We needed a last min getaway for a few days to unwind and enjoy a romantic getaway. The hotel staff was awesome very friendly made us common folk feel like celebrities. Great service location and atmosphere . If your dog people you will love this hotel very pet friendly. We will be staying here again and bring our dog as well . The ac in the room was […] a lil uncopertive however the weather was perfect so not much use was needed. Room service food was great small portions but very tasty. Eventhough my stay in San Diego was brief, Hotel Indigo made a lasting impression, everything was perfect and staff was incredibly nice. Decor was modern and pleasant, I will return!

This hotel was amazing, good, price, good location, I loved it!

The service at this hotel was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It is located close to the ballpark downtown, and within walking distance of everything downtown. The room was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again for sure.

The Indigo was a clean, modern hotel, with courteous staff and a location perfect for people vacationing around downtown San Diego. The Level 9 lounge, though pricey for drinks, was a nice evening spot to enjoy drinks and conversation over a fire. Free wi-fi and a fridge in the room were a plus. Vibrant colors and the ceiling-to-floor windows gave a warmth that most hotels try to block out. The front desk staff were really friendly and informative. I never understood why hotel stays have to coincide with time travel. Hotel Indigo is firmly in the 21st century, with its decor and amenities. Fire pits on rooftop patio, nice. Aveda toiletries, awesome bonus. Free wireless, obvious. Young and courteous staff, refreshing. Good deal available on hotels.com, final straw. Would go back for sure.

We stayed three nights at the Hotel Indigo while I was attending a conference. The hotel was great, the room was nice, accessible to bars and restaurants, loved the neighborhood, and all for a very nice price. I highly recommend.

The room was really nice, and the staff was friendly. The location was great. There's a really cute bar on the top (9th floor) with a great view into Petco Park. I'd stay here again.

I am very pleased I chose the Indigo; about a 10 min walk to the Convention Cntr; about $8 cab ride; very friendly staff, spacious well-designed rooms, hip restaurant, and very good location; will def be back

I booked this hotel for a conference after all the reasonably priced group rooms were booked. I couldn't have been more pleased. The walk to the convention center was quite pleasant, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I feel like I lucked out when I saw what others were paying, and what they were getting for the money.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was outstanding and the room very comfortable. The rooftop patio area was terrific and very quiet in the daytime. Definitely above average. Lots of good places to eat in the area. Front desk marvelously cooperative on all counts.

We arrived early to our hotel and they let us check in early. The room had a great view of Los Padres stadium, the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free wi-fi and all the amenities in the room. Would recommend it to friends and come here again!

Loved the style of this hotel and the care of the staff. You could tell everyone sincerely cared about our stay. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and in fact we chose to dine there most nights because it was so reasonable and tasty compared to restaurants in the area. I was not expecting anything from this hotel but I was very pleasantly surprised. This hotel was modern and beautiful and we could bring our Chihuahua. We had a great time and the staff at this hotel was wonderful. I will definetly stay here again.

I was extremely pleased with the Hotel Indigo in the Gaslamp District! The whole neighborhood is dog friendly, and our little pup was welcomed at the hotel with open arms. The hotel is kept very clean and decorated with a refreshing artsy flair. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo, and will return any time I am in San Diego.

Comfy bed, clean hotel, good service

2nd time staying at this hotel - Always great attentive service, clean rooms, modern design.. young clientele.. Close to everything in the Gas Lamp area

Extremely clean, super friendly staff, great location, well appointed and I can run out of superlatives describing our stay at the Indigo Hotel. The only con, a little pricey valet parking, but that's expected in this area of the city.

I needed to stay near the downtown area and it was in a great location. A bit pricey, but well worth it. The restaurant and bar was very convenient. The rooms were great and spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Room and bar were very nice. Location is on the edge of the Gaslamp district, but not in any real problem area. I know I will stay there again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel basically just because of the location, and again we only could take a barely luke warm shower!! This hotel is pricey for what you get, and so our next stay will be somewhere else where the water is actually hot. Also, my husband and I are coffee drinkers and with the hotel using Keriugs for coffee, […] the maid only left us with black or green tea!! Geez you would think she'd at least leave us a choice of coffee or tea! All I wanted each morning was hot shower and a cup of coffee, and got neither one. It is very accommodating for pets, but it was quite challenging with the hotel that seemed to be a brothel right next to the hotel!

Good basic hotel, neighborhood a bit off the beaten path at night. Evryone very nice at the hotel. Rooms clean and modern. Common areas are small.

We loved the hotel, however, it is a dog friendly hotel which is great but we had a dog that would whine for hours and their owners we gone and it got really annoying. Seems like they should have a separte floor for people with pets and for those who don't.

I greatly enjoyed my stay in the Hotel Indigo. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby, lounge and rooms were all nicely decorated. The room service prices were reasonable, there was a good selection of healthy options, and the food was tasty. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Gaslamp district, a short walk to Petco Park and the Convention Center. The rooms are clean and WiFi is decent. The location was very convenient. Rented a car and never used it, everything was within walking distance. The Lounge was very nice. It was great having computer access in the lobby. Will stay again!

we were staing at the hotel for 3 nights, the location is perfect for those who participate at the convention center. the stuff was young , polite and freindly. very comfortable rooms. defently a recomended hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel - a great deal for the price, in the Gaslamp district but sufficiently away from the downtown crowds to make for easy sleep. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. The onsite restaurant provided some great breakfasts which were included in our hotel rate. Pets are welcome, as well.

The room decor is modeled a bit after the W. It's nice, just not my style. White plastic tree-looking side table? The bed was super comfortable, the room was big. I would prefer carpet on the floor, but the faux-wood worked OK. Parking is expensive. Public parking a block away is cheaper and worth it. The terrace on the 9th floor looks INTO the ballpark […] stadium and the fire pits are pretty cool. Good location, if not straight in the heart of it all. 더 보기
