Close to quality restaurants. A block party was next door, we heard about after arrival, a must see for next year. The surrounding area of the hotel was great for walking or just hanging out at the tiki bar on the water. This is a newer location with lots of amenities . I have found a new place when visiting Punta Gourda.

When I decided to stay at the Shearton I was not aware of some 'extra' charges-had to pay extra for a refrigerator-for what I paid for the room I would have thought that was included!! and no microwave either! Every hotel I've ever stayed at has both and you don't have to pay extra for them. First and last stay at a Shearton.

The hotel was beautiful in every way. Wish we could have stayed more than one night but had to fly home the next day. We will definitely stay again if we get the chance.

... but don't get a room next to the electrical closet (ie 422), it hums or buzzes 24/7. other than that a really nice hotel in a nice location right at the bay.

We've stayed at this hotel before and we will stay here again! Friendly staff, good location and clean hotel. The price could be a little better, but the quality is high! My kids love the pool and we like the new Tikki Bar!

beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and very clean with huge powerful showers, Great decorating, color scheme is very calming, Beds are very comfortable with nice comforter & fluffy pillows. Only problem is when we called, we were told free breakfast & that was not true, but there was a small coffee machine in our room. Def would recommend.

The first room we were given upon arrival was one that should be reserved for people who arrive at midnight and are leaving the next morning, And it should be heavily discounted! Right in the center of the picture window was the peak of a roof of the hotel which obscured 80% of the view, After complaining and waiting quite a while we were given a room […] with a window you could see through, Although the hotel is technically on the water, it is between two bridges and you really cannot walk along the waterfront, Though it is in the center of town it is surrounded by traffic, Not a destination. 더 보기

When looking for a hotel in PuntaGorda fl, you do not have a lot of choices. So this was a very nice surprise. great location & so very clean. It was in a more Euorpean flair, minimal. very well done

Rooms are nice, well cleaned. They were too busy to be bothered to switch my room (put me with across from barking dogs and next to the ice machine when I specifically requested a quiet room, not once but twice. They could easily have switched me but didn't want to be bothered. I was very surprised at the totally uncaring negative attitude and was on […] the verge of revoking the credit card charge. 더 보기

This was our first time to stay at a Four Seasons hotel. While our particular hotel only had a three star rating, we were not disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room or the excellent service by the staff. This hotel was an excellent value.

What a pleasant hotel! Superb first experience! We travel to Punta Gorda on a regular basis, and now intend to make the Sheraton our new base. Good rates; friendly, helpful staff; clean; quiet; and just plain fun. We left home for a relaxing weekend in warm weather. Great location in Punta Gorda. Nice views from most rooms with waters edge an easy stroll. Rented a boat for a wonderful personal cruise/site seeing from Debbie in hotel lobby at Destination Boat Club desk. Made friends with Rick n Deb as we did many people around hotel. Guests and employees always seemed to be smiling anywhere we went. Kayak or power […] boats make a fun outing. Beautiful at night although Rt 41 is noisy when at the pool and spa area. Pool area was empty most times. Bathrooms right next to pool and towels in hall on way out. Nice gym area inside near pool. Tiki hut other side of parking lot is lots of fun and a great place to relax and chat with friends next to the water. Crab house and marina right across street. Other restaurants and bars within a short walk. lobby bar kinda boring and music system needed tweaking. Breakfast in lobby area nice but closed at 10am. Breakfast buffet deal pretty good considering fresh fruits, juices, pastries, cereal, bagels, etc. Eggs can be added for extra charge or skip buffet for a choice off the menu. Only minor issues with no towels at pool once in evening and "no charge" bottle of water not replaced each day. Bathroom wasn't cleaned up great during our stay but not that big of deal since it was us that dirtied it. A new and wonderfully designed facility. We were treated very well, and enjoyed our stay. There is so much to see and do around Punta Gorda, and much of it can be reached on foot. The staff seemed to really care from the restaurant to the desk to the housekeeping. Hats off to a great stay...

I had a terrific stay for 3 nights. Great staff, great bar in and outdoors. Nice room and clean. I will be back.

Very modern, nice room and a great location. The only complaint we have is the cleaning or our room. The first night it was never cleaned. The second morning we complained to the manager on duty and he noted everything down, this was at 6:30am. We told him we would be back around noontime. When we returned it was not cleaned, went down again and was […] told it would be cleaned immediately, came back 2 hrs later, not cleaned. We went back around 7:30 and finally it was cleaned. Very clean and well-located business hotel within easy walking distance3 to Punta Gorda shopping - and a longer walk or drive to Fisherman's Village. We loved this Hotel and will stay again! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We tried several local restaurant they recommended and were quite pleased! The beds and pillows are fabulous. Could have just lazed around in bed!

This is a beautiful hotel in a safe area where you can enjoy the outdoors and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The employees were wonderful. All of them went above and beyond from the front desk to the dinning room and Tiki Bar.

This hotel is beautiful. We loved the outside landscaping, the inside decor, the room layout, the bathroom. The only problem with this hotel is the paper thin walls. We could hear people in the hall and the room next door like they were standing right in our room. We turned the a/c fan to "on" and it blocked out most of the noise.

Nice, new and fresh hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff. Room was new, clean and fresh. It wan't luxurious, more like the new class of 'express' hotels. Didn't try the restaurant in the lobby, but looked nice. waterfront view was nice. My only complaint was internet speed was inadequate, perhaps they have fixed that by now. I did inform mgmt.

We have stayed here many times and have been very pleased. There has never been any issues, we will be returning.

We stayed for 4 days to visit family in the area. Booked through Hotels.com, so got a great rate. Hotel is new so everything is really nice, clean & tastefully decorated. Staff was friendly & helpful. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or eat at the restaurant due to time constraints. Will absolutely stay there again on our next visit.

Stayed at a Hilton after staying at the Sheraton and the Sheraton is every bit as nice and there is no blind fees that the Hilton has.

We booked this room to be close to the airport as we had an early morning flight. Very pleasantly surprised at the great room, modern accommodations, and great walking path. We walked down to Fishermen's Wharf for shopping and a quick meal. Great experience.
