Had a room next to the road and it was very loud with road noise.
I was surprised at how nice and clean it was seeing I never stayed before and it is a 2 1/2 stars hotel I wasn't sure what to expect. I'll definitely stay at their hotels again.

Went with my husband and two kids to visit Kennett Square. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with restaurants, other activities and driving directions. We all loved the breakfast in the morning and it save us time and money. The only thing I was surprised about was the pool water was cold and the beds were horrible. "Fairfield Marriot of Kennett Square, PA"
The location and finding the hotel was not exactly the easiest at night. Lighting on the highway was not the greatest and can easily miss the exit for the hotel. There are no local restaurants across from the hotel if you wanted a quick run to get something to eat. Grant you the drive to the restaurants was only minutes away but night driving after […] being out all day touring was annoying. The one thing I did not like about the hotel on this visit was the swimming pool. The water was ice cold!!!!!! When booking a hotel I always ask if there is a pool so that we can unwind after touring all day. This pool was soooooo cold is was ridiculous. I informed the front desk about that and they were to speak to management. Management left a message on our phone stating the temperature of the pool was up to Pennsylvania's code. Never heard that type of answer before. When leaving informed front desk of the answer left and told them that we were at this hotel last year at the same time and the pool was very comfortable. Lady said she would inform management at next staff meeting. The answer given was lame and believe nobody wanted to crank up the heat in the pool. 더 보기

Our family takes an annual Christmas trip to Longwood Gardens in Kenneth Square, PA. The Fairfield Inn is very close to the Gardens as well as other sites in the area that we enjoy visiting. Also it would not be fair to fail to mention the other Hotel employees who were equally friendly and accommodating. We loved everything about the hotel. We gave it a 5 star rating. The room was super clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was terrific! Your employees were so helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay there whenever we come to that area. Abbie T. New York, NY

"Carillon weekend"
I was invited to play a recital on the beautiful bells at Longwood Garden. We decided to make a weekend of it. The Marriot was the perfect location. The breakfast was great as was the service. If I am invited back again in the future, I would stay here again.

The hotel itself is new and clean and decorated nicely. But though it was empty on Sunday night, the management wouldn't switch us to a king size bed as they said: nothing was available. Breakfast was far better than I expected. I was looking for a nursery to buy plants for Mothers Day and the Front Desk was very helpful. The young man working in the breakfast area went way beyond his duty making sure that all guests were not satisfied, but happy; he definitely made me feel very confortable. The Fairfield Inn is a very nice, comfortable hotel, with an affordable price range. The front desk is helpful, and the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel is very modern and bright. Great service, nice people, clean and comfortable. Locations is great, the only problem is that address was not recognized on GPS, got lost one night and passed exit by 12 miles. Definitely will go again when in the area.

Nice. Solid. Clean. Tidy. Safe. Service at the front of house (front desk) was terrific! Cleaning staff was a little haphazard, schedule wise, but eventually got the job done ... and did it well. "A decent value"
For what we spent this was a good place to spend the night. We had a comfortable king room. The hotel pool is too small to swim laps in but there is a good gym adjacent as well as a hot tub. The breakfast was good for a hotel continental and we liked the coffee.
