I thought the staff was excellent. They were right on top of anything I needed. The location is not the best. If you are in Cincy to see the conservatory (unlikely) or the Art Museum (nice) this is a good hotel. If you are looking for some nightlife, the Newport KY area might be a better choice.

Springhill Suites in Cincinnati was a very nice and clean hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast in the lobby was great, and the location was not that bad. We had to go to the Duke Energy Center everyday of our stay and it took us 5 minutes to get there. This hotel was far more then I expected especially for the cost. I stayed here for 3 nites whilegoing to the Super Bowl and the it was a wonderful experience all around. The staff was helpful, positive and more then pleasant. Love everything about it except getting to it off the highway

Very, very clean rooms and facilities. Pool was small but fun for the kids. Would be my first choice next time to Cinci.

Great location near the playhouse in the park and the art museum (not far from downtown). Very friendly staff, who were extremely accommodating. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. The only downfalls were minor- small pillows and loud traffic.

Overall, hotel was pretty nice...except for our room. We requested a king size bed, non-smoking room. When we got into our room, it was a two queen size bed room and smelled like a complete ashtray. It cost us $8 for parking which did not seem fair given the cost of the room for the night. We were awoken several times by people talking in the hallway. […] The walls must not be very insulated or something. The handle to the bathroom door was busted and hardly functional. Stayed there for 3 days for business trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown. It is walking distance to Mt Auburn. The room was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. They have free breakfast and wifi. I would stay here again.

Overall it was a decent hotel. Don't get me wrong - nice and modern look to it, but the service was less that to be desired, the breakfast was taken down 15 minutes early, the bed was incredibly hard, and they charged $8 each day for parking each day in the garage when i could have just parked upstairs in the parking lot. Stayed two nights - not that […] that $16 is a big deal - it's certainly better than most - but I couldn't understand the fee when there was a FREE alternative. We picked this hotel because it was a close drive to UC. Our room was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was generous.

Stayed just for a night, room was very nice, modern, and cozy. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, and th epool was a lil on the small side, but overall i enjoyed my stay. wanted to get a little more swimming in before we left in th emorning, but was unable due to someone puking in the pool. But i assure you, it was being cleaned as we checked out.

The room is set in such a comfortable way: low lights, soft colors and very modern decor puts one in the mood for relaxation, fun and business alike. a very clean and well stocked lobby. very helful employees as well as curtious and friendly. the breakfast bar was delicious with many choices available that personally i have never seen in any other hotel's continental breakfast buffet. the pool was impecible. very clean, with a towel station that was very well stocked with fresh towels. the room was […] amazing! i loved the split bathroom areas; the toilet and a sink in one room, and the bathtub and a sink in the other. i also loved the tub's features; the shower head with its lever controlled mini jets, as well as the two jets midway between the shower head and the shower knob. i enjoyed the entire atmosphere at this hotel and will definately consider it again if i see myself in cincinnati, ohio. thanks for a wonderful staying experience! 더 보기

This hotel isn't in the best neighborhood of Cincinnati, but the hotel itself is fanastic. The service is great. The room has a modern decor with a fantastic shower (no bathtub) and the toilet in a separate room than the shower, which we found convenient. It was especially helpful to have two sinks. The bed was very comfortable, with top-of-the-line […] linens. The free breakfast was also good, with make-your-own waffles and some hot options. The $8 parking charge was a surprise, but necessary because there is no street parking around there, and the neighborhood is sketchy so you need the secure parking. There is no on-site restaurant, and we had to go to a nearby convenient store, which was not walking distance and clearly dangerous (armed security in the front). Excellent location near Playhouse in the Park and Downtown. Checkin and out was a breeze! Loved the room with all of the executive touches! Great for a romantic weekend getaway with included breakfast!

Very good for a quiet short stay... rooms were very nice and quiet. It is up to date and has a nice comp breakfast. staff was friendly.

We checked in around 4pm. The room was excellent! We really liked the layout and the design of it all. The bed was comfy. The room was cold so I turned off the air. It was kind of a drag to charge $8 for parking given how expensive the room was. But, they let us stay until 2pm when checkout was at 12pm.

Very easy to find from Hwy 71 - close to downtown Cincinnati.

This hotel was great. Me and my man wanted a little mini vacation so we decided to go to Cincinnati. We are used to staying in three star hotels, but this one was really nice. I was clean, modern and comfortable. I loved it, he loved it. The breakfast was good too.

I arrived late at night from flying all day and was so suprised that my room, suite, was outstanding. Very Zen like and contemporary and brand new. Outstandig Hotel,clean and good price for Hotel.

The hotel was newly renovated, and had a modern flair in the rooms. The price was great, and the location was great. We were across the street from the Duke Energy Center, and only one or two blocks from the Carew Tower and Fountain Square. Parking was more than I wanted to pay, but you can expect that anywhere in downtown. The Front Desk Staff was very Rude, they treated us like we were 2nd rate people. The rooms were very nice but when I opened a towel to take a shower dead bugs and hair was all inside the towels.
