we booked the hotel the last minute to attend a funeral. i originally booked it for my husband and I but my brother/sister in law wanted to attend the funeral as well. after a very long drive from the san francisco bay area it was very appreciative of the hotel staff not to accept the extra guests with no questions asked. except for the refrigerator […] not being as cold as we'd expected our overall stay was great. will definitely recommend to others as well as return in the future if need be. 더 보기

The gentleman (do not recall name) who checked us in was very courteous and helpful! The room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable!! Wish we were staying longer, will definitely stay next time we come down! Thank you Hilton.

Sure, it's the Hilton, so you'd expect it to be good, but I was actually surprised at how friendly and helpful all of the staff were with any question or issue I had. Great location, surrounding neighborhood, customer service and near excellent conditions are the trademarks of this Hilton Garden Inn. Only an out of chemical condition of the hot tub - dark green water - existed in this Inn. It's not often where "Words, Actions and Feelings" of a hotel are in alignment with value and service. Fortune 500 Corporate […] users be advised ... free internet service ... is rated by speedtest dot net testing at .5 mb or less. (not for those in need of corporate server work related access without encountering problems) Typical email functions OK, but nothing more than casual web browsing. Do not expect any success with any news video, or other types of streaming, etc. Upload to company servers at .25 mb makes it impossible to accomplish any work during your stay. Plenty of Great Restaurants around the hotel.

HOTEL WAS NICE AND NEAT, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. ROOM WAS VERY COZY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOTEL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE AGAIN. LOVED IT.

I was surprised to see the price after seeing the 4 star rating. This is a great hotel for the price. The room was very nice and very clean. I will stay here again for business every chance I get.

Very nice, clean hotel. I don't know how old it is but it looks and feels new. I'm a business traveler and I normally book rooms that have alot of space for multi-night stays. I booked a king evolution whirlpool suite. I must say the room is very spacious and elegant. However, the word suite is a little misleading to me. By my definition, a suite contains […] another bedroom. I now realize my definition is flawed. So, I advise that you read the room specifications very carefully. I'm not dinging the hotel for that. What I am dinging at what has led me to write my first review on any site, is how frustratingly slow their internet speed is. You have the option of using a wired connection or wireless. Didn't matter. The speed was still pitiful. Ran speedtest.net and it's download speed was .11 Mbps. It was slower than my cell phone's internet speed, which clocked in at 1.10Mbps for download speed. I'm just saying. I rely on the internet to do work so, it didn't work for me in that way. This Hilton Garden is not the only hotel to commit this sin of calling an Internet speed this slow, high speed internet. But that in addition to my whirlpool "suite" only being one room, well, it took away from my experience. Although I am impressed by alot of things from this hotel. 더 보기

Have never been to San Bernadino so was surprised how nice the area was. Very convenient to restaurants.

The hotel seems to be fairly new and it is well maintained and comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant and felt that we received a meal and service commensurate with going rates. Clean, comfortable quiet hotel near the freeway. Breakfast is available. Not a destination, but great for a stop over while on business travel.

After looking at just about every hotel available for the one night we had to be in the area, we settled on this one - and it was super! One of the best things about the stay, other than the clean and very comfy room, was the staff - the friendliest staff of any hotel I have ever been to! This hotel is definitely worth staying at for all Southern California visits. It's 2 blocks from the freeway that will get you anywhere quickly. The hotel is less than 3 years old. The pillow top beds are so comfortable. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. Stay here, see for yourself.

The room was very comfortable and a good value when compared to the competition. Their buffet breakfast was terrific and included juice, yogurt, cereal in addition to an omelette with everything and bacon, sausage, toast. The beds were hard the first night then I discovered that you can adjust them. Once adjusted they were comfy.

This is a gem of a hotel in San Bernardino. Actually, it would be a gem of a hotel anywhere! The rooms are well appointed and finished to a very high standard. The staff were courteous and willing to go the extra mile as we discovered when we were 1 cent short of paying for some microwaveable popcorn in the pantry and were told not to worry about it. […] Having a whirlpool in the pool area adds another touch of luxury and the breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and delicious. I wish all hotels could be like this as we really couldn't fault it - even the high speed wireless internet was quick and easy to connect to. This Hotel was great and perfect for our visit. It is close to the NOS Events Centre where we were seeing a concert - the breakfast selection was good - the front desk agents were very helpful - the pool was nice & clean - the room was very clean and comfy bed!

Everything was on par. The bathroom soaps and shampoos were all from Neutrogena, the room was clean but the only con is that the fire alarm is too close to the bathroom door so if you do take a hot shower you must leave the bathroom door closed for a few hours or the alarm will sound. Went to an all day music festival in 105 degree weather a few miles from the hotel. I was so hot and exhausted when we arrived at the hotel. Check-in was quick. The room was great! I was surprised to see a hug jet tub in the room. The bed was fantastic!

The place is quite new. The room was large and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing. I requested and got a handicapped accessible room and it was very well designed for the comfort of handicapped people. Nice pool and excercise room.

This hotel was a delight to stay in. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to some very good restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Such a great property - close to a ton of chain restaurants - which is comforting to me when I travel- and so clean. Close to the freeways - but not too close to make it noisy. The staff was very nice and the lounge and dining was great as well. I will be staying here again if I'm in the area.

Como a intenção era ir para a estação de ski do Big Bear, achei um pouco distante. Mas de qualquer forma, o hotel nos atendeu.
