Very over-priced. Didn't like having to pay for parking - this isn't a big city. No coffee or tea in lobby.

In my experience I love staying at Marriott's because they generally have queen size or king size beds. These were full size at best and not as comfortable for sharing as in past experiances.

I live near hotel and I wanted to surprise my wife with a night out.. we love the food in restaurant... beautiful room... staff made us feel like royalty...

This was a beautiful hotel, with a great indoor pool/spa. I was looking for a weekend away and was really surprised by all of the great food and things that Lancaster had to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

Love this hotel. Great rooms, clean, convenient to walk to local restaurants, shops, and the Central Market. The only thing I don't like is trying to park in the garage and lug all of the luggage around. But aside from that, it's a wonderful hotel.

Very polite and informative personnel from the moment we drove up to the entrance at the beginning of our trip till the evening we drove off a week later to go home. Our family needed to get way for a while and I wanted to show my daughter the quaint life of the Amish and how simple these people live and how beautiful the land was. Great hotel in a great location in Lancaster. Right next door to Central Market and Convention Center and very close to others. Spent a little more and got the corner room. It was bigger and had 3 sets of windows overlooking downtown. Very cool!. Very clean room. If you have a chance eat at Penn Sq Grille downstairs, it is fantastic.

The king bed was super comfortable and the only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the ice machine on our floor was out of ice. The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants and bars downtown.

What a wonderful hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Bartender at the lounge was great and the food was delicious. You can walk to stores shops restaurants, bars, information center, museums etc etc. The only thing they should tell you in advance is where to park. We drove in circles for 20 minutes because we were not aware there was a parking garage […] on the back street. 더 보기

GREAT LOCATION GREAT HOTEL

We had a fabulous 3 day stay at Penn sq marroit. The hotel was surprisingly modern and had terrific service. Even the landscaper was helpful in identifying an area garden center we used to purchase a gift for our son new home. Only hold up was no complimentary wi-fi

Very nice clean (it's almost new) hotel. Didn't get to try out the restaurant but I've heard it's quite good. Perfect downtown location. There's nothing in Lancaster that you can't walk to from here. The hotel was very busy while we were there. The only trouble we had was that the elevators were extremely busy so sometimes we had to wait for multiple […] cars before we could get on. 더 보기

There were little disappointments that are not customary in Marriott hotels: the bathtub drained very slowly, the bed skirt had some small stains on it, one interior side of the writing table was all chewed up. There was some sort of church convention going on the night that we were there, and the elevators took 10 minutes or more to arrive. When checking […] out, we walked down 11 floors with our luggage. If you need to be in Lancaster and have an event at the Convention Center it's a nice place and couldn't be more convenient.

We stayed at the Lancaster Marriot because it is new and convenient to the bar scene. A little pricey for what you get and especially what we were looking for.... a cot after boozing it up.

Great Hotel. Beautiful everything looked new. Wonderful restaurant and great farmers market across the street!!!

My husband and I stood only over night, but it was a great overnight. I would come back again for sure and recommend this place. We wish we were there longer to use the inside pool and spa. Our buffet breakfast was not bad but the waiter and host seemed overwhelmed. But overall I would love to stay there again.

The beds were amazingly comfortable!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room and bed were absolutely amazing. Even the shower was wonderful. I ordered room service breakfast via a door hanger, where you check off the things you want and what time you want it then leave it on your door handle the night before. It arrived exactly as I wanted it exactly when I wanted it. Every member […] of the staff with whom I interacted was polite and helpful. The pool was amazing. The hot tub was pretty great too, although it looked like the floor of it could do with a paint job. I gave the maintenance a 4 because there was an area under construction and I got a little confused about how to get to where I was going with the construction in the way. A few more signs would easily fix this. The location is also great, although I wasn't in town to do a lot of sightseeing. Nevertheless, I could tell it was smack in the middle of downtown Lancaster. I would absolutely stay here again, unless I was really strapped for cash. 더 보기

The hotel quality was great. Very clean. Location was not too bad. Paid for the valet parking since the parking garage was not conveniently located. Upon depature we handed our ticket to the valet. We were told 20 to 25 min wait. Not enough time to do additional site seeing so we decided to wait. After 45 min we approached the service man and inquired […] about our vehicle. At first he gave some lame excuse about the vehicle being parked on the street but they couldn't track down the man with our keys. We then found out that it was still in the garage. By the time we had received our car it was 1 hr 15 min. I understand that is no reason to get irate but when you pay that much for service and you have some place to go you shouldn't have to keep watching the clock to get your vehicle. 더 보기

We booked through hotels.com which was a breeze with customer service that can't be beat. The hotel was very well decorated and we loved the layout including the indoor pool. The service at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately a few things did disappoint us during the stay. First, upon taking our car out of valet we noticed a […] small ding in the driver side door but didn't report since these things happen in a parking garage. We continued to experience issues with the valet both with attempting to pull into the drop off location, very tight. We also sat idle in the street for approximately 10 minute while the valet attempted to move cars into the garage and open up space for us. We were also forgotten about the last day as we sat waiting to depart the hotel. Two adults, two kids and our bags sat at the entry as the valet manager "totally forgot". In addition to the parking situation, we returned on day to an unclean room at about 9pm, well after our floor was cleaned and our "do not disturb" sign was not in the door. We did receive prompt attention once we called to request service and the woman was very nice. The last service issue was less of an issue but still left an impression. On our final morning, the condiments (sugar, cream etc) did not arrive until 45 min after our breakfast. The charge was removed from our bill to our delight. Overall the hotel is very nice with exception of the few problems and we intend on staying at the Marriott in the future. 더 보기
