Very nice hotel.

Hotel is a little dated and we were disappointed with the swimming pool area. The pool is a good size but is surrounded by a restaurant so don't go to this hotel if you want to chill out after a long flight.

Pros: -clean and comfortable -A/C -hot water -shampoo, conditioner, and amenities -there was a person there to help you cross the street or hail a taxi cab -breakfast was delicious and was a mixture of Vietnamese and Western cuisines -location was close to airport Cons: -location was a little far from city center -cannot have visitors after 10pm

nice hotel, just not much around in the neighborhood, but if you need a place close to the airport, its a nice place

It's low grade resort but price is cheap. So it's good choice if you have limited holiday budget.

Fantastic place to stay, the hotel is beautiful, massive breakfast, extremely helpful staff. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The one thing that let the First Hotel down was the lack of HOT water.. A good hot bath/ shower before or after a flight is a must for most travellers.

Everything about our stay was good: the location 10 minutes' drive from airport; free airport pickup & return; complimentary buffet breakfast; interesting (everyday life) neighborhood to explore; staff. The room was large, comfortable, clean, well-maintained.

Free airport service; very quiet and comfortable; staff were great when I got sick shortly after arrival.

This was my fourth stay at First Hotel. I only stay here for one night when I have a stopover, it's a good rate and you get transport to and from the airport. If I stay several days I stay in district 1.On this occassion I ate at Jaques Restaurant twice, for breakfast and dinner and was disappointed both times. We only stayed one night, but it was clean and comfortable and great breakfast. We hadn't arranged shuttle transfer (recommend email hotel direct with flight details) but spoke to lady at tourist desk at airport and she rang the hotel and with 5 minutes they had arranged a car at no charge.

The hotel was great: close to airport, super-clean, great staff, free taxi and food (4am!) to airport. One problem: The Internet connection (WiFi) was not good in the afternoon and evening--a real problem if you need to do business.

if you are wanting a good clean hotel that is close to the airport, this is one for you. It has 24 hr room service but the restaurants around it close fairly early. Solid choice.

First Hotel staff were most friendly and helpful. We were met by a staff member at the airport and driven to the hotel which was quite full. Some other guests were having a noisy party up the corridor from our room and when I complained we were moved across the road immediately without any hassle to the new wing which is beautiful 5star quality. Hotel has 2 blocks opposite each other across a road. Had supper at hotel coffeee house and was shown a set menu which has about 7 or so set menu selections but had no price stated at all. Cafe staff kept insisting that I ordered from the menu but didn't tell me the price even though I kept asking. Exasperated I told him very clearly that I cannot order […] a meal unless the price is made known to me. He then gave me another menu which is an ala carte menu with a price list this time. However I noted that the price was on the higher side and it says" Room Service menu." When I told the staff that since I was dining in the cafe, I shouldn't be given the Room service menu, he said that Room service menu pricing is applicable for orders after 10pm. The lights in the cafe was also all swtiched off excepf for the few lights near the entrance of the cafe where I was seated. The corridor lights on my room floor was also rather dim and the lights at the lift lobby was not switched on that night and the lift landing on my floor was rather dark. The road outside is also quiet at that time (after 11pm) and I had no choice but to dine at the cafe. The road outside is dimly lighted and quiet and detered me from exploring around the hotel. I enquired about the swimming pool and other facilities and was told it was closed. Unsure whether it was closed because of the late hour or whether it was permanently closed, I followed the sign postings which led me to the newer block where I found several floors where the lift opened up in total darkness and blocked off. 더 보기

We stayed in the New Wing, across the street from the "old" wing. Spacious room, comfortable bed, chocolate in pretty boxes on pillows. Hotel staff helped us across busy street to reach breakfast (good!) in old wing. We were met at airport on arrival, and taken to airport on departure. Only 5-10 min trip. No charge! Had dinner at First Restaurant, big […] place with hotel swimming pool in middle. Reasonable prices for good food. Neighborhood bit scruffy but felt safe. The staff here is SUPERB. When I left a cab and entered the hotel a bag was left behind in the cab (a black bag and it was dark outside). When I realized that the bag was missing the hotel staff jumped into action, found the cab, had it return to the hotel and then retrieved my bag! I was astounded. They were most apologetic and it wasn't even their […] fault. The next morning I had a 5:50 AM flight and they paid for the cab to the airport (in lieu of their shuttle) and even packed me a going away breakfast. I was arriving very late at night and needed the shuttle from SGN. I couldn't contact the hotel - cell phone issues - but Hotels.com did and arranged for the shuttle. I was met by a hotel employee with my name on a placard. He helped with my bag and got me into the car and to the hotel in 6 minutes! All for just a brief one night stay. Excellent location close to airport, but far from central HCMC. Hotel provides free shuttle service to airport. Hotel staff are very friendlly and helpful. Recommended onlyl for those who need roximity to airport.

Needed a place near the airport for a night and this was perfect. Little bit lower class then Legend or New World and had smaller rooms but works for airport convenience.

