하드록 호텔 (Hard Rock Hotel) - 코타이

처음 가는 마카오 여행이었습니다. 세나도 광장과 가까운 마카오 반도쪽의 호텔만 생각 하다가 셔틀을 하면 코타이 쪽을 먼저 갔다가 가는 것도 나쁘지 않을 것 같아 알아보던 중에 이용 금액 대비로 하드락이 나을 것 같아 예약헀어요. 먼저 위에서 말 했듯 다른 호텔들보다 금액적으로 아주 만족스럽습니다. 특히 COD 안의 세 호텔 중에서는 가장 저렴한 듯 합니다. 일반 룸을 예약했었는데 코너 스윗으로 업그레이드 받았어요. 너무너무 감사한 서비스였습니다 :-) 그만큼 만족도도 업그레이드 되었습니다. 이용 후기나 다른 인터넷 후기의 글들에서 보았듯이 호텔 자체가 격식을 따지는 위엄있는 분위기라기보다는 아주 자유롭고 친근한 분위기입니다. […] 비교하기에는 뭔가 동떨어진 느낌이지만... 개인적으로 제가 20대 초반이라 그런지 격식있고 위엄있는 베네시안의 느낌보다 조금 더 편하고 자유로운 모던한 느낌이 캐쥬얼하게 느껴져 좋았습니다. (지극히 개인적인 생각입니다 ^^;) 수영장이 아주 멋졌는데 일정이 애매해 수영 하지는 못했어요. 아쉬움으로 남습니다.. COD내의 다른 호텔들 중에서 보자면 일단 가격이 저렴해 추천! 하지만 두개의 다른 호텔들을 둘러보니 그 두군데 또한 나름의 멋이 느껴져 좋았습니다. 코타이 내의 멋진 호텔에서 저렴하게 지내시고 싶으신 분이라면 추천해드리고 싶어요 (단 저처럼 코너스윗으로 무료 업글을 받으실 경우에 ^^;;) 창밖의 베네시안 뷰가 끝내줍니다~ 더 보기

생각보다 크고 침대도 세명이서 자기에도 불편하지 않을 정도로 크더라구요 바로 횡단보도만 건너면 베네시안 호텔도 있어서 늦게까지 카지노와 주변을 둘러보고 와도 편했습니다 다시 마카오를 가게되면 다시 호텔락에서 숙박할 생각이예요~

It was our 3rd visit to Macau and the stay at Hard Rock hotel was just fabulous. One of our best visit besides our stay at Venetian the last time. Located at a convenient area when you can casino hop. An ideal place to rest and relax. The room was so comfy and relaxing. The view from the hotel room was outstanding. have a good service.

Hip and Young interior, especially the bar table inside the room, it was great. The toilet and bathroom is seperated, the bathroom is nicely decoriated, while the toilet is like a prison cell... a bit too small inside.. it's rather strange when you have so much space in the rest of the room.

Staff members are sincere and welcoming, like the music playing all day day there making you relaxed and enjoy the stay. The room is also with nice equipment and furniture. The view from my room was The Venetian so it was magnificent especially at night. Hope you will enjoy your stay there too.

The staffs are very polite and helpful. Just that room services are not as prompt to respond as I like. Overall, very good experience. And the price is lower than many of the 4 star hotels in the Macau Island.

First of all, this is a great hotel with a comfy bed, large enough room, great 42" TV in King Standard room with probably all channels in Macau. Located in Cotai, a 7-min walk away from The Venetian where all the action is. Taxis aplenty but the driver will be angry if you are just going to The Venetian or somewhere near as they have to queue for a […] long time. Price is good (except on Saturdays like all hotels in Macau) and frequent shuttle buses (with ample space for luggage) from practically all ports of entry. Ok now for me to comment on the small little things they missed. Sure it's branded as Hard Rock Hotel and the check in staff are dressed in leather jackets and some music memorabilia lie in glass showcases all around BUT I still don't get the whole Hard Rock theme. Lack of bathroom supplies (1 bottle/packet each soap, shampoo, soap and stuff like that). Yes, I'm a cheapo will take these home. I did manage to take home a roll of toilet paper though. Slow retrieval of left luggage. Took more than 5 mins. I don't expect this from such a hotel. 더 보기

Excellent hotel, great views, excellent service. It was quite obvious that all the staff were well trained in taking care of clients. I was with my handicapped mother, and they were very quick to be responsive and to considerate to our needs.

The Hard rock hotel is surrounded by good shopping both in the surrounding mall and the mall at the Venetian. The only drawback is that there is nothing else in the surrounding area. The rooms were a good size and the casino was good (especially is you manage to win!!)

Nice and friendly staff - Great decor - Good location - good pool - GREAT MUSIC! They even gave me the download key when I checked out so that I could listen to the music at home....Highly recommended..I believe there's lots for small children as well...

Relatively far away from city centre but convenient shuttle is available. I was missing more "Hardrock" decoration in the rooms ( wallpapers for example ? ). Negative ( and environmentally unfriendly ) - the room was cooled down to 16 degrees Celsius when we entered it and it took more than 2 hours to heat up to convenient 20 degrees. Hard Rock feels most like home b/c they are playing American music throughout the hotel. The pool is fun and and younger hip style moreso than the rest of the hotels in the City of Dreams. The COD provides good connection and free shuttle to various places. However, the timing schedule are not ahdered to and on some routes, the small bus fill up quickly and guests ahve to wait for the next shuttle.

I love the king size bed room which relaxing

酒店的格調是我喜歡的類型：安靜、簡單、舒適，以及有獨特的風格！ 我不知道他們是否不接受旅行團入住，所以大堂總是很清靜，這是我最想得到的感覺啊！ 因行程緊逼，未能在酒店食肆進餐，所以未有意見。但我卻用過酒店 room service的餐飲服務，叫了一客 pizza和一壼鮮製咖啡，味道不錯而且價錢很合理吖！ 下一次再到澳門，我也會選它。

飽きのこないホテルです。 子供の遊び場所は意外とルールが厳しく途中で子供が嫌になったくらいです。4才以上で兄弟だったら楽しいと思います。 ショッピングもブランドものが多く目の保養になります。 ただロレックスがカジノ内にあり、子連れで入れなかったのはちょっと大変でした。 ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で驚きました(かたことの日本語ok)。 簡単な食料品をgetする場所(コンビニ)が無くギャラクシーホテルまでシャトルで移動しそこからちょっと歩いて(5分)セブンイレブンで購入しなければならない部分がちょっと大変。 オープン当時エレベーターの故障が話題になりましたが、まさかこの時期に私たちが閉じ込められるとは思いませんでした。ちょっと驚き! 十分注意してください。

Gebucht für drei Nächte im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise. Zimmer soweit okay, aber: - verhältnismäßig teuer - CheckIn dauerte viel zu lange, obwohl nur wenige Gäste zeitgleich eintrafen (irgendwelche Probleme mit der Reservierung) - vorab an das Hotel gesendete Pakete wurden (trotz vom Hotel unterschriebenen Abliefernachweis) erst nach Stunden gefunden […] - absolutes No-Go ! - Zimmerbeschreibung stimmte nicht. Angeblich kostenfreie Filmkanäle waren gesperrt bzw. nur gegen Bezahlung nutzbar - Duschschlauch undicht - Entlüftung Bad funktionierte nicht 더 보기

室內環境很好，服務員親切有禮，穿梭巴士網絡亦很完善，可以帶遊客到澳門各必到之處，如：大馬路、官也街等。 但周圍仍有很多地盤，景觀一般，room service亦較慢，可以改善。
