아시엔다 마리포사 (Hacienda Mariposa) - 플라야 델 카르멘

Hassle all the time at this hotel, could not bring friends to my room even for 2 mins. Never changed sheets, sand in bed all the time. Had a guy come to my room at 4am that didnt speak english asking for something. Would never stay here again.

Prety up beat neighborhood! Good value for your money, a recommendation however , need dark out drapes, nice settings, will definitely return!!

Great location just of 5th Av, and very handy for the very nice northern part of the Playa del Carmen beach. It's a place with lots of character. Rooms are a good with all the key things a/c fan safe tv fridge etc and most importantly was very clean. The staff were brilliant, always friendly, helpful and very competent in many languages. Alfredo was […] great to helping me practise my spanish. He also conspired with Girisa to decorate my room on my birthday. Thank you a wonderful touch. Oscar and Dominique were also full of helpful advise. All the staff seemed to really enjoy working in the Hacienda Mariposa and it's sister hotel Pasado Mariposa. A team like this really make a good hotel into a great hotel. (sorry if I've got any names wrong) The only negative comments are that it can be a noisy especially as there is an italian restaurant in the hotel. Though it was quiet at night. Also the wifi is limited to the reception area, which was ok, but the reception was very hot during the day. All in all I had six very enjoyable nights at the Hacienda and would definitely revisit. 더 보기

the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. I would not stay again nor recommend it.

Hacienda Mariposa is a nice small hotel. The place was clean, the rooms had plenty of space and a private bath, as well as a lock box for valuables. The hotel staff were courteous and spoke fluent English. It was a reasonable price and in a great location toward the north end of the 5th Avenue, which is where all of the shops and restaurants are. The […] location was only two blocks from the public access point for the beach, which was great, but it was a bit of a hike to the ferry to Cozumel and to the bus station. Our stay at this inn was pretty nice. All of the hotel staff were very nice and spoke great English. Our room had an AC in it, and cooled down the room very quickly. Everything was clean, just don't expect a lot of luxury in this hotel. It is nicely maintained, but a little sparse. There are, however, lovely plants all over the hacienda. In the morning […] they give you a little voucher and you walk half a block to a cute little restaurant. The continental meal includes toast, jam, butter, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. Also, the hotel is right off of 5th avenue, so it can be a bit noisy. However, my boyfriend, who is a light sleeper, didn't have any problems falling/staying asleep. 더 보기

We really loved staying at the hotel! It was an excellent location-- a short walk to the beach (only about 3 blocks away) and it is right on 5th avenue (the pedestrian street with all the shops and restaurants). The only taxi we had to take was to and from the bus station so it was really convenient to just walk everywhere. The hotel was well maintained, […] clean and cute! There is a restaurant on the lowest level and it was really great italian food (plus 10% off for staying at the hotel). One small complaint was the breakfast. Breakfast was included to a certain degree--you get a voucher to a restaruant across the street. We sat down and were simply brought coffee and tea, and had a plate of fruit sat in front of us with a basket of toast. We didn't get to choose anything to eat, we just got handed a plate of fruit and some toast. It wasn't a whole lot, and we were confused since no one really explained to us how the whole breakfast thing worked. But thats just a small complaint--we really did love the hotel, especially the location! This place is great ! The staff are courteous, helpful and very, very cooperative. The room was well appointed with full bathroom, air, television etc. Good breakfast is served in a restaurant across the street,The garden courtyard is beautiful.The location, right on fifth avenue, is excellent. A localização do hotel é mto boa! Perto de todos restaurantes e festas! A estadia foi confortável, excelente custo X beneficio. Os funcionários sempre atenciosos e prestativos.

Hotellet ligger sentralt til, med kort gangavstand til både strand og butikker. Meget hyggelig personell, behjelpelige og blide. Rommene er enkle med aircon., vifte, kjøleskap og gode senger. Rimelig og bra hotell, anbefales absolutt!

Buena relacion calidad precio, situado en la 5a avenida con la 26, cerca del centro pero no demasiado, lo recomiendo como opcion modesta. Sin ascensor.

Trevligt litet hotell mitt på huvudgatan. Stördes inte av oljud eller trafiken. Enkelt hotell men duger gott och väl.Stannade bara en natt under en genomresa.

ME ENCANTO ESTA EN PLENA 5A. AVENIDA A 2 CUADRAS DE LA PLAYA, ESTA MUY LIMPIO, AUNQUE ES PEQUEÑO, ES ACOGEDOR,.Y SOBRE TODO A MIY BUEN PRECIO!!!

Hotel liegt in der stark frequentierten Fugängerzone. Wenn man ein ungünstig gelegenes Zimmer hat, ist vor 2 Uhr morgens nicht an Schlafen zu denken
