앞에 있는 타코야끼 집도 정말 맛있습니다 ㅋ

우메다 역 자체가 너무 크고 복잡해서, 처음 호텔을 찾는 데 약간 어려움이 있었지만, 그만큼 대부분의 전철이나 지하철이 연결되어서 교통수단을 이용하는데는 편리하더라구요. 그리고 객실도 트윈을 이용했는데, 좁다거나 그런 느낌을 받지 않았습니다. 물품이나 청결수준도 좋네요~

역이랑 가까워서 니시우메다호첼로 예약했지만, 너무 번잡스러워서 좀 안좋았다. 다음엔 다른 호텔로 예약하고 싶다. 가까운곳에 편의점이 없는 게 아쉽다. 호텔조식도 너무 비싸고, 가격대비 먹을만한 게 없다. 방 내부의 카페트도 얼룩투성이에...너무 더러웠다.

비좁은 침실. 위치는 우메다역과 가까워 좋으나, 우메다역이 워낙 크고 복잡해서 길 잃기 정말 쉽습니다.

방 좁은 편이고 오래되어서 그런지 시설도 그저그랬습니다. 특히 TV 무료 채널 너무 없어서 불편하더군요.. JR 오사카역이랑은 가깝지만 지하철이랑은 거리가 꽤 있는 편입니다.

일본출장중 아주 저렴하게 잘 이용하였습니다. 전철역에서도 아주 가깝고, 객실도 아주 청결한 상태여서 아주 만족한 출장이 되었습니다.

한 열번은 이용한 호텔이고 특히 아침 식사가 가격대비 괜찮고 주변에 음식점도 있어서 다양하게 즐길 수 있는 비ㅣ니스 호텔입니다. 특히 이번에 호텔닷컴에서 50% 디스카운트 이벤트를 이용해서 특히 좋왓 음. jr 및 다른 교통 수단도 근거리에 있어서 좋왔음.

Clean, nice location and very reasonable price. You cannot find any hotels better than this one with this price. Recommend!!

다른 말이 필요 없습니다. 위치적으로 매우 좋은 곳에 있습니다. 흡연실을 원했는데 처음에 6층 금연실로 주셨어서 프론트에 얘기하고 16층으로 옮겼는데 처음 6층 방은 바깥에 다른 건물 사무실과 너무 붙어 있어서 창문을 열어놓으면 옆사무실 사람들이 너무 잘 보여서 조금 불편할 듯 했습니다. 그 외에는 호텔도 생각보다 넓고 일단 이동이 편리했던지라 다음 오사카 여행을 하게 된다면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

제가 하튼호텔을 선택하면서 처음에는 조금 걱정이 됐습니다. 한국인들이 묵은 후기가 별로 없었거든요.. 근데 외국인들 후기가 나쁘지 않길래 괜찮을꺼라 생각했습니다. 실제로 일본에 머문 5일동안 2일은 신사이바시쪽 하튼호텔에 묶었는데요 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 트리플룸 선택했는데 트리플룸으로 되어 있는 곳으로 들어갔어요. ^^.. 근데 니시우메다.. 이건 뭐죠?? 건물이 신사이바시보다 크고 좋아보이길래 안에 방도 기대했었는데 이건 100% 장담할 수 있는데 2인용 객실에 침대를 하나 넣었습니다!!!!! 트리플룸이 따로 있는 게 아니었어요.... 신사이바시에서 트리플 룸은 정말 트리플룸이었습니다. 조명도 각각 3개씩 있는 그런 […] 방이었지요... 근데 이 방은 원래 2인용방인 것 같더군요 거기에 침대를 하나 더 넣어서 티비바로밑에 침대가 하나 있고 그 앞으로해서 2개가 더 있었습니다. 정말 침대가 3개가 딱붙어서 있었어요.. 뭐 테트리스 해놓은 것처럼.. -_-;; 안에 들어가서 자기도 힘들더군요....침대 사이가 좁아서... -_-;; 무지 실망을 했습니다. 침대만 넣어놓은 트리플룸....... 트리플룸을 사용할꺼고 같은 하튼호텔 쓰실꺼면 신사이바시점!!! 여기가 더 좋습니다. 참고하세요! 더 보기

