Great price for an ON THE BEACH hotel. A bit old, needs some updating, but still pretty decent. I'd stay here again. Girlfriend loved it.

I enjoyed my one night stay.

Was very pleased with Shoreline. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Loved being on the beach. Our room was perfect with beach views and great access. The pool and pool area is kept very clean. The sunsets were beautiful. Hope to return soon.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Florida including a cruse,but the lasr 4 days were spent at the Shoreline and it was the best part of the vacation. Keep up the good work. Jim & Doris

This hotel's staff is SUPER friendly. Location is ideal....lots to do within walking or short driving distance. overall experience was perfect.

Our hotel was really nice. The rooms were clean and inviting, and the bathrooms were clean. The pool was always open, so we never had to worry about getting thrown out. The hotel was located in a prime location not too far away from restaurants or John's Pass. You walk outside the hotel and the beach was right there. It was lovely. My hubby and I loved the fact that it is right on the beach. Very friendly & helpful staff in the office. Free coffee and continental breakfast. The mattress was a little too firm. I got a fantastic rate for this hotel on priceline.com. Its a great location right on the beach. I couid see the beach right from my screened in balcony! The only negative comment that I can make is that the mattress in our room wasn't so great. It was giving both of us backaches. this is the best hotel ever. i love it. clean, confy and relaxing.. no kids scraming or splashing in the pool,. ohhh it was heaven. the breakfast is not the best but very diverse. love it. I WILL GO BACK 100%

Enjoyable place, at a good price, in close proximity to places of interest, restaurants, golf, etc.

The room was very nice, the view was amazing, the pool was very clean and nicely heated. And being on such a beautiful beach right before christmas was a wonderful treat. The continental breakfast was disappointing.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Motel is right on the water, no kids allowed, and the rate is reasonable. You can watch the sunset from your deck. Stayed just one night but can say the hotel is significantly nicer than initial impression from street. Staff was very friendly and interior of room including bathroom obviously updated recently and i like when hotel has full array of cable channels and not the abbreviated number of stations that has become common . Bed didn't seem as plush as many […] updated hotels but have to say i slept great. Wasn't sure about screened in balcony but ability to sleep with door slightly open to hear surf without fear of bird flying in room was quite nice. Close to many retail and restaurant options and beach right outside was much nicer than the beach in sand key further north. Would definitely stay at this location again. 더 보기

Best kept secret on the island. We will always stay there when in the area and recommend to others.

Our daughter moved back to Gulfport FL. We wanted to be at a hotel on the beach. This was not too far from our daughters house. Very quiet and the room was clean. The entire staff was friendly and eager to help. We plan on staying there again.

Good hotel. We had a great room right on the beach. Yes, the towels are very thin, but the room itself was recently renovated (gulf view room), and we got a great price. The only complaints are a lack of restaurants within walking distance (the ones there aren't very good) and mediocre maid service. Does anybody do a decent breakfast in Florida?? The staff at the Shoreline Island Resort is exceptional! The friendliest we've ever encountered. The hotel, all adult, is a wonderful place to stay for a quiet get away. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone!!

Nice little hotel in Madeira Beach with an outstanding staff. From the manager down to the maintenance people, everyone there does an outstanding job. From the checking in, to the quality of the room (super clean!), to the overall pleasantness of the staff, and of course the beautiful view of the gulf, our stay was one of the nicest we've had in a hotel and we will definitely return AND recommend Shoreline Island Resort to others as well.

This was great hotel steps from the beach. The hotel is old school but for the price it was perfect. It had everything that you may need. I spent 90% of my time out of the room. Only downside was that I friends could not visit me because their daughter was with them and this is a Adult Only property. stayed for seven nights,nice for the price.

it was perfect. the location was great for the holiday half marathon. the service was superior. everyone was so very friendly. the only things i didn't like was there was no complimentary internet service and i didn't like the screened in balcony. it made it difficult to take pictures from the balcony. i loved it though and will be staying there again […] next year. 더 보기

Terrific and attentive staff. Right on the beach. Clean and simply adorned rooms. Quiet and mellow atmosphere. Terrific for the price.

My boyfriend and I stayed with another couple at this resort and I was very pleased. The staff were so nice and very helpful on places to go in the area. The place was very clean and it was so peaceful. The pool was heated and absolutely wonderful! Very friendly staff. Stayed in the garden rooms which are older but were comfortable and clean. Can't beat it for the money, right on the beach!