We booked this hotel because of it's location to the airport and wanted "a bit of luxury" before we went home from our 1 month vacation. On our second and last night the aircondition broke and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Very annoying and got no "sorry" from the hotel afterwards. I stayed at this hotel twice for two nights in between flights in and out of Saigon. The first time, I had just arrived from an international flight into the country and the hotel did not know when I would arrive so they did not send their usual complementary pick-up. I called from the airport and they advised me to get a cab. I think they offered to […] pay for the cab upon arrival, but I didn't understand that. Instead, the cab driver told me it would cost $20 USD after I was already in the car. The hotel was upset and they helped me arrange pick-up for my second stay. It is very close to the airport. I did not go around the neighborhood much, but if you leave the immediate area, you can hit the non-touristy area where the food is much cheaper. My second stay, one of their doormen met me at the airport and took me back. At check-in, they provided me with a complementary pineapple juice and because my international flight was departing at 6am the next day, offered to pack me breakfast since I would miss their morning buffet. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Bathrooms are non-Viet style (tub present). Plenty of lighting. Cable tv. Slippers provided. Complementary bottled water. Room service was prompt. I did not get a chance to use the pool or gym. Overall, an expensive place relative to the city/country, but very nice. 더 보기

Hotel staff was very fluent in English and could answer any question quite well.

We booked First Hotel specifically because of the shuttle service. It was our first time to visit Vietnam and we arrived around 1am. I didn't want to take a chance with a taxi. I called a day ahead and First Hotel have someone meeting me right outside the airport (they said they have 24 hour pickup). This was a great hotel. I stayed in it upon my arrival into Vietnam (awaiting a flight to Hue the next day) and whenI left. Great experience, very good staff and very comfortable room. Will definitely stay there when I return.

セーフィティボックスがないことと、シャワーの水量が低いことが難点でした。とくにシャワーは２回、強い部屋への移動を頼みましたが、「どの部屋もこんなもの」とあっさり断られました。

無料の空港送迎ということで、夜ついてタクシー交渉がいやだったのでこちら予約したんですが、迎えの人を見つけられず結局タクシーで行きました。 他のホテルは、ホテルの名前を書いた紙を掲げていたのですが、５周位しても見つけられず。こちらのホテル取った意味がなかった・・ ただ、朝食は種類多くおいしかったです。 レセプションも親切、値段が安かったのでよしとします。 清潔で、必要十分。泊るというより使うというホテルだと思います

空港に近く、送迎サービスも有り乗り継ぎの為の宿泊には非常に良い。チェックイン時にチェックアウトの予定日時を聞かれ、これに合わせて空港迄の送り時間をスケジュールしてくれた。ドアボーイ等のスタッフの対応も非常に良い。 　場所的に、ホーチミンの市内観光目的なら不向き。 　ベトナムでは珍しくトイレはウヲシュレットではなかったがこの値段でこのサービスなら満足。

離機場的確很近，但完全不適合一般的旅客，離市區實在太遠。房間還算舒適，不過浴室有點小。

Vi hadde en overnatting her i januar på grunn av tidlig avgang med flyet neste morgen. Forventningene var egentlig ganske lave, da vi var mest opptatt av nærhet til flyplassen. Men, hotellet infridde så til de grader. Det var veldig bra service og rommene hadde omtrent 5-stjerners komfort. Frokosten var helt grei. 空港から近く，送迎をしてくれるので、カンボジアやラオス等への乗り継ぎに使っています。今回行ったら、向い側に新館ができ、日本食レストランも開店していました。ホテル1階のレストランは24時間やっているので、夜遅くついた時に便利。チャーハンがすごく美味しかったです。歩いて20分くらいのところに大きな公園があり、のんびりできます。

First Hotel Ho Chi Minh предлагает хороший сервис за умеренную плату. Останавливался с семьей в январе 2012 на одну ночь. Отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер из/до аэропорта. 一部改装があったようで　カードキーによる部屋の開閉が　スムーズになりました。 とにかく空港から近いので　ベトナム国内線を使う仕事や日帰り旅行、トランジットの方へは　特に適していると思います。 同じ飛行機で空港に着いた　このホテルに泊まるゲストと翌朝　顔をあわすくらいトランジットが多いように思います。 日によりメニューはちがうでしょうが　朝食ビュッフェも　洋食　ベトナム食が　ちゃんとそろっていました。部屋の値段　設備から判断してちょうど良く　わたしは　このホテルを使うのは　これで　５回目くらいです。

カンボジアのシェムリアップに行く前夜に宿泊しました。空港から10分弱と近く、送迎もしてくれるので便利で助かりました。部屋も広く、清潔で、満足でした。次回、行く機会があればまたぜひ利用したいと思います。

酒店服务很好, 工作人员非常热情和周到. 但是房间稍微小了一点. 整体环境不错. 尤其早餐很好. 值得推荐!
