Hotel is right next to bus depot. Too loud, terrible night's sleep.

It was awesome. The people were great.

Our stay was very nice. The beds were comfortable , and the room was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was fine. Restaurant service was poor, I was ignored when I walked in, had to ask to be seated, had to ask for a menu, was further ignored so walked out. There are so many good eating places in NY you need to lift your game if you want to compete.

We were here for two nights over a weekend. The room was clean, small but within expectations for a New York hotel room. Compared to other hotels, you get exceptional value: free bottled water in the room, free WiFi, and free printing in lobby with full Internet access computer. Lobby staff very helpful. Times Square is only three blocks away, so you […] are almost there without the crush of people. The Garment District is only a block away. You are across the street from the bus station, which was convenient for us since we were traveling by bus. Be aware however that the parole board offices are next door, as are a couple of adult video stores. Walked to several Broadway shows. Tons of nearby restaurants of all price ranges. The location of this hotel is great. Not far from Penn Station or Times Square. Yes it is near the Port Authority and a parol office, but my family and I never felt unsafe and we often returned late at night. The rooms are very small and not the most functional, but they are nice. The bathroom does not have a counter which makes it difficult if you […] have a lot of items to set out (hair dryer, makeup, etc.). The towels are kept in the shower and there was nowhere else to keep them hanging so you had to go in and out of the shower to get towels. I was able to look beyond this as we spent little time in the room, but if you're looking for space to spread out you won't find it here. If you are looking for location and aren't worried about space this is a good place to stay. They kept our bags for us on our arrival date and departure date so we didn't have to carry them. The staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy. Overall a good experience. 더 보기

Stayed their 2 night, first night - I checked in around 11pm in the night and than stayed for another night due to exhaustion, its was on thursday night i checked in and checked out on Saturday- When I was asked on Saturday whether I can do a little late checkout - They said you'll be charged, when i heard this than i decided to move to another hotel […] - Marriott which was lots better and i overpaid here. 더 보기

Overall I was satisfied with my stay except for the tv; which the channels had no signal. Other than that which was a minor thing; I would recommend the 4 points sheraton to others.

The Staff was absolutely lovely.. We felt welcome as soon we stepped through the threshold. The view was amazing, I am definetely will return. Thank you to all who helped us great cudos.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Disappointed to find our down comforter was not cleaned when we climbed into our bed for the night. I wouldn't recommend the concierge - they sold us tickets to a Broadway show and to our surprise our seats were not together.

The hotel is super convenient and the staff was really nice and accomodating. If you're looking for a dramatic lobby this is not it but for convenience price and service this is a winner.

Even though my girlfriend and I only spent a couple of days, it was dreamy. The hotel is so neat and comfortable we still talk about our stay a week later. I'm pretty sure every time I will be spending time in NYC, I will stay at the Four Point Hotel in Times Square. Especially now that I have become a member

Room was great - clean and modern- and staff was very accomodating. Neighborhood is okay but I'm used to it begin from Chicago. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great - so close to Times Square but without the noise of the city. The view was of the neighboring building but it was a great sound buffer. (I stayed in a different hotel for work later that week with a great view but couldn't sleep for the noise!) Concierge was great and staff was accommodating.

Perfect for a weekend in NY. Great location, Great Price, Rooms are normal sized (not closets) and the staff was very helpful and customer friendly. Restaurant is dark, overpriced, and uninviting but who wants to eat at hotel anyway??!

Good value!

One of the better hotel values out there when seeing shows on Broadway. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Room was decorated a little on the drab side (not a fan of the muted color palette), but a minor gripe to be sure. The in-hotel restaurant was a real highlight, quite unexepectedly - try the spinach nachos! […] Fitness room was well stocked with current (and functional) equipment, but filled up quickly in the mornings. The hotel itself was great; clean and comfortable with attentive staff and in a great location right next to Times Square. Great place to stay if you are doing the tourist thing as location allows for easy access to uptown, downtown and midtown sights. I would not reccomend more than two in a room as rooms/bathrooms are small (as expected in NYC). The […] only downside was that the immediate neighborhood was a tad bit sketchy, with two adult video stores right next door. Hotel ABD in NY was in the right spot . Traveling with kids is not always easy , but having all right entertainment choose by made a difference.Thank You

