the hotel has great location if you want to spend a day in vienna good value for money the inconvenience was the noise comming from outside

Hotel is fine and and conveniently located.. buffet is pretty decent too.... Only problem is that the internet does not really work on the 2nd floor where my room was.. I got the hotel because of the free WiFi mainly because I need to check email etc constantly and this was a major issue. Other than the internet the hotel was good.

This hotel seems to fall between chairs. It has some elements of a three star hotel but also feels very budget in other ways. The price of the room certainly wasn't budget but I guess this is Vienna. Our room had a kingsize bed (hard matress), kettle, room safe and large wall mounted flat screen TV. The free Wifi was very fast and for the most part […] reliable (it was down for 24 hours but the front desk said this was a provider problem). The room was quite large but the storage space for clothes and luggage was limited. The nearby Schonbrunn U-Bahn (Line 4) makes all areas of the city easily accessible. I would recommend the 14 Euro weekly pass if you are going to be in Vienna for more than three days. It is usable on all forms of public transport within Vienna and with a single trip costing 1.80 it quickly pays for itself. When new I think this hotel would have been nice but the maintenance has clearly been a low priority here. The desk in our room was typical dark laminate that had been damaged in many places showing the white chipboard underneath. The rods that were meant to be attached to the curtains to slide them open and closed were leant against the wall in a corner. The staff were also a mixed bag. The two staff on the front desk the day we arrived had no idea what to do about the safe in our room that had been left locked by a previous guest. Fortunately I managed to guess the code that had been entered and get it open myself. They also had no idea about local public transport passes. On the other hand the breakfast staff were excellent and constantly refreshing the good range of foods available for breakfast. The standard of the room cleaning was poor and it has to be pretty bad before I notice these things. The room floor wasn't vacuumed in the six days we were there and it hadn't been done before we arrived. Me and my family stayed for a night at the Vienna Urban Resort Hotel, this September.It is a really good hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms.the staff is friendly and helpful.

If you want to visit the imperial Palace of Schonbrunn, this hotel is located in the best place, only 3 minutes walking

would never recommend this to anyone a scary place to be very inconvenient not helpful at all way overpriced for what we paid

The Urban resort hotel is between Metro station Schönbrunn and Meidling Hauptstrasse, about 5 min walk to both stations. Bus-stop outside the hotel brings you to the center. The room was big and the beds good. Bathroom large and clean. Almost 40 TV- channels in the room and free use of internet at the reception. Do not book this property if you are visiting Vienna in on of those hot summer day. You will regret it as I did. Also front desk staff did strike me as particularly professional but I guess this is a common issue with small independent hotels in Europe. The quality of staff service was irregular and somewhat disappointing. There were a couple of very helpful, friendly people working reception in the mornings, but that good experience was deflated by the apparently less friendly employees who worked evenings. One guy didn't relay telephone messages left for me at the hotel, and seemed impatient with […] me for inquiring. Overall, the look and condition of the room was great. Sparse, but clean and nicely designed. Not as much "art" as I'd expect in the Beta Art Hotel, though. Location was fine for the price. It wasn't far from the Schönbrunn stop on the metro green line, and a tram did stop right by the hotel, but it was a bit of a challenge to find a lot of other services (grocery stores, bankomats, cafés, etc) in that immediate area. 더 보기

The Beta Art Hotel is very modern and the rooms are spacious. Internet is free and the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the underground transportation system. The night staff didn't speak a lot of English. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

Dit hotel heeft ruime kamers met goede bedden. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. 's Avonds doet de ontbijtzaal dienst als een modern pizza restaurant. Ons werd daar ook een welkomstdrankje aangeboden. De ligging van het hotel is gunstig voor slot Schönbrunn, maar wel wat ver van de stad. Waren 2 Pärchen auf Städtetrip übers WE in Wien. Alter zwischen 35 und 45 Jahre. 3 Gehminuten zur nächsten U-Bahn.Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Erstklassiges, freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal sowohl im Hotel selbst, als auch in der angegliederten Pizzeria! Die Pizzeria ist übrigens absolut eine extra […] Empfehlung wert. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, samoin aamiainen oli erinomainen. Huone oli mielestäni liian tumma sävyltään, ja toista tuolia olisi tarvittu. Kokolattiamattoa ihmettelin, sillä sehän on hankala pitää puhtaana. Käyntiaikaan elokuun lopulla sattui olemaan poikkeuksellisen kuumaa, pahimmillaan 38 lämpöastetta, joten ilmastointi olisi luonnollisesti […] ollut tarpeen, mutta ilmastoimattoman hotellin valinta oli oma vika. Очень хороший отель, расположен практически в центре, рядом с метро и парком Шонбрун. Номер большой и просторный. В номере доступ wifi высокоскоростной. Единственный недостаток - отсутствие парковки.

Das Hotel ist recht modern aber kühl eingerichtet (IKEA-Stil). Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel, aber gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Bad (mit Fenster) ist groß und schön. Guter 32"-Flachbildfernseher mit vielen Programmen, leider ist die Halterung nicht schwenkbar. Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, der Filterkaffee ist hoteltypisch dünn, ein wenig mehr […] Obst würde dem Buffet nicht schaden (es gibt Fruchtsalat und meist noch eine geschnittene Obstsorte). Leider ist die Sechshauserstraße recht belebt (auch abends), deshalb war das straßenseitige Zimmer recht laut. Zur U-Bahn geht man ca. 5 Minuten, allerdings ist das Hotel recht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, zu Schönbrunn sind es allerdings nur gute 7 Minuten Fußweg. Fazit: Durchaus empfehlenswert, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, leider nicht sehr zentral. 더 보기

Friendly athmosphere, helpful crew, clean -or at least looking clean (unfortunantely I spotted a mouse running in the breakfast room the last morning, ).

Sauber, kreativ-modern eingerichtet und mit freundlichem Service. Zimmer und Bäder sind großzügig – einzige Nachteile: teilweise warm und laut (Hofzimmer reservieren!). Zwar kein Zentrumshotel, aber bis dort sinds nur sechs Stationen mit der 5 Gehminuten entfernten U-Bahn. Das Hotel hat uns sehr überrascht - ursprünglich wegen der Lage zu Schönbrunn ausgewählt, verbrachten wir eine angenehme Nacht im Haus. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

very clean and spacious. The only drawback is the location which is far from the down town.
