We only stayed one night at Residenza Domiziana, after having spent a week in Umbria. We were very satisfied with our stay. Our driver found the hotel very easily, it was in an excellent location, central to many sites of Rome, many nice eateries. The room was quite spacious and very nice. Vicky at the front desk was extremely nice and accomodating. […] We left on a very early flight, and we were able to get our breakfast at an early hour, which we very much appreciated. Hotel was difficult to find, down a side street, no flags hanging to indicate it's a hotel, small sign out front, not well lit. This is basically the 1st floor of an apartment building that was converted into a bed & breakfast. There is no lobby, since it is an apartment building, you have to be buzzed in and take the elevator to the 1st floor. 2 of […] the 3 front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, the 3rd had no personality. The room was very small and breakfast must be ordered the night before and is served to your room. Very disappointing. There is only 1 English TV station and 1 Italian TV station, the rest is in Arabic. The location, however, is convenient. Short walk to the Barbari Metro Stop and about 4 blocks either way to Piazza di Spagna and the Fountain of Trevi. Close to resturaunts and shops. I would this recommend this hotel for the price and location as long as you are just there to shower & sleep and not planning to spend a long amout of time in your room. 더 보기

Staff is tremendous. Very helpful. A little hard to find and not much signage. Bathroom has no shower curtain so it makes it hard to take a shower without wetting the floor. A/C could be stronger. But great location and closeness to metro overrules all the minor issues.

This hotel is prety good if you need a place to stay in Rome close to everywhere. It also had free wireless and brakfast to your room !

I just returned from a stay at this hotel. The first thing you should know is that it is not really a traditional hotel with a lobby downstairs etc. You go in a courtyard and up one flight of stairs and see a reception area there. Our room for 4 ended up being a regular room with a queen and two rollaways, but our in-laws got a room in another building […] nearby (but also part of this "hotel" apparently, that had a kitchen in it. So if you perfer one type of room over another, you may want to specify when you book. The decor in our room was outdated, but the room was very clean with good a/c and satellite tv. The location is very near a subway stop and Piazza Barberini and the Spanish steps are walking distance. 더 보기

The rooms were tiny - breakfast was awful - unfortunately the staff were nice but not at all knowledgeable of the local area (gave terrible restaurant recommendations, etc)- in short, was very disappointing!

We were there for one night only. they have the small rooms ( more like doorms, not recommended ) and the nice apt rooms which are more than OK. The hotel is actually located inside a bulding and is a bit hard to find ( small sign on the front of the building ). all considered the hotel was good value for money, great location, free ( wired only ) […] internet in the rooms, nice staff. we did not get a chance to try the breakfast. we would recommend this hotel for young travelers under a budget. 더 보기

We enjoyed our stay at Residenza Domizano very much. The Staff were efficient and courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. I have already recommended the hotel to others.

The location of this hotel can;t be any better! It was one block away from the metro and walking distance to trevi fountain and spanish steps. Fantastic and highly recommended!

We had a fabulous stay at the Residenza Domiziano! Everyone was extremely accommodating and so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be back!

This "residenza" is in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff. For four (two kids) the room was a bit small, but it was very clean and relatively quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We could see a lot of Rome in a short time!

The hotel was in a great location. In walking close walking distance to several of the main attractions. The room was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful with suggestions on dining as well as directions. Would definitely recommend this hotel for others.

Muy bien situado, a 50mts del metro, a pie de Fontana de Trevi, Plaza de España. Amplias habitaciones, limpias y con mobiliario moderno. Sin duda una magnifica elección a buen precio. Solo 2 pequeñas criticas, pasillo entre habitaciones ruidoso y el desayuno en las habitaciones que a mi personalmente no me agrada.

