could not easily get into closet that was too close to bed. Huge stain on carpet, either clean or get new carpet.Breakfast very nice. close to old town

Great rooms for va great price. Very modern and friendly staff. Would stay again and refer to anyone.

We were pleasantly surprised and were satisfied overall. Don't expect a 5star resort style hotel and know what you're booking. We stayed for one night and the hotel served its purpose. Furniture takes some time to get used to because of its contemporary style but not an issue. Breakfast was nothing to rave about but it was free so can't complain. Everything was excellent. One improvement: 2 waffle makers at the breakfast.

The hotel itself is decent. Modern, nice extras with breakfast. But the proximity to the freeway killed it. We could hear the traffic all night. I might stay here again if I knew I was getting a room on the front side of the hotel.

A first class operation.

I reserved 6 rooms total for this stay. In five of the rooms we had perfect service, cleanliness and quality of stay. In the 6th they had a problem with their toilet clogging everytime they used it. Initially hotel maintenance came up and unclogged the toilet but after he 2nd time they just handed our the guests a plunger and told them to plunge everytime […] they used the toilet. Our friends were very unhappy with this!! I would have downgraded the hotel for this item if I had only reserved one or two rooms but since I had so much volume, overall I would say we were very satisfied. 더 보기

This hotel seems new, is kept sparkling clean and has stylish contemporary decor in the lobby and guest rooms. My king room had a spacious and comfortable seating area. A take on nostalgia I approve of, the plain exterior hides an interior delightful in its recollections of the swinging sixties including colored lights, modal style rooms and a tastefully decorated lounge that was retro in its conception, but modern in its execution.

The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again when I'm in the area. It's very close to Old Town and there's a wide variety of restaurants within a mile of the hotel.

Clean and in a very good location. Furniture in Suite could have been cleaner. Needs to be upgraded. Two TV's need in Suite not one. Breakfeast could have included more variety.

I was given a room that was as close as possible to the freeway. My sleep was not good that night. I will make it a point, if ever have to stay here again, to ask for a room away from freeway. I would hope that they would have given me a better room if one was available, without me having to ask.

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The service was great, the room was clean, the breakfast was above average for a free breakfast. My only real complaint was that the bed was mediocre at best. The mattress was too firm for my taste and the they don't offer multiple types of pillows. Numerous hotels i've stayed at offer two soft and two firm pillows […] to choose based on your preference. No option here. So if you prefer a firm bed with firm pillows, this is your place. If you prefer softer bedding, you're out of luck. 더 보기

This hotel was very clean, roomy, & convenient to our wine tasting tour & balloon ride. Decent complimentary breakfast. Better than most. Easy free wifi. Plenty of parking. Very close to Old Town. Would definitely go here again.

Clean, well run, modern hotel! Friendly curtious staff! I'll be back! Already recommended to friends Ask about wi fi pricing! Dont drink and drive!!!

simple but nice for business travelers. free wine at happy hour was a plus!

The rooms are very spatious. The hotel was very crowded the Saturday night we stayed but thankfully the walls are thick and we didn't hear anything. We were even in a room facing the highway but didn't hear the cars/trucks at all. The place is definitely sound proof. Breakfast was good although we had to go back to our room to eat (was very crowded). […] The place was definitely worth the money. It's located not even a mile from Old Town Temecula, which has tons of cute shops and restaurants. We hit the vineyards the next day which was a 20 minute drive. Would stay here again. 더 보기

If you want a fantastic stay, this is the place, Very friendly, GREAT (free) breakfast Bar, Free Wifi. rooms are extremely nice, Very modern. The staff is extremely nice.

Springhill Suites is comfortable, clean, with all the amenities needed - free breakfast, onsite laundry room, fridge in room, etc. Convenient location. Only downside was the freeway noise at night as the hotel is located next to the freeway.

Springhill suites in Temecula is an EXCELLENT hotel and I would highly recommend it to ANYone. Not only was the room large and very comfortable but the design and decorations are very unique and aesthetically pleasing. The location is extremely convenient to several great restaurants and shops in the area, many of which are within walking distance including […] the historic downtown. Nice and roomy, comfortable, enjoyable stay.

15 min from vineyards...next to freeway...no jacuzzi but indoor heated pool

We came for a short visit to the Vineyards and to shop Old town. The hotel was clean, the room was a large size and the hotel in general was very clean. The breakfast area is set up a bit odd, with the green sheer curtain, but other than that we had a very nice stay.

The hotel is borderline 4 star. Very clean, new, modern and great service. Very reasonably priced for what it it. I would stay here again for Wine tasting. Only complaint is that the desk had sliding glass partitions that rattled when you walk by. It wasnta big deal but whenever we walked around the room (softly) it would always rattle.

The hotel is located in perfect distance to old town temecula - very nice. As well as located close to the wineries.

This hotel was twice the price as others and did not look like the pictures on line. It was not as close to the wineries and downtown old temecula as it appeared. The girl at the front desk was not at all friendly and the hotel smells.

Our hotel included breakfast wich we did not have because the reception forgot to tell us that it was to be done by 9AM on week days!!!We got there at 9h20,we were on vacation! I was very disappointed in the way we were served at the front desk based on the lack of communication. ..also, we were assigned a very noisy room facing the highway...and re […] assigned another quieter one upon our request. This hotel is very modern and close to the Old Town area. The beds were very comfortable. I would just caution if you are staying with a guest in the same room, the door to the restroom and shower area is not completely private. The check in was fast and friendly. There is a freeway nearby, we didn't hear the traffic though.

I LOVED THIS HOTEL, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN AND WAS REALLY CLOSE TO ALL THE LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. ONLY THING IS I RECOMMEND THE EXTEND THE BREAKFAST UNTIL AT LEAST 10AM. OTHERWISE THIS HOTEL WAS FABULOUS.

Came up for a weekend getaway to wine country. Location was perfect to the vineyards, Pachenga Casino and in walking distance to Old Town Temecula. Very modern and comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay there again!
