로터스 호텔 아파트먼츠 & 스파, 마리나 (Lotus Hotel Apartments & Spa, Marina) - 두바이

Had an excellent time at The Lotus. Whilst the immediate neighbourhood isn't the nicest (it isn't bad!!) it has good access to The Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers and The Dubai Metro all of which were useful to me. I would go back.

I was disappointed with the level of huidity in the room in february 20 degrees average temperature...but i left peanuts in a dish and the next day there was practically water in the dish..had to throw the peanuts away.Humid inside the appartment..even with AC. I opened the bathroom window and this improved things a little.I was EXTREMELY disappointed […] in how the hotel manager handled an issue I had with the door handle of a clothes washer-dryer - dual machine in one. I put clothes in the washer went to bed woke up the next day tried to open the door handle did not open so I went to lobby asking on how this washing machine worked exactly...a maintenance person told me the handle was broken and needed to be changed....and the assitant manager then said I was responsible for this and I should pay 250 Dirhams around 75$ for what exactly??.I diod not force nor attempt to open that door , I immediately went to see someone at the lobby...they were supposed to come fix this handle the next day and they came to fix 4 days later ....I had 5 shirts stuck in that washer for 4 days...lucky I had other shirts available...after many complaints and arguments...I had to pay 50% of the initial amount...around 38$ ....I never saw this type of attitude and customer service...in all my years of travelling...I I travelled many places in the world... I also found the service too insisting at the lobbys I would stand or sit in the lobby the bell boys would often aske me if I need a taxi. 더 보기

It was great! Nice room with very good kitchen and bathroom ... Everything was clean ... Employees were good Cons: a/c pushing humid air! I was promised a free breakfast in the website but they said i have to pay!! After resoaning with them they gave me 2 days of free breakfast!

We stayed only one night and had no issues. We didn't have the breakfast included but we did buy it on the day of arrival (we arrived very early). Not outstanding but okay for one day - wouldn't enjoy it for more days. A little bit of noise from adjacent building projects, pool looked nice but we didn't try it as did we not use the spa.

Rummet var stort och allt man behövdes fanns där. Området ligger i slutet av marinan så är lugnt och skönt men man kan ändå promenera ner till JBR. Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Maten var lite varierande, helt ok och billigt. Kommer bo där nästa gång också.

We really have to recommend this hotel. The location was really good approxiatly 10 min to the beach and 5-10 min to metro. It was approx 3 km to the Marina walk, where all the resturants and a really good shopping center with cinema, several shopt etc was. Right across the street there was a big super market with really good prices. terrficic servic […] specally from the cleaners, pool manager and the security. We where also upgraded to a supernice room with a view of the pool and the Beatutiful Marina. It was quiet and calmly in the neighburhood. With a nice walk for running or walkes right ouside the hotell. the pool area was also relly nice, with the best view ever. the hotellroom was nice and big, and had everything we needed. There where really comfetable beds. The material in the apartment was a bit "ud" or damaged. But nothing that bothered us. 더 보기
