This hotel surpassed all our expectations! First non-smoke hotel we've stayed at - wished all hotels were like this. Amenities were simply outstanding. We really got our money's worth. The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. I highly recommend staying here instead of the Hilton!

We've stayed here before and it was always great. The only diference with this stay was the shower sliding door was broken off and one of the lights on the side of the bed was broken. Other then those two things the stay was great.

Great place! Stayed five nights in a king studio. Absolutely no complaints, only compliments. This is where I will stay again.

We loved the hotel - clean room, fantastic and friendly service, and close to everything we needed. Walk to shopping and restaurants - We will definitely stay there again.

The staff here was Amazing, always helpful and with a smile! The breakfast was wonderful for me and my children and the kids really liked coming in and getting the cookies in the evenings! When we come back to Tucson we will be coming back to The Hampton Inn!

Had booked a room at Days Inn, what a nightmere, This was heaven , clean and perfect. Breakfast was as good as home. A perfect experience. THanks , we will be back...

My stay was fine. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Only minor downside was maintenance of room - deadbolt didn't latch easily, door stop on bathroom door was loose and a few other minor things. Also, a/c was a little bit noisy. Nice place and cleaner than most. Security was on site and looked top-notch. Anytime I went out to smoke I saw him patrolling the parking lot. Made me feel good. Thanks Hampton for the positive experience.

My family and I stayed at this hotel while sightseeing in Tucson. The staff greeted us quickly and were very friendly. They offered a very nice free breakfast. I will highly recommend this hotel for others to visit.

Very personable, friendly staff who were concerned about our comfort. An excellent complimentary breakfast each morning with several food choices and even - for those on the quick go - a morning breakfast snack bag. Another fun touch was fresh baked cookies at the counter. A very enjoyable time. We were treated well.

This hotel was really hard to get in and out of due to the locaton. The bed was hard as a rock and the traffic nosie was loud on Friday night. The front desk people are overly concerned. I took a cookie on my way out of the hotel Friday night and a desk person(who was not at the desk) chased me out into the parking lot asking me if I needed help. Had […] he been at the desk he would of seen me come out of the elevator. When my room was cleaned I got a note tellimg me who cleaned it but she forgot to replace my coffee and some of the bath linens. I like coffee before I bathe. I recently spent 7 weeks staying in various hotels around the US, and this hotel boasted the most friendly staff of all of 'em! The rooms were nice - I prefer the north-facing mountain view (even numbers), it's great to have free breakfast til 10am, and the suites have good counter space for both the kitchenette area and the vanity. Overall we had a good expierience. The entance and exit to the hotel made it a little difficult to access. The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to recommending restaurants and giving directions.

We stayed there in July of 2011. This was a wonderful experience. We were looking for some milk at 10 pm, and the woman at the front desk was more than willing to go to the back and get us some. The room was cold when we walked in, a plus, and the bed was so confortable. I hightly recommeend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel looks new when driving up. Walking in to Check-In and there were chocolate chip cookies waiting for me. Staff was polite and quick to serve. Room was great and free breakfast in the morning is always a good way to start your day.

The standard room with queen beds was large and comfortable. The kids loved the big flat screen tv. The bathroom was large and clean - a must! My sister booked a suite in another nearby hotel that was more expensive and nice, but I preferred this hotel. We stayed at the Hampton Inns for 4 nights with daughter's family and three grand-kids. Very comfortable stay. Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, centrally located for our activities, fairly good breakfast. Cons: pool small but clean, breakfast fresh fruit a bit off. All in all a good stay. Would stay again!

We've stayed at the Hampton Inn - Tucson East twice now. The facility is relatively new, well maintained, and always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it's everything I expected and with no unpleasant surprises. The Marie Callender's nearby offers a 10% discount to Hampton Inn guests, but you'll probably have to ask for it.
