Great hotel. Very comfortable beds & pillows! Easy access to I-80 travel. Incredibly clean with wonderful staff! Very nice breakfast .

While the hotel itself was very nice (beautiful lobby, very nice, comfy room), the staff was anything but. One incredibly rude employee managed to ruin my Hampton Inn experience. After breakfast I poured myself a cup of hot coffee and headed back up to the room with my boyfriend. When we got there, our room key wouldn't open the door, so my boyfriend […] went down to the front desk. They supposedly fixed it and he returned to the room... it won't open. So I go back down with him and I'm pretty iritated: I need to use the restroom and I'm standing outside the room I'm paying to stay in with a hot cup of coffee. We tell the girl at the front desk that we're still locked out and I added, "and I'm miffed." She immediately got an attitude and was super defensive when I hadn't said anything about her personally. Her response to my "I'm miffed" was to say, "Oh! Well, there's nothing I can do. Do you know how often these cards get deactivated? This happens all the time." I said, "Oh, well that's good to know. Apparently I don't ever want to stay at a Hampton Inn again since their door keys never work." I filled out their customer service card, telling them about the incident. Unfortunately this Sara was the only employee at the front desk, so I wouldn't be shocked to learn that she threw it away without ever showing it to management. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, which is really upsetting since without this experience, I had had a lovely time in Lincoln going to the Lied Center to see a show. Needless to say, Sara has made it clear to me that i never want to stay at a Hampton Inn ever again and I won't. 더 보기

Very nice clean hotel offering a good breakfast. Because the hotel is close to I80, the traffic was a bit loud in our room.

Overall the place was very comfortable. Too bad, we arrived 4 in the morning and didn't get to enjoy it that much. The only negative is that it was close to the highway and you can hear the traffic earlier in the morning. Otherwise, for the price, it was good.

This hotel is definitely the best hotel experience I have ever had. Great service,clean rooms, very delicious complimentary breakfast with lots to choose from, and wonderful beds!!! Close to many things including the interstate. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was clean with luxurious appointments. Pool, sauna, and exercise room. The best breakfast room I've see - tables and shared counters to eat were well spaced. Room was quite with lots of pillows and desk, internet access etc. for business use was great.

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. We came in from 12 hours on the road and this hotel was just what we needed to get a good nights rest and breakfast before getting back on the road. Very satisfied!

Our room was very nice. The lobby and breakfast room were very nice. Breakfast was like most other places at this price level. It is way out on 27th Street, but we didn't have any problems getting around town to the places we wanted to go.

This hotel was so much more than we expected! I love Hampton Inns but this one takes the cake. It smelled brand new, the decor, rooms and breakfast areas were decorated so cool! Rooms were spacious and were the hallways and the pool area was clean too. Super friendly staff!

This place was immaculate. We had two rooms and both were great.

I've stayed here on prior occasions, This event was a room for my in-laws. Think about that...It had better be good, or my credibility is on the line. They said the room was excellant. They slept well, enjoyed a good breakfast, and commended the overall service of the facility. I scored BIG points!!

Nice room and graet breakfast! A must stay!!!

Nice clean newer hotel, quiet rooms, close to shopping and dining and very convenient for I-80 travelers.

Our hotel room was sooooo comfortable! Great pillow top beds, down comforters, refrigerator to keep our water cold, and a granite bathroom! We also loved the pool. Great hotel!!!!

convenient to Rt #80. Newer hotel. Lovely clean and big rooms. Bathroom very nice. WOuld absolutely stay again. Hotel staff very easy going and polite. ALways full. Book ahead.

Room, common areas, and pool clean. Quiet on the 4th floor (during our second stay, on 3rd floor, it was much louder). Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Friendly staff.

This is a great hotel with friendly staff, a wonderful breakfast bar. Beds are comfy . Beautiful rooms and very nice pool and exercise areas. They take time to add nice touches like fresh towels on each chaise in the pool and round the clock access to coffee, hot chocolate and tea. This is our new home away from home in Lincoln NE

The hotel was modern, very clean and very comfortable. We were on a long 3-day drive and the hotel was a very nice break from the road. Breakfast was very good, although I'd have preferred real eggs, hard boiled or not, to scrambled powder.
