I think the staff is GREAT !!!! i forgot my pillow & they actually mailed it back to me i thought that was awsome.

Some what disappointed with this stay. Even though the hotel was fairly new, it seemed a little run down. There were no towels in the Room when I arrived and had to wait until the staff finished washing some before I could get them. The cleanness of the room was not the greatest, the bathroom was not cleaned very well.

We will be back every year at the same time.

My wife and I drove down from Minnesota to visit our son, who is stationed at Fort Hood, his wife and his three kids. Doing our research on hotels in the area, we stumbled across this hotel and read numerous positive reviews. I would add my own thumbs-up on the Super 8 in Harker Heights. Although sink did not drain well, the room was clean and bed comfy.

Got this room for a great price. It is close to a client site. The room was very clean and the TV was a huge flat screen. I was very surprised considering the area the hotel was in.

I'm from Killeen so finding hotel was not an issue for me, but someone not familiar with the area needs to understand which side of highway to be on or they will miss exits and have a very long turn around- Call hotel for specifics!! Neither the phone or television were working. The elevator shook and vibrated everytime it went down. Seemed to get worse every day we were there. It was scary as though it was going to go in a free fall.

We were in Killeen for the Army Retiree Appreciation weekend. I found this hotel to be clean, very accommodating when I inquired about annything. The hotel rate was good, the complimentary breakfast also good. Nothing negative to say about our stay.

The hotel is new and was very nice. But, when we walked in our room, they just finished cleaning the room and left old towels in trash but, we had to call them. Also the Pillows are Flater then a 2x6. We asked for extras and they only gave us one.. The Pillows suck !.. Otherwise, the room was nice, updated and bed was confortable.. If you are in the Ft. Hood area, and need a nice, clean, friendly place to stay at a reasonable price, this is it. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the location was good. For an overall stay, this was perfect.

I had two double rooms booked for my band, and booked them 2 weeks out. Upon arriving, the hotel clerk informed me that she "kind of screwed up" and gave one of the last two double rooms to a walk-in customer. To the hotel's credit, they gave me 2 King rooms in place of the double at the same rate. But, if they had been out of King rooms, we would […] have been out of luck. My reservation was paid for when I booked it...they shouldn't even have been able to do what they did. Other than that, the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained (it's only 2 years old). Parking was OK, and the fact that they had cameras watching the parking lots was a plus. They told me where to park our equipment trailer where they could be sure to watch it. 더 보기

Since this hotel is close to Ft Hood, all of the major food and retail stores are nearby. Everything in the hotel is nearly new. Excellent choice for the budget minded.

Was in town for the weekend. Hotel was great. It was clean, very comfortable, and staff was very friendly. Only problem we had was location. Other than that we enjoyed it and will stay there again on our next visit.

This Super 8 had every amenity that I expect from a more expensive hotel. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. I was surprisingly satisfied. The only reason I didn't give it full 5's is that the wi-fi internet does not work very consistently (which was included), and it's not easy to get anywhere (restaurants, shops, etc.) without a car.

This hotel at first when opened a couple of years now was nice but it is not being taken very well care of, that and the front desk is not very responsive to your needs, had some very loud neighbors for 2 days couldntt sleep at night hotel did nothing to help resolve problem.

I travel as a single woman,save hotel and neighbourhood.... for the price this hotel is the bomb, staff is very friendly,morning breakfast set up is adequate very clean inside and out....... the place to stay if your in Killeen TX

This hotel is well maintained and located near plenty of food and shopping. The room was clean, especially the bathroom which was a big deal for me. Tub was large and comfortable. My only issue was not being able to get the free wi-fi working on my laptop. It wasn't a big deal so I didn't contact the desk about it. Might have been a simple fix. New hotel, relatively clean. Friendly staff. Easy access to highway but quiet.

Grest accomdations, would highly recommend this hotel to annyone needing acomadations in the Killen area. Plan to use it in the near future for out of town guest for Family reunion in 2010.

Very surprised to find such a nice place for the money. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Building is still fairly new. Rooms were quite did not hear any outside noise.

Its a new motel, so you would expect it to be clean. As with all new things, the maid service needs a lot of improvement. We were there 4 nights. 1st night OK. 2nd night our room was not cleaned or bed made, but clean towels left on counter. 3rd night no coffee was left. 4th night no coffee or extra TP was left. This hotel has only been open since May 2009, so still looks very nice. There were some issues with the cleanliness of my bathroom. Other than that, the room was definitely great for the money
