We had a great time here. The room was a queen double: we had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable, as long as you like a firm mattress. It was clean and well lit. One of best suites I've stayed in..

everything was very nice

Great shower, wonderful bed, terrible internet speed. 0.5Mb/sec download and 0.25Mb/sec upload. This is not even enough bandwidth to support a decent Skype call. I expected so much more from a new facility.

Very nice new hotel. Nice area but a bit suburban mall feeling. Easy drive to many local attractions. A bit expensive. Value could be better.

Enjoyed the room with it's comfortable bed and linens. We had a street view which was nice and very quiet. The bathroom was modern, room exactly as pictured. Very nice hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Really enjoyed my stay there over the Christmas weekend. Restaurants & movie theatre were within walking distance & very convenient. If I have to say anything bad, it is that the parking was not very convenient.

I had been expecting Biltmore Park to be a quaint area in Ashville, but it was a newly developed commerical area closer to the airport than the town/city. Since you need a car anyway, we didn't mind ending up where we were. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, and the area had restaurants if you wanted to be away from downtown […] Asheville. My one complaint...and many hotels seem to do this...is that the beds are made with down comforters, and it's summer. You end up being too hot during the night, which makes sleeping challenging. A summer weight blanket would have been much preferred. 더 보기

The beds are great, the pillows are wonderful, the same ones I have at home. Everyone who worked there was very nice. The breakfast is very good, they even have gf pancakes.

The Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park was recommended to me by a co-worker who had stayed there previously. My wife and I had a specific purpose for this stay, rest and relaxation. We did not want to go anywhere, see any sights or sample the local color. It was purely a sit around and read, grab dinner and a movie stay. That being said this hotel is perfect […] if that is what you have in mind. Biltmore Park is a perfect location for such activity. There is even a Barnes & Noble if you run out of reading material. There are several good restaurants, though the hotel restaurant is NOT the best of those by far. That matter little since there is plenty of dining within a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with a fine staff and large well appointed rooms. There is plenty of free parking and the area is quiet at night despite being quite busy. The 15 screen movie theater is directly across the street sandwiched between two pretty good restaurants so dinner and a movie are a breeze. The only quibble with the hotel was the air conditioner. It was very loud and blew directly on the bed making the room seem much colder than it was. The weather was quite hot while we were there, which exacerbated the situation. This is a very minor problem though unless you have arthritis, like my wife. Also the access to the parking deck from the hotel is a little odd. It takes 3 elevator rides to get to the car if you don't want to walk all the way around the building and enter the parking deck from the outside. This was not really a problem at all, just a curiosity. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, family friendly place to stay with plenty of modern conveniences. If you are looking for a exciting night life with bars and clubs look elsewhere. 더 보기

What a great hotel. Nice, friendly staff, good location, very clean decent sized room. The location, while 15 minutes from "downtown" was quiet and full of interesting shops and resturaunts. It was easy in and out of the area. Comfortable bed and nice bath. I would go back.

Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park is in this great little new development with LOTS of restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. It is new so there are only a few retail shops for now but expect more will fill in. We had a very nice stay. The hotel is located in the middle of a retail-restaurant district which was very nice

Had a beautiful room with only one problem....since the hotel is animal friendly they should take more pride in cleaning up before those of us that aren't animal lovers arrive...in suite 224 there was white dog hair all over the blue chairs in the living room making it undesirable to sit in them. Also upon checking out we were not asked if we enjoyed […] our stay or anything.....hmmm...not very service oriented especially for the amount of money we spent on the rooms. 더 보기

We stayed at the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park hotel for two nights. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The pool area was pleasant and clean. The Roux restaurant has a great breakfast buffet that satisfied our breakfast choices in a comfortable setting. The area is so nice. Stayed one night and really liked the area. You have a bunch of things to do right outside the hotel that are walkable.

Amazing hotel. Everything seemed brand new. Had restaurants, shops, and cinema right across the street but rooms were so comfy and quiet. The spa was spectacular! The only thing we could find to complain about was the jacuzzi was out of order and that was a bit of a let down. Otherwise we will be back!

A nice hotel, with some restaurants, a cinema, and shops nearby, but really pretty far from what most people come to Asheville for.

I arrived an hour early, so I called the front desk to ask if we could get into our room....you certainly can replied the front desk person! My wife went to the wonderful spa and my 2 year old daughter and I went swimming in the indoor pool. The room was excellent. We had a wonder breakfast at ROUX the next morning. It is a lovely hotel in a very nice area - right across the street and within easy walking distance from a movie theater and just a block from a Barnes and Noble and several restaurants - all an easy walk away. Nice location, nice amenities, very comfortable room. Also easy to get to from anywhere in Asheville or from the highway.

A great hotel near several excellent restaurants with shopping close by. Ideally located just several miles from the airport and easy to find. Rooms were very comfurtable and clean, staff very friendly. If I had to come up with one downside-the water pressure in the shower head was a little lackluster. Otherwise well worth the money.

My husband and I stayed here only one night while passing through Asheville on a road trip. Its in a new development anchored by a big movie theatre, multiple restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Felt extremely safe and the location made for a great date night. Its a short drive to the Biltmore Estate & city center. Everything was clean, the service was great, and the room was very comfortable. This part of Asheville is growing, and the location has a ton of amenities. Not a bad drive to downtown Asheville either.

This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a plentiful variety, and you could still order eggs your way. This is in addition to a menu you could order from. The hotel was in walking distance of restaurants, ice cream and shopping, including a bookstore. Housekeeping a bit slow to respond, but overall good

The hotel was nice and new. The neighborhood it is located in is great; everything you might need is right there. Bookstores, bars, restaurants, shops, and plenty of parking and sidewalks to run on. It's also close to the interstate, although you can't hear the traffic or anything. It's in its own little neighborhood, but it's nice because you're out […] of the city and traffic. The room was nice as well. The linens and decor were pretty, and the free wi-fi was appreciated. I love that the hotel uses La Source for its complimentary soaps and shampoos, because I love Crabtree and Evelyn products! Also, the fitness center was really nice. For work, I've stayed in some hotels with really terrible gyms. This one had four brand-new Precor treadmills and several ellipticals/bikes. The fitness center also had complimentary towels, water, and men's/women's bathrooms complete with showers. It's really great to go out of town and not have to sacrifice the quality you're used to from the gyms you have memberships to back home. If you're going just to stay in a nice hotel, this is a nice hotel. I mean, it's a Hilton. If you're going to the Biltmore though, or to explore Asheville, I might look to stay somewhere else a little closer/ with more history. They supplied three towels for four guests. Had to call down for another towel. Delivered very promptly. Some rooms have a view of the rooftop mechanicals and parking garage. Ask for a room with a better view (like the river.)

Very pricey for overall quality. Other less priced hotels offer basically same quality for much much less. Hard to find...Hilton is attempting to attract upper crust; but falls way short. Very few if any extras and at this price needs extras.

The hotel was GREAT. It was new, clean, accessible. It was within walking distance to several awesome restaurants and shops, etc. The staff was very professional and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding areas. Some areas of the hotel were still under construction. I went there because they advertised a spa in location, but the spa was still under construction, and the hotel web site did not specify that. I didn't had my pampering weekend, but it was still worth it.
