디스트릭트 호텔 뉴욕 시티, 어센드 컬렉션 호텔 (Distrikt Hotel New York City, an Ascend Collection Hotel) - 뉴욕

호텔은 Theater District에서 얻을 수 있는 대략 가장 완벽할 호텔입니다. 직원들은 호의적이고 친절합니다. 방은 깨끗하고 스타일리시합니다. 생활 편의 시설은 좋습니다(유리잔!). 침대는 좋았고, 샤워기는 환상적이었습니다. 유일한 가능한 불만은 호텔 한쪽이 서쪽의 황무지에 면해 있고, 다른 한 쪽이 Times Square의 수습 불가능한 난장판를 바라 보고 있다는 것입니다. 그렇긴 하지만, Broadway 쇼를 보기 위해 여기 온 거라면(우리처럼), 위치는 완벽합니다.

모든 구경거리로부터 몇 분 거리에 있는 아름다운 호텔이다. 호텔 직원들은 정말 친절했고, 도움이 되었다. 심지어 공항으로 돌아갈 차 서비스도 신청해 주었다. 호텔 바는 늦은 방에 조금 먹고 마시기에 딱 좋았다. 방은 깨끗하고 설비가 잘 되었다. 병균공포증이 있는 친구조차도 편안하게 지냈다.

침대에 있는 다크 초콜릿이라든지 로비에 있는 아이스 티 같은 섬세함이 좋았습니다. 방은 New York기준으로 컸습니다. 비즈니스나 레저에 좋은 방입니다. 정말 편리하고 지하철에 가깝습니다. 호텔은 조용합니다.

주요 지하철 역이 바로 길 아래 입습니다. 즉, 42nd 역이 40th, 8th에 입구가 있습니다. 정문에서 도보 2분입니다. 중앙 위치입니다. 이런 호텔을 발견해서 정말 좋았습니다. 방은 정말 깨끗하고, 편안하고, 침대는 지금까지 자 본 것 중 가장 편안한 것 중 하나입니다. 화장실과 샤워기는 흠집 하나 없습니다. 이 곳에는 문자 그대로 흠이 전혀 없습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고, 숙박의 모든 면에서 과도할 정도로 도움이 됩니다. 아침에 무료 커피가 나오고 오후에는 핫 사이더가 나왔는데 좋았습니다. 날마다 로비에서 선물이 우리를 기다리고 있었습니다. 건물 뒤편에 카페/바가 있는데 동네 주변의 음식점이 밀집되어 있어 필요하지는 […] 않았습니다. Time's Square는 도보 5분 거리이지만, 좀 더 “현지”의 느낌이 나는 9th Ave는 훨씬 더 가깝습니다. 기차역에서 처음 이 호텔에 걸어오는 것이라면 걱정할 필요 없습니다. Port Authority Bus Terminal 바로 맞은편이고, 몇 군데 꽤 더러운 포르노 상점 아래쪽입니다. 호텔은 다른 4개의 극히 고급 호텔 옆에 위치해 있습니다. 따라서 문 앞에서 정말 안전합니다. 불만이 없습니다. 다음에 여기 꼭 오겠습니다. 더 보기

5월 25일부터 27일까지 숙박했다. 깨끗한 방, 탁월한 호텔, 직원. 편리한 위치. Times Square, Broadway 도보 이용 가능. 다시 올 것이다. 적극 추천한다.

호텔은 완전히 저의 허점을 찔렀습니다. 저는 많은 호텔에 머물렀고, 이 호텔의 두 배 이상의 객실료를 지불했습니다. 그럼에도 이 호텔에서 더 좋은 서비스, 방을 얻었습니다. 전반적으로 더 좋은 경험이었습니다. 이 호텔은 새 거고, 모든 것이 얼룩 하나 없었습니다. 현대적 스타일이고, 분위기가 좋습니다. 위치가 좋아서 Times Square에 도보 5분 거리이고, 지하철 옆에 있습니다. 로비에 무료 핫 애플 사이더가 있습니다. 방에서 무료 와이파이가 되고, 무엇보다 무료 미니 브라우니가 있습니다. 이 호텔을 다른 사람들에게 적극 추천합니다.

