Very good value fro the money, the service at the front desk is great in that they were willing, ready and able to help in any way they could, and the room was very clean. Only thing I would change would be the room size, but given that there were three of us, maybe there weren't any larger rooms fro "triples".. We were in Santa Cruz visiting friends in a nearby suburb, so location in the city was not our greatest concern. But it is within walking distance of the central plaza and even closer to a few very nice restaurants. Rest and calm was our first priority. This was a nice change from the other "5 Star" hotels we looked at; it was actually new and nice. The modern design gave it a very fresh, clean feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was less than the others in the same category which made it also the best bang for your buck. The hotel has a wonderful laid back feel about it. It is modern white, airy and open. The room (suite) was nicely laid out and a great view of the stadium. The bed was not the best, but the good and ampel pillows made up for much of this.

Location is not as central as it could be to the Plaza 24 Setiembre. Hotel is noisy if you get a street side room off of the main road, but is also noisy with people until 4:30am. I stayed on two different nights in two different rooms and there is some partying going on that you just can't seem to pinpoint the location, but it keeps you awake all night. […] The eggs at breakfast were not hard boiled, but were runny inside. the hotel is very nice and good, I stay in their suite, but there is not much around to eat and see, and is in front of a stadium.

Great Hotel. Mint clean, great rooms, safe secure area close to downtown Santa Cruz (within walking distance), great food for breakfast ad very helpful and friendly staff. definetely a five star service hotel.

Nous l'avons choisi près de l'aéroport national (5 minutes en taxi) pour y passer la nuit avant de transiter vers l'aéroport internaninal qui est à 25 minutes en taxi. Ils ont des taxis dédiés à l'hotel, ce qui est pratique et rassurant dans une ville comme Santa Cruz.

El debito de la tarjeta se hizo el mismo dia de la reserva. Me parece que deberia hacerse el dia de la fecha limite para la cancelacion, ya que en caso de ser necesario la cancelacion se hace inviable por no decir imposible, ya que segun las condiciones publicadas por el hotel para retirar el reembolso uno tiene que llegarse personalmente.

O Hotel é novo e muito bem conservado. Tem um café da manhã muito bom, poorém ao redor do hotel não tem muito o que fazer. Para dormir é um ótimo lugar..

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Chambre très agréable et personnel très efficace.

Os atendentes são muito solicitos, o único ponto é o fato do room service só funcionar até as 22h

el personal que tiene en el dia es muy bueno diria mas qe bueno pero llegue de madrugada y la chca no sabia ni donde estaba parada y me perdi una hora porqe no le entendi lo qe me decia. destaco la suite y el personal del dia brillante atencion gracias poe perocuparse y si volvere

Hotel moderno ,pulito, ubicato in un quartiere residenziale, ma non centralissimo. Considerando gli standard qualitativi ( assai carenti) del luogo, si puo' consigliare anche ad un Europeo

Hotellet virket helt nytt, og var veldig flott. Ligger rett ved stadion, og fikk inntrykk av at det var en type fest der på natten, noe som holdt oss delvis våkne. Litt kjip frokost som det jo ofte er egentlig. Ellers flott hotell.

..pero durante el día muy ruidoso (hotel en una calle principal), se oyen todos los ruidos desde la sala de recepción en las habitaciónes. Desayuno muy bueno. Para europeos buen precio (unos 35 Euros). En total fuimos contentos.

Muy moderno, en zona tranquila, nos encantó este hotel. La única critica es que el café del desayuno es instantaneo.
