파르코 세로네 (Parco Serrone) - 트룰리 – 바리(주)

The room did not have the advertised number of beds. Even when I complained, the new room still did not have the master and two smaller beds. Restaurant was not open Saturday night, but for E12, we had wonderful antipasti and vino rosso della casa. It was nice of them to make arrangements for us, but no restaurants were available before 8:30. The staff […] was accomodating, but when I asked to take a biscotti for the trip home for the children, I was not allowed. I think most of the problems were because of my English and little Italian. I'm glad I had the Hotels.com site still loaded into the iPad so I could show the desk clerk my reservation and get a better room. Wifi does not reach into the room. 20m from the common area. It only seems to work near the front desk. I am thinking that the hotel would be absolutely wonderful in the high summer season with the two restaurants and lots of tenants. But in the off season of winter/early spring, the pool was not operational, and the hotel seemed to still be getting ready for the coming season, they weren't ready for us. 더 보기

E un hotel che non dimostra le sue 4 stelle, specie nelle stanze e nei bagli, abbiamo voluto scegliere una camera doppia superior, aspettandoci ovviamente di una superior di un 4 stelle, invece ci è stato detto che sono tutte uguali, cambia che è un po più larga la stanza.... figuriamoci le altre allora... il bagno deludente... faceva freddo, la doccia […] usurata e in parte rotta, una doccetta di quelle misere misere, senza portasapone e niente... i termo arredi (2) entranbi non funzionanti... acqua calda che nella sera usciva piano piano, la mattina evidentemente quando tutti si lavavano usciva a goccie.. a terra un parquet in laminato peggiore di quello che vendono i cinesi... sembrava essrci una pulizia discreta... ma insomma... nienete a che vedere con un 4 stelle.. la sala colazione e la colazione erano discrete.. 더 보기

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 in una camera matrimoniale molto ampia con balconcino. Soggiorno rilassante, la piscina è un pò più piccola di come appare sul sito, tuttavia l'hotel non era affollato ed è stato comunque piacevole. Colazione varia con qualche prodotto tipico locale. E' un'hotel a conduzione familiare, purtroppo i servizi dell'hotel Piscina sono utilizzati spesso dai parenti e amici quindi molto confusionari. Le condizione dell'hotel sono buone anche perchè essendo anche sala da ricevimenti tengono a curare la struttura.

Stanza spaziosa e confortevole. Sufficiente la colazione che potrebbe essere molto piu' variegata. Consigliato per chi come noi ha trovato un offerta

Las instalaciones del hotel, la habitación, el personal de recepción, el desayuno, la piscina están bien. Su principal inconveniente es que está alejado (unos 2-3 km) de un pueblo (Corato) que está "muerto", no hay nada que hacer. Está bien si a uno le pilla de paso en un recorrido túrístico por la zona.
