호텔 그랜드 카날 (Hotel Grand Canal) - 델프트

시설은 최악으로 우리나라 모텔과비교해도 훨씬 못합니다. 호텔입구 대문을 본인이 잠그고 나가고 본인 열고 들어가는 호텔이 3성급이라.... 후후후....시설도 말못할정도로 수준이하인데 가격만 비싼 그런 호텔이더이다.

No bedbugs... that was a pleasant surprise. But they didn't change our sheets (they were dirty, from a stain, and I pulled them off the bed... they put 'em back on). Only phone was in supremely cramped bathroom by the toilet, but it was broken in at least two lpaces. I pointed it out and they knew it was broken, but they insisted on leaving it there. […] Glass in picture frame was broken, power strip was taped to wall and came off, room was very small, and they wanted to charge 2 Euros for each coffee you made in the room. It looks pretty on the outside and the breakfast/dining room has a decent view... but it is barely just OK. 더 보기

The hotel is central and the area could not really be better from a tourist perspective. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfectly OK for the price paid. So far so good. BUT. On checkout the hotel seems to have arranged a special rate of city tax for you to pay which is higher than the other hotels and higher than the tourist office […] thinks it should be. And, to add insult an ' administration fee' of 7.5 euros. Querying it does you no good and so you pay it and walk out with a sour taste. It's a shame - chiselling 10 euros may seem like a smart ploy but it annoys people and causes bad reviews. Better to build the business up - it's in a good location in a town with lots of trade and has a chance to be really good. For now, I wouldn't go back. I'll pay 20 euros more somewhere else rather than feel cheated. 더 보기

Hotel Gran Canal is very much worth the price you pay. Excellent location, good room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, only the bathroom is small.

Great accessability and a good price if you need somewhere to stay. Good for a basic stay, as long as not searching for luxury. Having read so many -ve comments about this hotel, took a calculated risk by booking beforehand through hotels.com to ensure no dodgy payments were asked for on leaving. The hotel location was excellent and that is the only nice thing I can say about the hotel. At check out the hotel charged me 3.5 Euro city fee and 5 Euro Administration fee. When I told them that when I booked the hotel I was told that the city fee would be 2.2 Euro and nothing was mentioned about an adminstration fee, her only response was I just […] started here and that is what they told me to say. No receptionist at the hotel when I arrived at 23:00. Had difficulty getting in to the hotel; no sign, closed door, no information; no receptionist. The rooms are OK, but they didnt make me feel like was at a hotel. More lika a hostel. Old furnitures, and so on. Older hotel but the quite comfort makes up for that. One canal over from shopping plaza. Breakfast is good and price is equal. Internet worked fine in room. Price is good.

The hotel was very nice. It's very close to the train station, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!! There must have been a club nearby because it was a little loud at night time.

Een vrijdagnacht last van feestvierende studenten. Maar verder rustig.

Trevligt hotell, men alldeles för dyr frukost för ingenting. Dåligt att inte Internet ingår. Höll också på att få betala en extra "administration fee" på 15 EUR helt utan förklaring, men den ströks när jag stod på mig. Annars ett trevligt hotell, som ligger helt perfekt. Hotel vetuste, avec des fils electriques courant au sol partout (securité?); salle du petit déjeuner sale, pain à côté des poubelles, miettes non ramassées.;.;;; Il n' y a plus de panneau indiquant l'hotel; est-il encore classé? CAr ne répondant pas aux normes de sécurité? Le seul intérêt est sa situation, ds le centre avec chambre sur le canal. Pas […] de personnel sur place après 19h. Et ok hotel, hvis man er ude efter et sted at sove og ikke andet. Værelsets stand og kvalitet var fin men service var ikke eksisterende ud over morgenmaden. Der var ingen bemanding efter kl 18 overhovedet og ingen skriftlige informationer om hotellet som f.eks. log on til trådløst internet, check ud tider osv og heller ingen hjælp til at finde rundt […] i byen og lokalområdet. Der findes mange fine små hoteller i Delft. Grand Canal er specielt og hyggelig. Det ligger langt fra de store kedelige hoteller hvor alt er ens. Når man kommer til hotellet er der typisk ingen til at tage imod. Man ringer på døren og får via dørtelefonen at vide at man bare kan gå ind -pussigt men også rart. Det är ett charmigt hotell med smala korridorer och en del som behöver åtgärdas. Personalen är trevlig och omtänksam. Har dock vissa problem med engelskan. Det finns en yngre kvinna som är duktig i engelska. Det rum jag bodde i behöver viss renovering. Fönstret var dragigt vilket också påverkade värmen i rummet. Städningen var helt ok och frukosten […] innehåll det som jag hade förväntat mig, d.v.s. helt godkänd. Eftersom priset är humant så var det i paritet med standarden. Nåra till tåget om man vill resa. Très bien reçue, chambre très agréable donnant sur le canal, une salle détente à l'étage avec billard et jeu d'échec géant ... Très bien situé, proche du centre ville de Delft. Très bon rapport qualité/prix ...
