로스앤젤레스 글렌데일 엠버시 스위트 (Embassy Suites Los Angeles - Glendale) - 글렌데일

We were very tired after another part of our trip, so stayed in and rested for a couple of days, choosing room service. We were amazed at how fabulous the food was. Hats off to their chef. He/she was really outstanding. -- All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

So when you reserve a room, you would think you would get the exact room because they are supposed to RESERVE it for you right? So when I arrive to get my room (2 double bed suites) they say they have only King Suites. This doesn't work when you reserve a room for 5 guys. They said because I checked in later during the day that they gave out my room, […] but hello didn't I pay for the room for that night anyways? So because I made the reservation I got the pull out couch, which wasn't that comfortable at all. The rest of the guys got the regular beds, but since I had 3 guys 350 lbs and up, they weren't going to sleep on the pullout, so they had to get another room. This ruined what seemed to be a nice hotel, but how can you enjoy it when what the hotel was meant for turned out horrible? 더 보기

Hotel was nice in lobby, good breakfast & nice happy hour. But the room was uncomfortable, hard & small (double) beds, internet did not work property, no WiFi (supposedly they were fixing it). Overall we had a pleasant stay. But there wasnt any activities for kids otherrthan swimming. Would've been nice if hotel had game room or pool table.

Parking is too expensive and Wi-Fi not available but otherwise nice hotel.

At check in the young lady was awsome. We had a great room and an awsome view. She made us feel welcome. The bellman was also very professional. Breakfast and the complimentary 5:30pm hour was also excellent. The hotel was very clean.

I will be returning here if I need to stay in this area. Very nice hotel. Decent cook to order breakfast. Only one disappointment - no bananas for a midnight banana split! Had to opt for an awesome chocolate souffle instead. Underground onsite parking was a true bonus.

This hotel was ok a little over priced. I Have stayed At alot of Embassy Suites this one was not the best a lot of nickel and dime ???

Over all great place to have the family stay. I Love it. No complaints except that hotels.com booked me a non-smoking when I asked for smoking room, but at no fault to the hotel. To compensate they gave me a free upgrade.

I had high hopes for this Embassy Suites because of the above average reviews for this hotel in Glendale. Basically, you get what you pay for...we got a good deal for the two nights we stayed (2 adults and 2 teens) and to say the very least we were very disappointed! Granted, we stayed over President's Holiday weekend so it was packed with people! Shame […] on the management of this hotel for not being able to keep up with the food needed for breakfast! The lines were so long and it was incredibly crowded---we could hardly find a table to sit down for 4! I had a couple of people agree with me that the management is POOR! We had noisy rap music and smoke filling our room that kept our kids up most of the night! When I called to complain the first time, the front desk person was a bit rude and said it was my fault for not calling to get security and there was nothing they could do about it. I had to call back and insist on talking to the manager and even then just got only a small discount (internet and parking fees reversed). Honestly, if they know that that hotel is going to be a full house---the management should be extra detailed with higher security, better service and have enough employees helping out during the breakfast and afternoon snack time. The "Free Breakfast" was a failure in my opinion! (there was BARELY enough Starbucks coffee and even ran out of regular sugar and cream!) The rooms were a bit dingy and the pull out bed was a typical, thin, uncomfortable mattress that we had to pad with more blankets because of springs in the bed. The ONLY thing that was good was the bathrooms were updated and the shower pressure and showerhead were great....otherwise don't expect much out of this Embassy Suites. It may look new from the outside and the lobby is beautiful but looks are deceiving. I would only recommend staying here during the week and not the weekends because they can't seem to handle the crowds. Better step up the management in this hotel...so disappointi 더 보기

This is an excellent hotel for a family. The room was clean. I like the quality of the beddings and towels. The breakfast is great! Freshly prepared omelet and the quality of the food is good - Starbucks coffee, fresh fruits, etc. My family was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Fanastic complimentary breakfast buffet. Good managers reception with beverages & complimentary mixed drinks, this nite had 5 mixed drink selections to choose from. Also had veggie tray along with fries and mini chicken nuggets. Very comfortable bed and quiet room

We where visting the USA from England to see the Rose Ball game in Pasadena. We knew the hotel was quite a distance from the venue and that the hotel would very full because of this event. This is where a big congratulations comes to the manager and all the staff of the Embassy Suites for the service they provided throughout our stay. The complimentry […] breakfast provided was of a very high standard and there was never a shortage of anything. On the day of the Rose Ball the hotel also arranged a courtesy bus every 30 mins from 05.30 ($15 each person each way) The Managers Special from 17.30 - 19.30 which included free food and drinks was an excellent time to meet up and have a chat with other people staying in the hotel. Great location...easy freeway access, about an easy 1 mile walk to the Americana and the Galleria. Great restaurant...ate the hotel restaurant twice; good food and very reasonable prices for a hotel. Great breakfast!

