the kids loved the place during spring break!

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff ia courteous and friendly. But they overcharged my credit card by almost 200 dollars. If i didnt pay attention to my receipt then id be in big trouble.

I enjoyed staying here very much. The only thing was that the full size beds were a bit small for us. I did not request king size, so really my fault. other than that i will stay again.

Could not even get drink at there happy hours. 5- 7:30 Also one person working behind bar at happy hour. Just bought our drinks at bar for regular prices .We had no cold water in our room . They never fixed it . Room 611. Bet they still haven't fixed it ? Don't reccomend this Hotel to anyone .

5 women on a "Girls' Shopping Trip" had 2 adjoining suites which worked beautifully. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed and clean. Beds are comfy. Mini kitchen is handy. Staff was very helpful, polite and made every effort to make our stay the best possible. Walking distance to BathHouse Row!! I'll stay there next time I'm in Hot Springs.

We stayed at two hotels on this trip. The Embassy was very nice, and we preferred it out of the two (the other was 100 years old, so not really apples to apples). Room was very nice. Room service took too long. We were warned it would take 45 minutes, which would have been ok, but it was more like hour and a half. No big deal, though. We brought two of our grandchildren to Hot Springs and the hotel gave us two rooms,as usual in Embassy Suites. It was close to all the main sites and many good restaurants. The breakfast left something to be desired as there was no fruit loops at breakfast!

Fantastic, relaxing spa with great massage therapists. Nice pool & hot tub facility. Easy walk to Bathhouse Row. Free parking and shuttle. Super clean.

i didnt like paying internet connect 24 hours for 9.99 .. if you logging out and the time still running out until it up.... i think it should be free and WiFi free without paying

Mom and 2 kids went to Magic Springs Crystal Falls for a weekend getaway and found the Embassy Suites king room to be just perfect for our stay. The room was plenty big enough and 2 nice flat screens is great for teens. King bed was very comfy and I could hear no noise so mom slept great! This was probably the best service I've ever received. I've stayed in some nice hotels around the country and have never had this quality of service. From the concierge to the breakfast staff---awesome.

Have stayed here several summers. Have always had a good experience.

We booked this room the night before we checked in, we were able to check in almost 2 hours early & the convention center next door was hosting our state pageant. Wonderful service from the front desk, servers at breakfast and spa. We had a fantastic time.

MY WIFE AND I STAYED OVER THE WEEKEND AND HAD A BLAST DINED AT THE HOTEL FRIDAY NIGHT HOT WINGS WERE GREAT. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

This hotel is my favorite one to stay at when I go visit Hot Springs. We have visited almost every hotel downtown in Hot Springs at one time or another, and our favorite is the Embassy. While it can be pricey, it is by far the cleanliest and most comfortable hotel in town. The facilities are impeccable and the amenities are great. Good First: room was huge, 9th floor was really cool, had 2 very good employees that helped us alot. Bad; The lady that makes the waffles was very rude ac not cold enough overall very nice stay and will stay there next year with the kids, there was a door between bedroom and living room in king suite corner ^^

The Embassy is a beautiful hotel and was very convenient for our traveling to the convention center. The made to order breakfast was great and the waitstaff in the breakfast area were wonderful. Unfortunately, the staff that cleaned our room daily over our six day stay was just bad. There were four of us staying in the room and we regularly had just […] one towl left and no toilet paper, even though the one roll was almost empty. When we politely asked the cleaning staff for more towels, while they were still cleaning further down the hall, they would roll their eyes and act put out by having to give us the extra things we needed. They also did not come to clean rooms until late in the afternoon. Many times we were back in our room to get ready for the evening and had to leave the room to give them time to clean. We also requested a room with two double beds and were given one with a king. They were switching out TVs in the rooms, so they did not have a double room available. Frustrating since we had made reservations months earlier for the double beds. Very nice hotel, just diappointed in this visit. 더 보기

