황 하이 롱 호텔 (Hoang Hai Long Hotel) - 호치민 시티

벤탄마켓에서 아주 가까이에 있으며, 직원들이 아주 친절했습니다. 단, 아침 식사 장소가 다소 좁아 사람들이 몰릴 시간에는 자리가 없을 수도 있을 것 같았습니다. 전체적으로 객실도 깔끔했고, 무엇보다도 직원들이 아주 친절해서 좋았습니다.

전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 문제는 조식이었습니다. 카페가 너무 작아서 호텔 숙박객들을 수용할 수 없었기 때문에 다른 손님들과 같이 있어야 했습니다. 저는 문제가 되지 않았는데 다른 손님들에게는 문제가 되었습니다. 뷔페 조식은 무슬림이 먹을만한 것이 없었습니다. 대부분의 음식이 이슬람 율법에 따라 도축되지 않았고, 돼지고기를 사용했기 때문입니다. 저 또한 무슬림이고 호텔의 다른 무슬림 손님들을 보았더니 야채, 달걀, 빵만 먹고 있었습니다. 첫날인 7월 8일은 운좋게도 야채가 들어있는 면을 먹을 수 있었지만 9일은 재앙과도 같았습니다. 대부분의 뷔페 음식에 돼지고기가 들어 있었습니다. 호텔 밖 어딘가로 나가서 아침 식사 거리를 […] 찾아야 했습니다. 호텔 경영진이 이 문제를 잘 생각해서 무슬림 고객을 잃지 않아야 할 것입니다. 서비스 직원들은 도움이 되었고 친절했습니다. 어쨌든 싱가폴 (비무슬림) 친구들에게는 Hoang Long Hotel을 추천할 것입니다. 3성인데 서비스는 4성급입니다. 호텔 서비스 청결도를 그대로 유지하고, 조식 문제만 개선하면 좋겠습니다. 더 보기

직원들이 정말 친절해서 제가 경찰 보고서를 쓸 때 매니저가 저와 동행하도록 하여 도와주었습니다. 호텔은 정말 깨끗하고, 관리가 잘 되어 있으며, 조식 메뉴가 다양합니다. 또한 Ben Thanh에도 충분히 가깝습니다. 적극 추천합니다. 가족과 함께 갔습니다.(아내, 3살, 6살 된 두 아이들)

Room too small, the hotel service did not serve well With the same amount of money, I could stay in better hotel.

At first we were put in a small cramped room with no window. A quick call to the desk changed that to a much more spacious and comfortable room. We had to stay in HCMC longer that we thought and they accomodated us with an extra night and bumped us up to a suite at no extra charge. The breakfast here was suprisingly good, much better than I expected. […] At least there were eggs, fried potatoes and fresh fruit. The fruit in VN is wonderful, so ripe, better than I can get in the super markets back home in Hawaii. The hotel staff was super helpful, and always took care of any issues immediately and at their expense of time or effort. Most gracious. I am going back in a few weeks and this is where I am staying again. Ben Thran Market is only about 3 blocks away and everything is easy to get to. This is a small 3 star hotel that behaves like a 4 star. My fiance who lives in HCMC would not allow me to go walking outside by myself so I didn't see as much of the city as I wanted but next time I will go on tours and that should satisfy the protective Papa Bear. We stayed at this hotel for three nights and after reading the reviews before going, and we were pleasantly suprised. The Hotel was clean bright and in a central location. The Hotel was well staff by enthiastic help people, most of whom spoke some English. Their tour booking guy was extremely helpful booing us a couple of good keenly priced tours, as […] well as giving a couple of excellent recomendations for placed to go for evening meals. There was a really good spread for breakfast, which was mostly Vietnamese and Chinese food. However tthere was hot tea and coffee, toast, marmalade, ham and even hot fried eggs to be found, but they are spread out a bit between the noodles. The only down points I found: was the rooms were just a little smaller than expected and the shower, which was spotlessly clean lacked real hot water. Would I go and stay there again - Yes! 더 보기

One good thing about the hotel is its location, so you can easily walk to the Ben Thanh Market. However, it does have few issues. What they call an "Executive Room" is just a standard room at other hotels. One window had a crack (about 30 cm long) and another window (that opens) is not well sealed, so you hear the traffic on the street. In terms of […] cleanliness, its generally well maintained but I did find few strands of hair in the soap dish upon arrival. Our room rate included breakfast. However, even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing, there was barely any food left. The selection was good, offering both Asian and Western but it doesn't really matter much because you don't get to eat them anyway. There was nothing much food left to taste and they are not replenished. Also, even though there were several staffs standing around, used dishes were not picked up. Reception and House keeping staff efficient

