페리터미널에서 너무 가까운 위치(도보 10분이내), 페리터미널에 항상 대기중인 여러 호텔 셔틀버스의 무료승차 가능, 피셔맨즈 워프도 도보로 10분이내. 등등등... 페리를 이용한 투어시 위치로는 더 이상 좋을 수가 없습니다. 룸의 크기도 동급 다른 호텔에 비해 더 큽니다. 거두절미하고, 위치는 짱.

3박했는데 타이파 터미널에서는 셔틀이 없어서 다른 카지노 셔틀을 이용해서 마카오 터미널에서 카사리얼 셔틀을 이용했네요. 가격대비 만족하지만 위치가 좀 동떨어진 느낌이라... 8층 비흡연층이라 담배 냄새는 없지만 엘리베이터에 담배 냄새가 좀 심하네요. 로비에서는 무료 와이파이 사용가능하고 방도 넓고 좋네요. 뷰는 없다고 생각하면 될 것 같네요. 좋은 점 그랑프리 박물관과 와인 박물관은 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 2블럭 떨어져 있어요. 10시에 오픈입니다. 참고하세요.

체험한 서비스는.. 체크아웃 이후에 관광을 좀 더하려구 짐을 맡겼어요. 다른데는 모르겠지만, 무료로 짐을 맡아줘요. 그리고 공항이나 페리역까지 무료셔틀이 다녀요. 올때는 몰라서 택시탓는데,, 페리역은 내려서 지하도로 건너편 건너가면 호텔셔틀이 많아요. 카사 레알로 적힌거 타면되요. 근데 실제로 레알이 아니라, 원래 리얼로 말을 해야 아는 것 같아요. 마카오는 영어가 잘 안통하지만요.

홍콩에서 마카오로 배를 타고 도착했는데 호텔이 가까워서 좋았어요 호텔은 보이는데 길을 어떻게 건너가야 할지 막막했던 적은 있지만요 제가 여권이름이랑 호텔예약한 이름이랑 다르게 예약해서 한시간 대란이 일어났지만 어떻게 잘 해결됐구요 ... 호텔은 깨끗하고요... 마카오 있으면서 생각보다 편의점이 안보여서 불편했었는데 호텔 맞은편 주유소에 편의점 있어서 밤에도 여러가지 사먹으러 다녔답니다. 화장실이고 전부 깨끗했구요.. 주요 관광지랑은 조금 멀었지만 치구랑 조금 걸으니까 다 나오더라구요 괜찮은 곳이였습니다.

가격대에 맞게끔 적당한호텔입니다 깨끗하고 택시도 잘 잡히고 택시비가 싸서 가까운거리도 택시타고 다녔어요 가까워 보여도 걸으면 은근 걸리더라구요. 여름이라 힘들고 해서 리스보아쪽 보다는 관광할게 없긴해요

많은 짐이 없는 경우 페리 터미널에서 가깝기 때문에 너무 좋은 듯 합니다. 걸어서 가게되도 10분 안쪽이면 가게 되더라고요. 다만, 개인적으로 느낀점은 중국 자국민들이 호텔 및 카지노 이용의 70% 정도에 육박하는 것으로 보여집니다. 다만, 마카오의 특성상 페리 터미널에서 모든 호텔의 셔틀 버스를 이용할 수 있기에 상당히 메리트가 있습니다. 호텔에 딸린 조그마한 Indoor swimming pool 도 있기에 시설면에서는 그리 나쁜편은 아니며, 바로 맞은편 도로를 건너면 주유소 편의점이 있어 매우 좋흡니다. 아쉬운점은 호텔 로비에 환기가 제대로 안 되는지 담배 냄새가 좌욱 하더라고요... 피우지 않으시는 분은 참조 […] 하시면 될 듯 합니다. 더 보기

마카오의 명품 호텔에서 누구나 묵고 싶겠지만, 관관이 아닌 여행이라면 충분히 고려할 만한 곳입니다. 마카오 페리선착장이 가까워서 여기 저기 무료셔틀이용도 편하고 홍콩 갈때고 좋고. 야경도 볼거 없지만 여행후 지친몸 달래기에는 충분한 곳이라 생각됩니다.

후기가 대체로 좋아 선택했던 호텔. 깔끔하고 넓고 좋았습니다. 호텔 자체는 대체로 만족스러웠으나 그 의외의 것들이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 앞에 편의점이 있지만 횡단보도가 없어서 이용하기 좀 어려웠습니다.(차가 좀 쌩쌩 달려서...) 그리고 주변에 편의시설이 좀 없는 것도 아쉬웠습니다. 또 셔틀이 다른 호텔들에 비해 자주 운행하는 것이 아니라서 시간을 잘 알아보고 이용해야할 것 같습이다.

Casa real has good service, however the apartment at the back of the hotel is not nice to look at. The apartment is so unkept, i can see its garbage from my room window.

The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. The food choices of the cafe could have been better. However, they gave me a free upgrade to a spacious suite since I am a "regular customer"--I have been to this hotel a few times. The suite was very nice but their regular rooms are quite spacious and pleasant as well.

Great big rooms, nice decor, location was great for us though slightly away from action areas about a km. away, restaurants including a good Indian one around the corner, overall we had a wonderful hotel stay for 2 nights. Hotel runs bus service to the ferry terminal frequently, a 8 minutes quick drive.

My wife and I travelled throughout China with our adult son. This was the only Hotel out of several that we stayed in, which accomodated 3 people in comfort. The hotel itself if great but the service is just SUPERB!!! It seems like ALL their staff are multilingual. They can understand English, Mandarin, and even Tagalog. Clean, comfortable, modern hotel. The room we got as very large. The bed was very comfortable. Washroom was in very clean and new condition, with many necessities at hand. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Macau!

The room was very nice and clean. The only thing we've noticed is we can smell cigarette smoke in most of the area and even at the elevator. The place is very near the ferry terminal, very convenient for us.

My only complaint about the room is that there was hair all over the place. They should do a better job in cleaning it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and most importantly, spoke English well. Why is it a still a smoking hotel? Its 2013, nobody should be allowed to smoke in public areas.

Generally, our stay at the hotel for 3 nights was satisfactory. Me and my family enjoyed the few minutes walk, back and forth, from Casa Real to the fisherman's wharf where we did some shopping and dine-in. It was a new experience for me and the kids. In addition to its location near the airport and ferry terminal, where we proceeded to Hongkong after […] our Macao vacation, we enjoyed riding in buses (just few minutes away from the hotel) to the shopping district. I booked the room thru hotels.com and requested the Non Smoking room 3 months in advance. I explained that I have allergies but ONLY got the response that nothing else was available. If they had notified even by email, I would have gone for another hotel. its the worst hotel experience for me.

Very nice casino and hotel next to the ferry terminal. The only problem we had was that most of the staff did not speak any English. The hotel manager was the only one who spoke well enough to communicate.
