Couldn't sleep well as the temperature was too hot or too cold. Thermostat didn't control the temperature.

The Staff was awesome - especially the night guy he was friendly and personable. The rooms were large, comfy, and very clean. The maid service was awesome. Make sure you have some options for meals though - there isnt really a lot near the hotel (within sight) other than the waffle house, and their order in place takes FOREVER ( +/- 2 Hours) . Great hotel, especially for the price. Lovely room, very comfortable bed, very clean and had the feeling of a more upscale hotel. Breakfast was ok, but I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel and room were both very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large and very quiet, even with the convenient location/access to the freeway(s). Not as close to restaurant options as some other exits/hotels, but easily worth it for the five nights of really good sleep. Overall, I would definitely recommend for high quality and great value.

this hotel was a great stay. very clean and the staff was exceptional. very nice and very helpful. i haven't stayed in such a nice place in a very long time. i travel for business for over 10 years. i've stayed in good and bad hotels and i must say this hotel was all around great. the only knock i would have is the loud kids that was ripping and running […] for days there. at no fault at the hotel. i just happen to come when they were having some kid party there for days. but they eventually put a end to the noise. and the breakfast was very good to. for the first time i can truly say i have nothing bad to say about this hotel. keep up the good work.. 더 보기

The hotel was easy to find with the gps and large sign. Check in was seamless and very pleasant. The room was spacious, had wonderful bedding, enough pillows, microwave and refrigerator, nice tv, good desk and lighting. The pool water was warm and the hot tub was working fine. Hotel is a short drive to the airport and shopping areas with many resturants. Front desk was very responsive and helpful.

This location was half way between our house and my wife's sisters. We met for cards, our grandchildren to swim in the pool, and visit a state park close by. The hotel is very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone.

The King Suite was nice and the bedding was quality and comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained. The only issues I had was the air conditioning was mildly noisy and the spa was non-functioning. Other than that, I was satisfied greatly.

Nice room. Only complaint was key problems with Fitness Room & Pool Room. Staff stated they were aware of problem. Will stay again on next visit to area.

Clean, friendly and a good price. Can't ask for much more!

Very clean, very nice people at the desk, will stay there again

This was obviously a new hotel because everything looked, well, new. Elevators were quick, Kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. It is very close to shopping and restaurants and most of all, it was close to the Creation Museum which is why we were there.

This hotel was really nice room was clean bed comfortable an enjoyed swimming pool an fitness room

great hotel for the price - pillows are fat so you may want to bring your own pillow - but beds are comfy and I am very picky about comfort level of beds. the staff - all of them - were very nice and accommodating.

the front desk staff was very helpful = the hot tub's HUGE, very nice hotel and would stay there again

The hotel was very clean. Lady at desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. She offered a shuttle to the airport and allowed us to leave our car at the hotel for only two dollars per day. Shuttle drivers were very prompt and friendly. Great place to stay and catch a flight out of town

I do agree with some of the reviews that the pillows could have been smoother but that would never make me give a bad review with this hotel. It was a pleasant stay for me. We were in town for a family funeral and booked the room at the last minute. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definately stay here again!

This new(er) hotel was everything I wish for when travelling. It was very new and impeccably clean. The room was brightly (adequately) lit, something that is hard to find in many hotels. The room was also beautifully furnished, the bath area with it's higher granite counter was great - and the room was fresh and spotless. The thermostat was easy to […] use. The indoor pool was adjacent to the spacious breakfast area and was open until 11 pm. Breakfast was just right. The hotel was relatively quiet following the New Year's holiday. The front desk personnel were warm, welcoming and intelligent and engaged. We will definitely book the Wingate again the next time we visit the family in N Kentucky/Cincinnati. A brand new Hotel in the Cincinnati area. I stayed here for 6 days after Chistmas until the New Year. The staff was amazing and this should a 4 Star-Hotel! I had a wonderful room, an indoor pool, laundry, exercise room and a hot breakfast. The rooms were very clean, with exellent heating. The are lots of places to eat around the hotel. This hotel is very close to downtown Cincinnati even though it is on the KY side of the river. Our king suite was very roomy and nice. Our granddaughters came to visit and loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was wonderful as was evidenced by a full crowd each morning. We will definitely stay here again and the price we received by using hotels.com […] was also great. 더 보기

This was a very nice hotel. Clean. Affordable. Comfortable. My only complaint is that we called ahead to inform the front desk that we would arrive between 11pm and midnight. We arrived to an empty front desk at 11:10pm. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone twice before someone arrived to assist us. That was the one main hiccup. Loved it! Planning to stay there again on our next trip to Cincy. Rooms were very nice and clean. It is located just off the main road so it is easy to get in and out. Just a couple of miles from major shopping areas and a variety of restaurants. Easy access to I-75, I-71.

We spent 4 hours trying to locate the hotel but each phone call to the operator got us more last than the previous. The person we talked to was not at all interested in helping us. It seemed like it was just too much effort. We finally called and drove to the sheriffs office with our map and had them help us. When we got to the hotel there was a truck […] blocking the entrance road and it took quite a while to find the driver and get him to move his vehicle. There was no tub in the room so when we tried to take a shower the water from the shower went everywhere trying to find the drain. 더 보기

This hotel is not far from many local attractions. I do a lot of traveling to the Cincinnati area and this hotel is perfect if you have transportation. I stay in this hotel very frequently and the service is outstanding, the hotel is always clean and very good size rooms for the price. Spent only one night. Hotel room was very comfortable, but disappointed in the swimming pool and hot tub area. Hot tub jets did not work, and the A/C was turned down to low and was very cold. Great complimentary breakfast. Would stay there again

It was a very nice hotel, very easy to find and lots of restaurants near by. we had a problem with the tub drain and they sent someone to fix it first thing the next morning. It was only minutes from Cincinnati and much less expensive than the hotels downtown.

Clean, modern, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent deal, as good as it gets for a low/moderate cost chain hotel.

My only complaint is that the bed pillows were to fat and herd on the neck. Next time will just bring my own flatter pillow.

The Wingate seemed brand new, although its now 2 years old. Everything was clean, nice room, friendly staff, pool, fitness room, flatscreen, in room safe, and more. Exceed our expectations, would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights in order to visit the Creation Museum. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Everything was of finest quality from the evening supply of cookies to a wonderful hot breakfast with meat and eggs, bisqcuits and gravy. The room was large and well equipped.
