정말 저렴하게 묶을 수 있어서 선택했었는데 프론트에 한국분도 계시고 직원들도 친절하셨고 무엇보다 외출한 뒤에 돌아오면 깨끗해진 방이 보기 좋고, 기분도 좋았습니다. 정수기는 없는데 워낙 일본에서 차종류의 음료수를 많이 마셔서.. 얼음정수기? 얼음만 나오는... 여름이라 그런지 많이 애용했습니다 >.< 너무 좋아요 정말 얼음~~ㅋㅋ 몇 년 지나지 않은 호텔이라 그런지 청결하고 신식이고 ~~~ 너무 마음에 들어서 다음에 또 묶고 싶은 호텔이였어요. 4일동안 교통비가 2500엔정도 밖에 들지 않을만큼 교통이 편리했습니다. 호텔 선루트 히가시 신주쿠는말이죠!! 조금만 주변에 걸어가면, 신오오쿠보도 있고,신주쿠도있고, 저는 정말 저렴한가격에 이곳에서 3일을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 다만 신오오쿠보가 근처에있어서 밤에 조금 시끄러웠습니다. 저만그런것일수도있지만 찝쩍대는 남자들도 많았구요,,,신오오쿠보가근처에있어서그런것이라 생각하구요 단점이라면 단점 장점이라면 그게 장점입니다! 아 한국사람에게는 더더욱 좋은호텔이라고 생각해요!! 한국직원분도 계시고 정말잘해주셔요++

예약할 때는 몰랐는데, 가서보니 지하철역이 아주 가까워서 이용하기 편했습니다. 물론 신주쿠역까지 두 정거장인데 환승을 한 번 해야하기는 하지만, 그래도 새로만든 역이어서 엘리베이터를 이용할 수도 있고 해서 별 불편없이 시내에 드나들 수 있는 위치더군요. 객실도 깨끗하고, 뭐 비즈니스 호텔이니까 잠만 자는 곳이라 생각하면 가격대비 추천할 만 합니다~

great place to stay - my second time and will definitely come back again. clean, convenient, and affordable. only minor gripe is the lack of WIFI - there is a LAN cable provided. apparently WIFI has to be rented at 1000 yen a day?

Yes, the room is small, but that is the Japanese standard. However, the room is also very effectively organized, quiet and very clean. They also have all sorts of free amenities, a small refrigerator, laptops you can use for free if you don't have one with you. The staff is nice and helpful, mostly speaks English. The room is small which is what you should expect in Tokyo. The hotel is literally next to the Metro which is so convenient. There are places to eat over the road and a 7/11. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard.

Hotel location is o.k. There is no wi-fi anywhere in the building. The hotel provide 2 hopelessly outdated, crashing computers for guest use. Rooms are nice, new, very comfortable.

I'll get straight to the point. Paid quite low for an economy room for 2. Space was just nice. Maybe a little small for some. Room was cozy. Had everything you'd need. Clean & modern hotel rooms, small, but that is to be expected. Friendly staff, nice quiet location close enough to the heart of Shinjuku(1 subway stop or 15 minute walk) without the hustle & bustle of the city. The 15 minute walk to the main station is a real inconvenience when the days are long, with lots of walking, as Higashishinjuku while good for some locations, will not service all of Tokyo. Friendly staff who spoke English well enough to help me out with my needs and questions during my stay. The hotel is conveinently located right above Exit B2 I'd the Shinjuku Higashi Station on the Toei and Tokyo Metro Line. It is also within a 10-15min to Shinjuku's main station. Very good location (subway station is just a couple of meters from the front door) and by walking it takes 10 minutes to Shinjuku center where happens everything . I've booked this hotel because of the location (near to Shinjuku train station and Metro) and because of the good ratings. We book one twin room and a double room. The hotel is just two station away from Shinjuku station. Is about 20 minutes walk to Shinjuku Garden. Not much of shopping around the hotel but no problem for food.

The hotel is just about 15-20 min walking distance to Shinjuku JR station. And the subway station is also just nearby. The room is quite small if you stay in semi-double room. I recommend two people stay in a twin room rather than a semi-double one.

Although the room is small, it is very clean. You can also find a lot of good restaurants around the area. The nearest JR station is only 10 minutes walk and there are 2 Metro lines just next to the hotel.

i booked this accomodation when it was offering a big discount. for that rate it's value for money. it was even more value than the homestay I paid. overall hotel condition isexcellent. i had no complaint except the location needs a bit more walking to Shinjuku central point.

The rooms are tiny (you ARE in Japan afterall), but it's very clean, comfortable and affordable. Not too much in the blocks immediately surrounding it, but a 10 minute walk south yields plenty of options. 10 minutes more southeast lands you in the heart of Shinjuku. This hotel is new and very cosy... and it is located at a very convenient location.

Overall , the facilities & the location of the place is good. But most importantly is the staff there is very friendly & helpful especially when earthquake 311 happened. I so touched by the efforts the staffs there did to comfort all the guests during the earthquake 311. Thanks a million !!!!!

That hotel does it perfectly: 20 meters from one subway entrance, 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku, english-speaking personnel, and convenient rooms. A bit small as usual in Tokyo, but modern and clean, what more to ask for such a low price (one of the cheapeast in the whole area)

It's just literally next door to the subway. So convenient for tapping into the Metro network. But not in a great location - safe; but nothing much around the area except for a McDonald's, some restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket slightly further down the road. Good localization with subway entrance on next door.

This hotel was a wonderful find. It was just round the corner from an underground station. The staff were very helpful. We stayed there for 5 nights and then returned after a further 5 nights. They kept one suitcase during this time for us without charge. They have a laundry which was fantastic for us (had we known in advance we would have taken fewer […] clothes). I really enjoyed my stay here in Sunroute. It's really convenient...right next to tokyo metro which takes you directly to shinjuku.