많은 사람들이 방이 좁다고 하여 걱정하였으나 우리가 투숙한 룸은 침대 세개가 들어있는 트리플.룸이었다. 복도 끝에 위치하여 다른 방보다는 조금 큰듯.했으나 들어가보지는 못하여 확인은 할 수 없었다. 침대는 일렬로 배치된것이 아니라.싱글.침대 두개 아래쪽으로 침대하나가 가로로 하나더 배치된 형태였다. 생활하기엔 조금 좁을수도 있겠으나 자고 휴식을 취하는데는 무리가 없었다. 여행중 이틀은 비가 왔었는데 우산을 무료로 대여해줘서 유용했었다. 노트북을 가져갔었는데 유선랜이 설치되어 있어서.무료로 사용할 수 있었다. 방안에 금고가 없는게 조금 마음에 걸렸지만 투숙기간 동안 별다른 문제가 발생하지는 않았다. 전철, 지하철, JR선 […] 이 도보로 걸어다닐수 있는 범위야서 밤늦게 까지 돌아다니기가 편했다. 우리는 교토, 고베, 나라를 하루씩 다녀왔는데 일찍 일정을 마치고 오사카에서 저녁까지 놀다가 숙소로 올 수 있어서 좋았다. 방은 JR선 반대편이라 그런지 소음은 없었던거 같다. 전반적으로 만족한 편이고 기회가 된다면 또다시 투숙할 마음이 생기는 곳이었다. 더 보기

이동하기 너무 편했어요 굉장히 가까워서 일본지하철은 우메다나 난바에서 거의 갈아타는식인데 호텔이 우메다역근처다보니 필요하거나 날이춥거나할땐 잠시 들러서 옷을 갈아입거나 짐을 챙길수 있어요. 굉장히 친절하시구 영어되시구요. 다만 식사는 조식먹어봤는데 가격대비 좀 .. 실망했어요 ^^;; 조식이라 샐러드류와 빵류 그외에 몇가지 음식들이있는데 딱히 손이가는 음식은 없었어요; 그치만 서비스와 위치 청결도는 최고입니다 ㅋㅋ

공항에서 리무진으로 오면 아주 편리한 장소에 있으며 주변에 큰 백화점이 있어서 쇼핑을 하기에 좋습니다. 단, 주변에 먹거리가 많은 편은 아닙니다. 방은 semi-single이어서 협소하고 사진에 보이는대로 침대가 꽉차 있을 뿐입니다. 그러나 깨끗하고 있을 것을 다 있습니다.

유니버살스튜디오나, 도심으로 이동시 JR과 지하철을 이용하여 15분내에 이동이 가능합니다. 정말 교통이 편리한 곳에 위치라고 있으며 주변에는 다양한 먹거리, 즐길거리, 쇼핑센타가 많습니다. 단, 호텔의 객실은 세미더블의 경우 매우 협소합니다. 성인2명의 경우 조금 불편할수있습니다. 욕실등의 청결도는 정말 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 매우친절하며, 아침식사의 경우 일본식과 아메리칸부페로 되어 있으며 주변의 다른 부페보다 저렴하고 음식의 질은 매우 높습니다. 아이들의 경우 성인의 50%정도의 가격입니다. 성인은 10,000엔입니다(VAT포함_세일기간) 평상시에는 10,500엔정도한다고 합니다. 책에 나온 월드부페등도 다녀왔는데, 호텔부페가 […] 훨씬 저렴하면서 음식의 질이 좋습니다. 이래 저래 만족도 좋은 호텔입니다. 밤12시정도까지 주변에 즐길거리(음식점 등)가 많습니다. 더 보기

Good size room, staff very helpful.

Good location and easy access to Osaka station travelling from places to places. Hotel staff are courteous tho very few speak good English. Overall satisfied.

A 3-star hotel in a good location. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Gave me a neck ache after 2 nights. Carpets and furniture old but room and bathroom were generally clean. Very convenient to get to and from the airport as the airport bus is just about 5 mins walk away.

This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Osaka Station and a break from the bustle of busy Umeda. Clean and relatively big toilet. I will rate it over other hotels of the same price in the area. GOOD value for money but of course you wont expect 5 stars.

Really close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Wifi is not available in the room however, and we had to use the wifi in the lobby.

It is really nice to have a hotel which located near the subway station. Along the way, there are cheap eateries which are pleasant to us as restaurants are especially expensive in many parts of japan. Rooms might be small to some people, but the overall experience is still satisfying.

