This hotel is adjacent to the Reno airport; it's easy to find and close to expressway. It is removed from the city and nightlife area, which can be a plus or minus, depending on what you want, which is why I gave it only 4 stars for neighborhood. Otherwise, it is clean, friendly and efficient. Staff couldn't have been nicer. We did not hear airplane […] or auto traffic and slept well. Located adjacent to the airport so convenient when you have an early flight. Clean, modern with a great room layout and comfy bed.

we stayed here to catch an early connection the next day. very clean and new. rooms were very spacious and comfortable with refridge, desk, sitting room with sectional couch, nice tv with easy computer hook-ups. only negative is nothing to walk to such as restaurants.

We have stayed here a couple of times... Rooms are clean and nice....We leave our car there with the stop & fly.... Nice continental breakfast in the morning. You won't be disappointed.

Great staff, clean-no bedbugs-, etc.....but: 1) Room air conditioner extremely noisy, interrupted sleep; 2) Very hard mattress & pillows. Nice place, but the primary reason for existance is to allow for a decent night's sleep. In that regard, a complete failurwe.

In terms of substance, i've got no complaints about the place. It's in the perfect location. Parking is easy. Staff is helpful. Internet access is free/fast. The rooms are very clean and spacious. In terms of value, it's one of the most expensive in reno.

I love this hotel. I stayed here before and made it my new favorite hotel to stay in away from the casinos in Reno. My daughter is young and also loves how neat and clean it is. I will definitely be back.

This hotel could not have been better. Great location. Minutes from downtown. Provided a nice, clean, and friendly break from casino life in Reno. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. The beds were amazing.

Very big & quiet room (2 kings + lounge). Continental breakfast included, was very good. Fast check-in/out. Overall a very nice stay!

This hotel is fairly new and extremely clean. I thought that I would be hearing airplanes since it was close to the airport, but there was no such noise in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff very responsive, the only drawback was there were no restaurants or anything that you could walk to. But there was a little bar and you could get sandwhiches or soup there. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The best customer service ever!!!

Lovely hotel, great wine bar, fabulous service, free parking for the 4 days I was gone....but the room smelled very moldy and made my nose get stuffy. Couldn't open any windows; staff checked the room and said it was fine, but my nose said otherwise. This is a new hotel too - why the smell?

Everything was very nice, except the room had an order of mustiness, from either the carpet or the couch.

I am very particular when I stay at a hotel, where Ive never stayed before. I always read other peoples reviews, weighing them heavily before reserving. I liked what other had to say about Hyatt Place. When we arrived here, the first thing that caught my eye, was how new it was. It only got better from there. All of the staff we encountered were very […] pleasant, including the other guests who were staying here as well. The room was perfect for, we also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is minutes from the airport, and another 5-10 minutes from shopping/ restaurants. The area was very quiet, barely hearing any of the planes taking off. I also felt very safe, which is also a big factor of mine. Hyatt Place will definitely be seeing us again. 더 보기

This is my new favorite, non-casino, hotel to stay in Reno. The rooms are very comfy and well thought out. Very refreshing. Well done continental breakfast also. It is by the airport though and you will need a car to get anywhere.

But you don't have to because they have a shuttle. This is set up just like a HIltonGarden Inn - awesome breakfast/lunch/dinner options (cost extra, but worth it, reasonably priced as applebees). This place must be new in the last year because everything looks new. Friendly staff were willing to pick up and drop us off at the airport on a moments notice. […] We will definitely be back. 더 보기

This hotel made it extremely easy to get to and from the airport even at awkward times. Well run hotel.

Hotel was very close to airport and had friendly staff, clean facilities, free breakfast and a comfy night stay. Will definitely come again when traveling!

One of the better hotels I've stayed at recently. Very clean and well appointed. Perhaps this is, to some extent, because the building is new ... but if so, book here while it's still good! The room size, cleanliness, and location make this a great value compared to other hotels nearby, most of which I've also tried.

This hotel located right next to the Reno airport is a great value. The room was new, clean and well arranged. Great bed, big screen TV and shower. Nice, newer hotel. The room was larger than expected. Comfortable bed. Nice dining area with a decent assortment of breakfast foods, although I don't remember them having eggs or sausage available. The fitness center had decent equipment. Did not use the pool but it looked nice. The airplane noise did wake me up at about 5:30am, but the hotel is right […] across the street from the airport so it was not a surprise. 더 보기

This is a newer property. Clean, comfortable, quiet. A very good expanded continental breakfast. The only drawback is the scarcity of restaurants within walking distance. However, a short drive can take you any number of places to eat.

fantastic hotel. I loved the extra space with the 2 queen bed rooms. very comfortable and modern. Would stay here again.