We reserved the Hoang Hai Long hotel on Pham Hong Thai street (not the one on Nguyen An Ninh street) thru Hotels.com and prepaid everything 2 months before our trip, which is less expensive than paying at the hotel. We stayed for 3 weeks during Christmas'2011 and New Year'2012. The location is excellent, it has a plaza in front of the hotel which makes […] getting a taxi or motorbike very easy. The location is 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market so very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a variety to choose from, and we always ate breakfast there. The reception desk can exchange money so we don't have to go anywhere else. The tourdesk is on-site and the tourbus picks up at the hotel (thanks chi Lan). The in-room safe is very secured, I left my cash in there no problem. The room is cleaned up daily, fresh towels, mini-bar has variety of drinks, TV is kind of small but no big deal. A/C works great make sleeping very comfortable. The bellmen are very helpful, always asking if they can help. We are very happy with our stay at the hotel. We recommend it because it's much cheaper than the New World across the street (maybe 3 times more), got excellent service, and we would definitely stay at this one again. This hotel is fantastic for the price, their service is great and is located close to Ben Than market, and 20mts walk to the historic post office, city hall and cathedral. Booked this place because it had good reviews, but couldn't wait to check out of this place. Problems from the outset when we walked into our room and it smelled like a public bathroom in desperate need of cleaning/airing out. It was so overwhelming that after 30 min of checking-in, we complained to the front desk. They sent up 'housekeeping,' which […] was a man in flip flops carrying a can of air freshener to 'fix' our problem. Our bedside lamp shade was ripped in several places and the flimsy headboard actually had a 4-inch piece of wood paneling that had pealed off. Seriously?! Breakfast was sizeable, but there's not much you'd want to eat. We switched rooms the next day and got one on the other side of the building; the smell was much improved, but the shower was weird: the curtain rod rose at each end, so that the shower curtain just slid down on either side. Result is that you couldn't close the shower curtain while showering, thus affording you a view of your toilet and sink, and getting the floor soaked. Bad way to start an 11-day trip, so I would avoid this place--there are far too many equally affordable and convenient options in Saigon/HCMC to give this place your time and money. 더 보기

Very well located, good English speaking staff, reasonable price. Would totally recommend it.

This is one of the best 3 star hotel i have stayed. Hotel staff was very friendly and always look after yourself. Only downside is the morning breakfast. Sometimes have to wait for a while to get a seat as it is serve breakfast for 2 other hotels guests. Close to markets and other shopping centers.

The room we booked was not good enough for us so we requested for an upgrade and they offered us a bigger room with good value. However the bed makes weird noise and it was not good for my toddler's nap. Breakfast was good but sometimes they ran out of few items even in the early morning. They should have more vegetarian options. Staffs were friendly […] and most of them speak English. However reception staffs seemed unprofessional in pressure handling (this is the case when 2/3 persons at the reception needs something). They should have enough knowledge about the nearby tourist spots. We asked about the opening hours of Reunification Palace and got reply "don't know"!! This is one of the best city hotels that I've checked in so far.. conveniently located near Ban Thanh Market and the famous Chill Sky Bar @ New World Hotel is just right opposite the hotel, I am sure the experience from inside the hotel, to outside of the hotel, will definitely brings more fun and excitement the moment you stepped onto HCMC! Best of […] all, the courteous and helpful counter and service staffs, really made staying there a homely experience, with smiles on their faces and extended help to all your requests, you will never forget how nice you've been treated to. We stayed here for two nights when we arrived in Ho Chi Minh city. This hotel is situated near the Ben Thanh Market, 20 minutes walk from the Opera house, Cathedral and Post office (4 main land marks of Saigon), it is a short taxi ride away from other land marks. The service is great, and the staff took good care of us. They will store your luggage […] if you are taking other sightseeing trips and returning to this hotel later, we went on a 15day trip to other cities in Vietnam, so we left one luggage with them. The breakfast buffet repeats but food is of good quality. We got a room with no windows, we liked that better because it blocks all the noise from the street and we got good nights sleep. One issue you will face any hotel in Vietnam is smoking, indoor smoking is permitted, although we had a non-smoking room, we woke up to cigarette smell in the morning from guests smoking in the corridors. 더 보기

The room is very small. I stayed there before and were happy but this time, the hotel is being down grade.

