This hotel was priced right, and in the right location for an early surgery appt at the Dallas VA Hospital. It was new and clean, however, I think that the night clerk was there as the woman that checked us in appeared to be a housekeeper (wearing scrubs). It looked as if all of the nights reservations and room key cards were prepared in advance by […] a manager so probably a one time thing due to illness or something. We would use this facility again for the same reason but probably not for anything else. There is no inside pool or hot tub and nothing other fast food located nearby. nice hotel clean and comfy, but nothing around..

Hotel was well located just outside of Dallas, which was closely located to our event. Late night check-in was smooth. Upon entering room, noticed roach in bathroom, and later that night noticed another bug in sick area also in bathroom. Next morning seemed to be bug free, but then noticed that there was a jacket in the room that was in the cornet located […] beside TV. Went down for breakfast, and it was alright, nothing special, but was decent. Texas shaped waffles were enjoyed by my son. Upon checkout advised of issues with room, and rep said they would check into room as soon as they got finished. Stayed in town for another night, but not at this establishment. 더 보기

Good stay. no issues. Registration desk very helpful. Quite room , no noise at all. Would stay there again. No restaut=rants real close but we were direct to Lancaster (7 miles) and ate. Not a bad drive and good reatraurants.

The hotel had a different look than most I have stayed in, it could have been cleaner.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was very close to I 45. Easy in and easy out. No issues.

Perfect location just south of Dallas, one block off I-45. Clean accommodations, friendly staff, fair rate. I have stayed twice at this hotel and will do so again.

This hotel is maybe a year old. The build quality is so bad it will be a dump in another year. Decorative parts are one the beds are missing or falling off. Too much glue was used on the wall paper and it seeped thru making an ugly site. The first room we had the door wouldn't shut and lock. The room numbers plaques had obviously fallen off and someone […] glued them back with the glue seeping out the edges and running down the wall. The staff was incredibly nice and courteous. They were very apologetic about our problems. I hope they got a good deal from whoever built this hotel since it will need renovated within a few years. 더 보기

This hotel was great value and was very clean. The only draw back were as follows a) the air conditioner was a little louder than I cared for, b) they used a deodorizer that was very strong which took a little getting used to, and c) there were no places to eat nearby (walking distance) if you exclude McDonalds. Very clean. Very updated. GREAT beds!

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient to our travel plans - an early morning exit through the city to the countryside of north Texas. The accommodations were contemporary styling and refreshing, serving our every need.