Eu e minha família passamos quatro dias muito agradáves em Roma e isso tudo foi favorecido pela localização e cordialidade do Hotel Rezidenca Domiciano. Quando chegamos em frente ao Hotel foi um susto, não achamos onde parar o carro para tirar as bagagens, portaria, recepcionista, etc... mas logo surgiu um senhor extremamente educado e nos ajudou com […] as malas e com tudo mais. Os quartos são excelentes, reformados, todos com carpete de madeira, cheirinho de novo e limpo... O café da manhã servido no quarto (porque no hotel não tem restaurante) muito bom também. Quanto a passeios e restaurantes, todos que foram sugeridos para nós foram de primeiríssima qualidade. Em frente ao Hotel tem um cantina muito boa, na esquina uma estação de metrô.. Fomos caminhando pelos pontos turisticos mais importantes como Fontana, Navona, E. Espanha, etc... tudo muito perto. Recomendo muito este hotel e com certeza voltaria lá. 더 보기

This is the most amazing location you could get in Rome, just beside Fontana de Trevi and a short walk from the Spanish steps. Really good location near the Metro, Spanish Steps (not really that great), shopping and within walking distance of all the major sights. Very freindly staff ready with advice and smiles. Breakfast service fine but not extraordinary, but nice to have it served. But there was nowhere to sit with it... Anyway, we spent very little time in the room, […] but if you need it for more than the bed, you should probably go for a regular hotel. For us, it was near perfect and we would stay again. Peter. 女性３名での宿泊でした。観光全般のアドバイス、いつでも快く応じてくれるスタッフ達のホスピタリティーは素晴らしいかったです。お部屋は２名なら充分の広さです。またお掃除も行き届き、とても清潔な上にリネン類も質の良かったです。地下鉄の駅からも３分程度と近く、周囲の環境は抜群です。滞在中、シフトの関係でVichiさんと最も多く接することになりましたが、彼のホテルマンとしての接遇は完璧なものでした。 大きくて沢山の宿泊者があるホテルより、こういうプチホテルの快適さを知ってしまうと病みつきになりそうです。 またローマを訪れる機会があれば、迷わずココに泊まりたいと思います。 Anyway, this petit hotel is marvelous! We can definitly recommend this hotel in the heart of Rome. The staff is excellent and the service is very high. On the top of this there is a certain charm to getting breakfeast served to your room every morning!

Mycket bra hotell men även mycket litet. Endast 6 rum och reception på en våning i ett bostadshus. Frukost serveras på rummen vid tidpunkt man själv önskar. Hotellet har även gratis trådlös internetanslutning för samtliga rum. Rummen var mycket rena och med mycket god service. Det är dock ganska små rum och ett mycket litet badrum. Ingången till hotellet […] är låst 24 timmar om dygnet men det finns alltid personal i receptionen och man använder sig av ringklockan vid gatuingången för att bli insläppt. Detta innebär mycket god säkerhet. Kvarteren runt omkring är även de mycket säkra. Hotellet har nära till det mesta. Bra restauranger på ca 5-10 minuters gångväg, ca 10 minuter till Spanska trappan och Fontana di Trevi. Bussar och tunnelbana går ett kvarter bort vilket gör det lätt att komma till Colosseum eller Vatikanen. Vid resa till flygplatsen kan en hotelltaxi bokas för 50 euro. Det är även endast ca 15 minuters gångväg till centralstationen för att ta tåg eller buss till flygplatsen. Den enda nackdelen med hotellet är ljudnivån. Dörrar och fönster är mycket tunna. Man hör därför allt som sägs i reception och korridorer. Arbete på gatan och innergården utanför hörs även det mycket väl. Fantastisk service med allt som behövs och jag kan rekommendera detta som ett mycket bra prissatt och centralt hotell. För det pris som hotellet tar kan jag leva med den ibland något irriterande ljudnivån. Detta då hotellet är så litet och det blir därför inte så mycket spring i korridoren. Don`t let yourself be fooled by the entrance to this wonderful hotel. No lobby nor any entrance hall, but just a large wooden door leading into a courtyard. When you pass through the gate leading to the first floor, you will find a little reception. Here you are greeted by a receptionist who`s kindness exceeds all expectations. The hotel is placed in […] the centre of everything, and very close to the Spanish Staires. The service is absolutely wonderful, and the staff is extremely kind and service minded to ensure the comfort of your stay. Continental breakfast is served on a tray in your room at any chosen time, and in addition you have the choice of buying eggs and bacon. It can certainly be advised that the hotel picks you up at the airport, if 3 people ore more.The train from the airport to Rome Central train station costs € 15 per person and in addition € 10 for a taxi from the main station to the hotel. If you choose to let you be picked up by the hotel, it costs a total of € 50, and it is possible to fit 8 people in the car.