As other reviews have written, if you book a deluxe room be sure to call and reserve a room with a window as this makes all the difference to your stay. Even though we did that, we still spent the first night in a windowless room as the hotel was full, but the next morning when we went out for the day, we packed our cases and by the time we came back […] the hotel staff had changed rooms for us. This hotel is in a perfect location with friendly helpful staff and a nice little spot to sit for evening drinks outside the hotel. The food is quite ok although we did not like the breakfast which is no problem as there are so many other places you should try for breakfast/lunch (try Windows Cafe close to Alexander Road for the most amazing coffee shop experience you will ever have). Rooms are clean, bed linen smelled nice and fresh, and the housekeeping seem efficient. The breakfast buffet was great. Many western and Asian dishes to choose from. The staff very helpful. Rooms very clean. We had standard room was a bit small with no window (so we had no street noise) great a/c for climate comfort but if you need larger room get delux room. I would gladly stay again for the value.

The breakfast is really a big disappointment, there is always not enough food, and the breakfast menu is the same for 3 days straight! There are very few vegetarian options and quality of vegetables is not fresh. One of the worst breakfast from a 3 star rated hotel.

We stayed 10th flouer at 3nights.We could see outside.(Opp is a famous hotel.) First day we reached at hotel too early.(before 9 am) But this hotel is kind to us. We can check in soon. Our family is 2adult 2children(10 y o girl ,6 y o boy).So we used large room.This room has a bubble bath. Children enjoyed to taking a bath every nights.

Convenient to Ben thanh market n night market. Huge offerings for breakfast.

Pleasant stay, immediate attention to noisy air-conditioner and faulty shower. Breakfast was good. My family of nine were happy with our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is very clean. The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is quiet, clean and safe area (for it is located right across from a 5 star hotel). If you walk a few blocks you will be in the busy city center as well. The breakfast buffet is the BEST I have ever experienced. I prepaid the reservation with hotels.com so I'm expecting that the room is paid in advance and we could be guaranteed of a deluxe room with 2 beds inside. We arrived late dawn and the room was unavailable. So we got an upgrade. So we were obliged to pay more. But it was ok because when i saw the deluxe room it's too small. I was with my family of 6 […] and we need bigger rooms. The suite is with a jacuzzi that my grandchildren love. Because the hotel does not have a pool. The breakfast buffet was terrific. The service is good and the people at the buffet was so generous and even offered to bring food in our room. Location wise it's CONVENIENT, it is just two blocks away from ben than market. and shopping there is very reasonable. we spent the entire day shopping and going back and forth to the hotel for it is super close to the market. Spa Services is quite ok. But when i gave the girl a tip she seems unhappy about it and she frowned at me. and it's already $10USD! The location is the biggest asset of this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough in themselves. Although the water was only tepid warm for the first two days. We stayed for three nights at the Hoang Hai hotel. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay - location is great - walking distance to the buzzing "de Tham" district and in the other direction to the Ben Thanh market and the central area. Booking through Hotels.com gave us a great rate, which is far lower than if you book directly at the hotel. A few […] things could however have been better: complete mayhem at breakfast where they had far too few places for all their guests and the staff did not seem to consider it their responsibility to find a solution. Breakfast was not great (if you would like to have something else than noodle soup, fried noodles, dumplings etc) but edible. Also, when we tried to book a taxi for the airport through the reception, they told us that the hotel van would cost 15$, which was 5$ more than what the taxis on the street just in front of the hotel - seems to be the reverse world. Anyways, smaller things aside, we would go back to Hoang Hai should we return to Saigon in the future. 더 보기

We were given a room near the storage area and gym on the top floor. The air conditioner never worked very well which was a problem in the hot humid weather. The breakfast buffet was great. Location was good. Room needed some renovation.

Very good value, cheap, comfortable room, good air-con, nice breakfast, had no preblems with late night check in. if you are just staying a night in Ho chi minh , you cant go too far wrong with this one.

If you are looking for location and value, this is a good choice. Rooms (inner courtyard) has no windows and is noisy - you can hear elevator and noise from lobby. Front desk staff were not as accomodating or service-oriented as experienced with other hotels in Vietnam.