The Hot Springs Embassy Suites is very comparable to other Embassy Suites nationwide. You can walk to the Bathhouses and other downtown attractions, and you are immediately adjacent to the convention center. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are suites and my room was very nice. The breakfast is included and is a full breakfast with lots […] of choices. The breakfast staff was very hardworking and attentive. I prefer this hotel when I stay in Hot Springs. There is an indoor swimming pool which is very nice but always has a noticeable chlorine odor. The breakfast was good nothing amazing... sausage eggs bacon, etc. There was one very nice waitress at the breakfast buffet, hopefully she still works there when you stay. It is within close walking distance to bath house row, but there are hotels closer. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable, and water pressure was good and hot. Booked through hotels.com. so the room was paid for in advance. I offered my credit card when I checked in, but the person who checked us in said it wasn't necessary. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and signed our room number instead of paying the bill. My husband and I went to sleep early (he's just recovering from open heart surgery), and the […] phone rang at 10pm waking us up. It was the desk asking for our credit card number in order to charge the meal. A little unnecessary.since I offered it in the beginning and was told they didn't need it.. Overall great place to stay.They didn't clean our room even after we asked them.We did request clean linens and they took care of that..The internet if used in the rooms cost $10.00 per 24 hours.After we told the manager our room wasn't clean she took care of our internet costs. Breakfast was great with cooks that cooked eggs any way you wanted, other […] than that all you can eat breakfast. Pool was clean and very nicely landscaped with plants. Access to sights were close and easy to find. Overall I would stay there again and I understand there are going to be things go wrong. Beautiful, clean, Friendly, and comfortable....what more could I ask?

The only problem with the Embassy Suites was internet access. The smallest hotel on the road has free wi-fi, but Embassy Suites does not. Their business center has computers that can be used (and has a wired laptop connection station), but is connected to a central service in California, and is incredibly slow.

Great from start to finish. The rooms was clean and roomy, the breakfast had a good selection and fresh omelettes and pancakes made to order as well as a large buffet. Pool facilities were well maintained. Location was excellent for sightseeing downtown and parking was plentiful and easy.

Embassy suites was located next to convention center and down the street from the visitor center and historic downtown. Breakfast gets crowded and runs out of cereal and muffins early. Manager reception each night is nuts and chips. One night we got pretzels mixed with nuts as a change!!! Bathroom wasn't clean. You need to ask for your room to be cleaned […] when you leave otherwise when you come at 3:30pm, it still might not be done. 더 보기

This hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. Although it is off the main historic area of downtown it is still within walking distance and you won't be paying for the overpriced rooms in that area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with a large buffet and made to order line.

All the staff is very friendly. 2 room suites with kitchenette are very nice. Free made to order breakfast each morning was one of the best we have had in a hotel before. Managers reception with $1 mixed drinks is a nice treat each evening from 5:30-7:30. Nice pool area, hot tub, spa services, and exercise room and free parking. The lobby and room was very very nice and comfortable. Nicer than most Embassy's we have stayed at. The neighborhood surrounding hotel is somewhat scary, but there is plenty to do in hotel. Pool and hot tub is very nice, but the tile floor was VERY slippery. My children fell many times getting in/out of pool. Brought this to housekeeper's attn. I've stayed in Hot Springs numerous times & this was the best hotel yet. We couldn't have made a better choice & will stay here again when we return. The kids LOVED the hotel, especially the glass elevators and indoor pool. We were especially pleased that we had a room on the top floor with a fabulous view of the beautiful hills & could watch the sunrise […] (more than we expected). Suite was roomy enough for the five of us & was spic & span. Breakfast was wonderful & all of the staff was very friendly & welcoming. Hotel's location is also very convenient for sight seeing & thoroughly enjoying H.S. I usually book a less expensive room when we travel, but being able to enjoy the indoor pool & hot tub with the kids, and the wonderful breakfast really erased any concerns I had about spending the extra money. Our stay at Embassy Suites made our mini-vacation complete! 더 보기

This is a very nice hotel. Over all I will be back. I was disappointed that our remote on the TV did not work possibly due to old batteries. Also disappointed with the bath room clean up. Found hairs in bathtub and floor. All other items were very nice. Breakfast was great.
