호텔의 청결도나 직원의 서비스 등 전반적으로 매우 좋았다. 그러나 카페트 문화는 우리와 달라서 공기가 약간 탁한 느낌이였다.

Everything else was great except the parking. There was a fenced in lot but no pathway to the overflow lot. There could have been a little better lighting at night. No ice or vending on the first floor, but that could be because of the neighborhood where it is located.

I would definitely recommend and stay here again. CONS: The room a a faint stale smoke smell. I was a little upset that there was no fitness/gym facilities available on site. I had some trouble finding a happy medium with the heating/cooling unit. It was either too hot or cold. PROS: The room was spacious and LOVED the walkout to the pool. The staff […] was excellent and were very helpful with recommendations and directions. The location and price were perfect. It was far enough from the downtown core, but within walking distance to many places of interest. I felt safe in the neighbourhood and enjoyed the proximity. Free parking and wifi. On edge of Germantown & few blocks to brewery district. Watch parking in auxillary lot, no security cameras so put everything in trunk or take in hotel. One break-in of vehicle while I stayed 2-days.

Great location and the continental breakfast was fabulous! The hotel is recently rennovated and the rooms were A+!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also dog friendly for a small fee!

This hotel was in fine shape and condition. The only questionable things about the hotel is the fact that the elevator was the slowest elevator that I have ever ridden in in my life. Since it was so slow, my friends and I decided to take the stairs, but the stairs had a very funky odor to it. Definitely not a good one. Other than that everything was […] very nice. Room was nice, front desk area was fine and the continental breakfast area was good and clean. The neighborhood of the hotel isn't horrible, but you definitely don't get the feeling that you're 100% safe. The parking lot isn't well lit and in fact it's borderline dark. The lot was so sketchy that our car was broken into on a Friday night even though it was locked and secured. Our GPS was stolen along with other electrical devices that we had in our car. When we reported it to the front desk, the lady was very nice, but it was very clear that this was a common occurrence for her. The police also had no interest in viewing their security tapes because our loss was less than $3000. So in short, the hotel is a good hotel that is clean and well taken care of. The surrounding neighborhood and the hotel parking lot on the other hand were not as nice. I would recommend this hotel to people, but I would suggest leaving nothing of value in your car. Fantastic stay. Comfortable beds. Huge rooms. Free parking. Breakfast had good selection including eggs, sausage, and waffles. There for the bar exam and enjoyed the quiet environment.

First off, there is no parking at this hotel. We had to park in the overflow lot, which was the start of our problems. When we woke up the morning we were supposed to leave, we found our car had been broken into. The Columbus police officer kindly informed us there is a homeless village just a few blocks from the hotel, and they get these calls quite […] a bit from the neighborhood. When we went to inform the front desk that our car and another had been broken into, the response was "What did you do to make them break in?" Suffice to say, there will be no repeat business here, and most likely not to any Comfort Inn in the future. 더 보기

Where to start our room was awsome very very big the beds were very comfortable, clean roomsgreat staff. Free Parking for my truck and trailer and that was a extra, looking forward to staying there again.

Beware, my Tom Tom could not find the address of this hotel. When I checked in, the front desk person asked if I had a Garmin, because people had told her the same thing. Also, hotel just felt run down.

What a wonderful stay we had with a very considerate staff, free parking and free hot breakfast! We did find that the walls were a bit thin, but we were in an adjoining room and did not know our neighbors. Consequently, when we arrived back at our room in the early AM hours, we unintentionally, and while just talking, disturbed our adjoining neighbors. […] Sorry about that! :/ The around the clock staff was always smiling and the lobby was comfortable for talking! Hotel in excellent location in between German and Brewery District. Rooms were clean but didn't turn heat until the last night and it didn't work. So rule of thumb, when you first get in room, check your heat/air conditioner. Bar and fitness room is closed. The fitness center will open again. Have a computer on first floor to use for business or personal […] purposes. Microwave, fridge and iron in each room along with nice size tv with endless amounts of channels. Hotel is very convenient location to German Village - well within walking distance. Also very good location to downtown and freeway access, and this makes access to locations on north side easy to get to within say 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, rooms well kept and clean

The family and I will stay here again and again; we can get back and forth to OSU campus quickly and all of the German Village bars, restaurants (happy me) and stores (happy wife) are within walking distance and Short North is two miles away. The Comfort Inn has a few negatives (looking worn, mediocre breakfasts, on a main drag) that are outweighed by it location right between the Brewery District and the German Village neighborhood. Much, even the downtown, is within walking distance to a dedicated walker. Within a twenty minute walk is the Columbus Brewery and Restaurant, the wonderfully […] huge and overstuffed Book Loft book store, restaurants with German, French, Spanish, and eclectic fare, gift shops, a stained glass works, and on and on. just strolling the German Village itself is a delightful experience of red brick walkways, streets, and houses showing the finest of German craftsman construction. My husband & I have stayed at many hotels for conferences and this was the best value we've ever had. The size of the room thrilled and surprised us...I didn't know what to do with all that space! My only complaint was the pillows...too squishy. No biggie, I'll bring my own next time. :)

Comfortable, quiet room located in downtown area. Walking distance to German Village and other restaurants.

I was quite pleased with my choice of the Comfort Inn in downtown Columbus. It is very convenient to downtown, and in the German Village area where good restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And the price is much better than any comparable hotel […] in the downtown area. Although the interior shows signs of wear, the rooms are nice, spacious, and have brand new 36 inch HDTVs.. My king room had a desk and couch with a coffee table, and the bed was super comfy with five pillows. Great value! 더 보기

This was my second stay since moving him out to Ohio in Aug. I live in NJ, and after a 9 hour drive, there is nothing better than that comfortable bed! Overnight stop on the way out to Illinois. Excellent location - walkable to Columbus Brewing Co for dinner, Cup o Joe coffee shop, and The Book Loft bookstore. Really a good choice for the Columbus area - plenty of bus stops on High Street if you need to get around. An important part for us: covered parking!

The employees were very nice and friendly. The only thing I would like to see better would be that the room rugs get a periodic shampooing.

My husband and I stayed here after flying in from London. We were hungry and jet lagged. The woman at the front desk was super nice and gave us info on where to eat if we wanted to go out, where to eat if we wanted to order in, and arranged a late check out for us. The hotel was good and the front desk people were very accomodating. They had a very nice breakfast each morning for us and also allowed us to use their computer and printer to get our boarding passes. The one issue was inconsistency with shower towels; we got one big and one small one every day. Parking is limited, but even when the hotel was full […] and we came back late at night, we still were able to find a spot. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Bare bones. Less than professional staff. Decent location. Great breakfast. Safe.

We stayed here while visiting my daughter who lives in German Village. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and rooms looked recently remodeled. Even had a nice breakfast, although lobby is too small and got very crowded. We usually stay closer in downtown, but this was so much more convenient for us--a nice, safe 3 minute walk from my daughter's […] house, and the lovely streets of German Village to wander.
