Beautiful, very clean hotel with excellent service, delicious breakfast, great location. Highly recommend.

This hotel was beautiful to start with. Even though the pool was under construction we were accommodated with another hotels pool, which was just as beautiful, and upgraded to a suite due to it. This to us was going above and beyond the call of duty. The staff could not be any nicer and pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh delicious and […] the attention incomparable. With regards to safety they were number one from escorting us to our car, to giving directions, and making sure we made it everywhere safely. If you go ask for Nelson, Xavier, Danilo, Jairo, Osner, and Victor who helped us and tended our every need hand and foot. Though they had their own duties to tend to, ours always came first and we appreciated that. They all deserve a raise!!! We loved your hotel and can't wait to come back!!!! Ellioth and Eddie 더 보기

I loved it! Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice linens and great air conditioning. I slept like a Queen. Very friendly and courteous service. This is a newer Hotel and it is in very good condition. Spacious shower and very good water pressure. Breakfast was OK but they are opening a new restaurant very soon. I will stay at this Hotel again and again. […] I recommend it. 더 보기

From the first moment of our arrival til our departure we were treated as honored guests by all staff members. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities you would expect in a five star hotel (robes, safe, minibar, airconditioning, clean pool with towels, free cooked breakfast, free internet, etc.) The hotel is conveniently local across from the central […] plaza and close to restaurants, attractions, the market, carriages for tours. They even arranged breakfast early for us on our last day - 3:30. The hotel also prearranged our tours and airport transfer for us from the agency we had chosen. Hotel Colon was the perfect hotel for my stay in Granada....such old world charm and the staff was amazing. Our room was a tad noisy on the street level so if possible I would request a room on the second floor, but overall I highly recommend it!!!!!

Friendly and excellant service

Stayed two nights March 24 anf 25. Very nice place. Loved the air conditioned rooms, spacious, quiet. Ours over looked the swimming pool which our kids were constantly in. Great location, you could walk anywhere. Take a carriage ride, our driver spoke very good english and told us alot of history. Sit down breakfast was excellent.

This is simply an awesome hotel! If you see a negative review about this place at all, you can bet that the person writing the review is a spoiled baby. It is an immaculately kept hotel in a perfect location with an award winning breakfast and an incredibly helpful staff. The rooms are large and roomy and very nice, with very cold AC, 42 inch flat screens […] and beautiful touches. All of the rooms are great, but try to get one that has a deck to the plaza; they are larger and the view is awesome. The pool is refreshing and the staff is as friendly as they come. I repeat: if you find anyone who wants to complain about this place, don't travel with them. They need to go stay in an all inclusive in Cancun and not bother the rest of us. 더 보기

The two best things about Hotel Plaza Colon was its location and the hotel staff. I'd walk outside and right in front of me was the main park (Parque Central) where all the people congregate. Restaurants,music in the street, soccer games and everything else is well within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely warm and friendly […] and helpful. Very nice people, attentive to any needs I might have. I really enjoyed meeting and talking to the front desk staff. Also the free breakfast was very good and served in a comfortable setting. This hotel is a more expensive than others in the area, but if you're looking primarily for location and safety in a modern pretty place, this hotel is it. My main complaint was that the in room internet service didn't work for me much of the time. I couldn't get on wirelessly because my room was too far away and getting on directly via a cable worked the first night, but not after that. There was also a slight noisy drip from the toilet, but once the fan was on, you didn't hear it. I'd rate this hotel more as a 4 star hotel (for the area) than the 3 stars as listed above. 더 보기

Excellent service, hotel is in great condition, well maintained and the wine bar has a good wine selection. The courtyard is a peaceful oasis from the plaza itself which has a lot of local street vendors. The hotel's right on the main square and is in excellent condition. Only slight niggle is that room we were is right on main street so you get lots of noise when the street comes to life in the morning. However it's usually sunny so you want to get up anyway.

SU PERSONAL ATENTOS Y SERVICIALES, SU LIMPIEZA ABSOLUTA, SU MANTENIMIENTO SUPERIOR. UN TANTO RUIDOSO POR ESTAR JUNTO A UNA CALLE DONDE SE OYEN GRITOS, PITIDOS DE AUTOS Y MÚSICA ESTRIDENTE. TAL VEZ ALFOMBRANDO LOS CUARTOS Y PONIÉNDOLE DOBLE VIDRIO A LAS VENTANAS PUDIERA COMPONERSE CONSIDERABLEMENTE.

Super esta hotel, lo unico que falta seria un buen restaurant. Pero si hay cerca el hotel un restaurant se llama El Zaguan