The hotel is right next to port authority and I was able to catch a shuttle to airport very easily. We found all types of cuisine, attractions and shopping within walking distance. The only problem we had was that there was not enough time to do everything we wanted to do. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to assist us and get us all that we needed […] and asked for. Awesome location within walking distance to pretty much anywhere. Parking garage was right next door and cheap which was very nice to have so close. Pizza right at the corner so many nice places to eat within a five minute walk. Room was clean staff was friendly i would for sure stay here again

It was such a great centerpoint for everything-walking distance to TimesSquare, Transportation, Scenic Tours, and Restaurants galore. Love the fact that it right smack in the center of the Big Apple. Front Service staff were welcoming and Housekeeping were very nice people. Neighborhood area well not so great. We live in LA so were used to the bums […] in the street but for others this will be a great deal for them to be scared of. Lots of slumming noted close proximity of the port terminal. Location was great. A quick 5 minute walk to Times Square and theatre district. 15 min walk to Grand Central Terminal. Hotel was not impressive, room was clean, bathroom was just ok, "view" was the side of a brick building, but you dont go to NYC to stay in your room much. That said, I will stay in a different hotel next time I'm in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay with the Four Points by Sheraton. Very comfortable bed. Rooms were a little small but that is to be expected in NYC, Times Square location... They had an extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is close to Times Square and the fashion district for great shopping. Everything is modern and upscale. I would definitely stay here again.

We walked across the street to the port authority bus terminal to catch a bus home. Rooms are small, however that seems to be a trend in the highrise hotels. Employees were very nice and there is a parking lot next to hotel if you drive to NY. We didn't realize there was a hopping night spot next door until we went out one night around 11:30p and saw […] a line outside. Would recommend! 더 보기

You would think that next to the Port Authority Bus Terminal and NYC Probation Department would be an iffy neighborhood, but this was fine. It's just off Times Square, with access to all forms of transport around the city. The room was nice, a little crowded (but still big for NYC), only 6 rooms per floor so not a lot of hall noise (good, because the […] doors don't block it). My boyfriend and I stayed at the above hotel over Xmas for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked a King Room at a very reasonable price and had great views of the New York Times Building and even a small peek of the Empire State Building out of our windows on two sides of the building. The room and en-suite bathroom were very clean. […] I absolutely loved the bed and pillows- I don't think I ever slept that well in a hotel bed. We were provided with lovely bathrobes and slipper, had a great flat screen TV on the wall, desk, full length mirror and black out blinds on all windows. There was a free-to-use safe in the wardrobe, as well as a coffee machine with new coffee and tea etc every day. Also, we were each given a fresh, small water bottle daily. Wireless is available for free, though at times it was difficult to get connected. In front of the restaurant there are 2 computers with internet and printers free to use though. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Situated in the foyer, there is also a travel adviser, who recommended a lovely restaurant for Christmas Dinner. The hotel is situated two small blocks away from Times Square, which can be reached by foot within 3 minutes. Low-cost Airport Transfer to JFK is very straight forward, as the Subway station for the E-Train is 500m from the Hotel entrance on the same small road. From the E-Train, there is a direct connection to the Air-Train to JFK. We ended up taking less than an hour for the transfer and paid less than $9 each. We were not too impressed with the restaurant, as it is very small for a hotel that size and the atmosphere is nothing special. We only ended up having breakfast there once. But as there are so many food places of all kinds nearby, we didn't mind that. The only real let-down for us was the roof-top bar, which is actually not part of the hotel itself as we were under the impression, but a separate location next door with dress-code (smart-casual) and bouncer. Good location if you want to be near Tines Square but not directly on Times Square- still must be willing to put up with the chaos of Times Square. Solid customer service for an American 3 star hotel. They stored our bags for us after checkout which was nice. Across the street from the bus station so a little noisy but that is to be expected.

I was very Pleased with this hotel and the staff was extremely helpful. I would definately stay here again.