If you've stayed at an Embassy Suites, you know what you're getting. This one has all that. What's great about it is that it is new. We had just stayed at an older Embassy Suites and there was a big difference in the quality and amenities - ES has learned something about how to build a hotel to their customer specs. For example, in the older hotel, […] the bathroom was accessible from the bedroom - not good for us. The new one had the bathroom equally accessible from the living room. Another upside was this property's proximity to downtown Glendale, Griffith Park and Universal Studios. Downside to this hotel: a per night charge for parking. I hate that. The King suites were pretty spacious and had views of the city or mountains. The Double bed suites were a little cramped and they all had views of the hotel lobby which I didn't really like. When you were in the lobby, seeing a bunch of hotel room windows with curtains looked a little tacky. And if you opened the curtains, everyone could see you. But […] the bottom of the lobby was beautiful and the kids loved the pond with coy fish and turtles. The breakfast buffet was included and it was the best complimentary hotel breakfast I have ever seen. They had an omlette station, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, danishes, toast, bagels, juice, starbucks coffee, and probably some more things I am forgetting. One downside, there were no dvd players and the tvs did not have the standard video inputs. You would need an S-video cable if you want to bring your own dvd player or video games. The kids got bored with the tv channels but they had a lot of fun jumping in the beds. 더 보기

Enjoyed our stay at this Embassy Suites. One of the best Embassy Suites that we have had the pleasure to visit. Looking forward to our next visit.

We needed an easy location near the Greek Theater and adjacent Griffith Park Observatory. It worked perfectly. The $15. parking fee is kind of a punitive fee for an otherwise nice place to stay.

Very roomy, clean room, and convenient location. Huge breakfast with loads of choices. I would definitely go back.

The hotel was very clean, staff was VERY friendly, we were very close to the freeway for easy entry. The breakfast was very good. The area around the hotel was very clean and safe.The room was a little narrow, but the three of ud made it work. I would stay at this location again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, I don't like that you get charged to use internet and also get charged for self-parking.

Service was good and Buffet style breakfast was very good. It appears alot of money has been invested in updating a beautiful lobby, however our rooms (we had two) were very dark -- lighting was poor - there were carpet stains on the floor and one of the rooms smelled particularly musty. We were dropping off our daughter at Occidental College which was right nearbyl. There was plenty of room for all the luggage and boxes we had. The help was helpful and people were pleasant to deal with. We did have a little trouble with the cable TV, but got it worked out pretty quickly. Will stay here for parents' weekend!

Room was wonderful. Nice to have a separate bedroom for us! kids were on the pull out sofa in the living room. Room had mini fridge and microwave. Included breakfast was wonderful - excellent made to order omelets (egg whites, beaters or whole eggs0 - lots of fillings, yummy french toast, perfectly cooked potatoes and fresh fruit - among the many offerings! […] Pool is only 3ft deep all around - so great for young kids (though it was closed our first day for a chlorine treatment). This is a very comfortable hotel. Loved the breakfast and dinner included in our rate, which btw, I felt was reasonable. It's in a very nice area, the hotel is quiet, clean and the staff is very helpful. Will definitely go back.

Very nice hotel and rooms, great design. Glendale is a good starting point for everything in northern half of LA, although the closest area offers little other than a nice shopping area. Good parking area (at add'l cost). This is number one or two in the last 15 hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast offering should improve a little.

They could not find the Hotels.com reservations for almost an hour until I arrived. Made the booking in my friend's name as I was hosting him & his family for the room. This was very embarassing.

Super Hotel, great amenities, great breakfast! Nice location, close to the freeway and many attractions. Separate smoking rooms--which are harder and harder to find these days. A bargain for the prices of hotels in LA considering this one had tons of amenities. Hotels.com found this one for us when I was having a tough time finding a decent smoking […] room. Staying at this hotel felt like they somehow inserted a Quality Inn into a shell of a Hilton or Hyatt. The outside and lobby makes it appear like this is a pretty nice place to stay, but the layout of the all the rooms are in an inner-circle where the only windows face back into the lobby. Great!! NO SOY MILK AT BREAKFAST FOR MY SON. Pool very dirty. No towels and soap in room one day. No newspaper two times. Gym is nice, Overall very good.

Nothing short of the excellent experience staying with Embassy.

Over all not bad. The suite were a little small but ok. The worst part was the check in service in particular an annoying guy named Raymond. He was extreemly unaccomedating in every situation we encountered.

$10 a day wi-fi charge. $15 a day parking?!? This is the Achilles heel of that hotel. Very nice hotel but those conveniences should be free.

My short stay at the Embassy Suites Glendale was fabulous, I have already recommended this hotel to friends and co-workers.

OMG I never had such bad time in any hotel in the world. I assume there was a party or prom on Saturday night, the day I worked so hard and after so many meeting I came back to the hotel, went to my room took shower sat down. Around 9pm the noise and screaming started , I thought it will go away very soon but not, it was just the starting , it went […] on until 3:30 in the morning called the front desk at 2:30 in the morning they said they are working on it , called them around 3:30 again , we are sorry but we called the police they said. I couldn’t close my eyes for a second that night and had to drive to north California the next day. I never will go back to that hotel again 더 보기

The staff was rude when asking for a tray to take food up to room. When u stay at Embassey Suites you are expecting to always do the same things. Then when we ate are food the dishes were outside are door till dinner time..would not return..