I stayed at Hearton Hotel Nishiumeda in March 2012 and found it to be fantastic value for money. I stayed in a triple room, and while there wasn't a lot of space, it was a clean and comfortable room. The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Osaka - we could get everywhere we wanted to go from the nearby Umeda subway and Osaka JR station. 1 minute walk to Osaka station and tremendous amount of underground shopping nearby, also very convenient for connecting trains to Kobe, Kyoto, Nara and other attractions via Osaka-Umeda station. Hotel room is clean although a bit old. My price paid was 40% off regular price so it was a good deal.

Really enjoyed this hotel and its location. The rooms are kinda small but as a couple it was fine for us who only needed a place to sleep and decent internet. It is next to Osaka station- about a 2 min walk. directions are a bit confusing so make sure you google map before you leave as we walked around for an hour to find it and then it was right next […] to the station we came into. The location ended up being the best part about this hotel as this gave us easy access to anywhere we wanted to travel. The room itself was fine, again it was small but it served its purpose well. This is an above average hotel--good location to Osaka station and the airport limousine bus stop. Room was on the small side and is a bit tight for two persons although the bathroom was of satisfactory size. Front office staff had some English language deficiencies but they went out of their way to help. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate […] and had western and Japanese cuisine. Our big grouse was that we were given a smoking room despite the fact that we had booked our room in late November 2011 and had requested for a non-smoking room. Front office claimed that there were no non-smoking rooms available when we checked in. This is a matter which hotel.com should take up with the management. 더 보기

The hotel is very close to JR Osaka, only less than 5 min walk. Very convenient to travel. The room is fine but quite small, and the mattress is bad for back. Overall, reasonable price with convenient location.

The only negative about this hotel is just that the rooms are incredibly small. Even the bathroom seems large compared to the room itself. If you are two people with large bags....well, good luck. However, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable and the location is very central. Take note: if you are coming out of Umeda Station, take the Sakurabashi […] Exit and walk through the restaurant Arcade and the hotel is right on the other side. The hotel is in a great location, right next to a central train station. The gripes would be the size of the room and facilities provided in the room. The room is really small, but once on the bed, that's not so bad. Another irritating thing was the poor kettle that was provided. It was a really tiny model, the sort that makes a cup of hot water, which […] takes ages anyway. With that, you can forget instant noodles at night. To get to the hotel, take the Sakurabashi exit from JR Osaka station, cross the road and pass through a mall lined with restaurants. The hotel is just across the road at the end of this mall. This particular hotel is located in an extremely convenient location. It is within easy walking distance of the bustling Namba area and transportation links via the city's subway, bus and rail lines is easily available. While the furnishing was somewhat dated, it was in a decent condition and perfectly usable. I did find the room to be somewhat smaller […] than the usual Japanese business hotel room. By the fourth and final night of my stay, I was beginning to find the room to be rather confining. I would certainly recommend considering this place if you are alone or will not be spending a considerable amount of time in the room. I checked out the lunch buffet available at the hotel and felt it offered a decent variety for the price and the quality of the food was acceptable. I would recommend that you check out the surrounding areas and consider having your meals there. For those who prefer late nights, there is an exceedingly friendly takoyaki man who operates out of the back of a van just outside the hotel at late hours. Excellent location, just a minute walk from airport limonusine terminal & JR Osaka Station (Sakurabashi Exit). English speaking is OK in front desk as well. Comfort Room though its small, bathroom is relatively big compare with the room. Cozy & warm feeling in Garden Cafe. Coin laundry is another surprise to me for its efficent & convenience !!

The hotel sited in Umeda, Osaka. JR train and airport bus station are both within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel room is clean, tidy and modern. Very attractive rates for room may be offered from time to time.

Good location but for a triple room it is basically a twin bedroom adding on extra bed condition. So it will be cramp. If twin or single bedroom, it would be ok.

Fully equipped and at a good location.

The location is superb, in the middle of osaka station and nishiumeda subway station, less than 5 minutes away. Room like all the other hotels in Japan, very small, but comfortable. Centrally located with all the amenities e.g. food and shopping. Short walking distance to main Osaka station and feeder lines. Also near Hotel Granvia where many local tours start from. The room is too small

Hotel is located near Osaka station which is convenience for traveling. Besides, there is a mini malls right next to the hotel (on the right hand side, before entering the Osaka station) where many restaurants are available for your dining selection. Especially, hotel staff are able to speak English more fluently and understandable than other hotel […] where i used to stay in Osaka. If i have a chance to go Osaka, i will stay there again!