전반적으로 꽤 좋은 호텔. 사람들은 친절하고 전문적이었다. 유일한 단점은 Port Authority 바로 뒤에 있다는 것. 밤에 늦게 들어왔는데 어두운 거리를 섹스 샵을 지나쳐 걸어오자니 약간 당황스러웠다.

Times Square에 정말 가까이 있는 새로운 부티크 호텔. 정말 깨끗한 화장실, 방, 로비, 복도, 엘리베이터, 바-레스토랑. 편안하게 해 주고 싶어하는 직원들. NYC 기준으로 작지 않은 방들. ACE 노선 지하철이나, Port Authority 버스 터미널까지 2/3 블록 거리. 화려한 블록은 아니나 Ninth Ave.에 있는 탁월한 많은 음식점과 펀 드링크까지 도보로 매우 가까움. 관광객의 무모함을 넘어서는 또는 관광객이 무모하다고 느낄 정도의 Broadway 쇼. 늘어선 레스토랑들, 등등. 모든 것이 작동했다. 불만은 전혀 없다. 쌀 때 잡아라. 내 생각에는 여름까지는 남북쪽에 있는 비슷한 호텔과 수준으로 가격을 […] 올릴 것 같다. 더 보기

호텔은 정말 깨끗하고, 직원들은 진철하고 도움이 됩니다. 장식은 모던하고 밝습니다. 우리는 바로 들어올 수 있었습니다. 객실 정돈 시 초콜렛 뿐 아니라 브라우니도 두고 가서 놀랐습니다. 여기 꼭 다시 오겠습니다. Times Square와 지하철이 가깝습니다. 많은 곳에 갈 수 있는 좋은 위치입니다.

난 네이티브 New Yorker라 이 지역을 잘 알고 있어서, 여기가 편리하지만 아주 좋은 곳은 아니라는 사실을 안다. 호텔측과 전에 얘기했을 때 전망이 좋은 방을 얻을 수 있을 것이라고 생각했기 때문에 내가 도착했을 때는 실망했다. 방은 전화기가 없어서 하나 설치하기 위해 하루 동안 기다려야 했다. 내가 휴대전화를 가지고 있기 때문에 통상은 이게 별 일은 아니었을 것이다. 하지만 정말 문제는 층에 아이스 머신이 없어서 전화를 걸어서 방으로 하나 보내 달라고 해야만 했다는 것이다. 하지만 호텔은 정말 깨끗하고 호텔 직원들은 정말 상대하기 편했다. 지하철 뿐 아니라 times square와 the theaters에 대한 위치도 […] 완벽했다. 날씨는 추웠고, 돌아나니는 것은 쉬웠다. 모퉁이에 약국(duane reade)이 있고, 좋은 레스토랑도 이 지역에 널려 있다. 두 군데 유명한 영화관도 두 블록만 가면 된다. 부족하다고 생각한 것은 방에서 통상 너무 비싼 영화를 볼 수 있는 것이었다. DVD나 블루레이 플레이어가 없어서 실망스러웠다. 하지만 좋았던 것은 도착할 때 준 브라우니와 밤마다 객실 정돈 시 침대에 두었던 초콜릿이었다. New York을 방문하여 Broadway 쇼를 좀 보고 여행자들 구역에 있고 싶어 한다면 누구든지 여기를 추천하고 싶다. 나는 쇼를 보고 그 느낌을 갖고 싶어 하는 친구와 같이 왔다. 그렇지 않았다면 Gramercy park나 the upper West side같은 보다 더 친숙하고 현지인들이 사는 곳을 골랐을 것이다. 더 보기

I think the website overplays the luxury status of this property. It is nice, clean and comfortable. But the amenities are minimal, the lobby is so small it is uncomfortable. It feels like they shoehorned a hotel into a bowling lane. I was expecting a very quiet room with the airport grade windows but even on the 20th floor it was very noisy from sirens […] etc. I'd look a little harder for luxury next trip to NYC. 더 보기

Room was very quiet, bed was very comfortable. Room size was on par with, or slightly larger, than many NYC hotels. The shower was really great too. I come to the city for business, and this time, was going between Chelsea, Columbus Circle, Central Park East and Midtown, so hotel was very close to everything. Nice modern hotel, although they checked us into someone else's room. Am Coffee service was empty every day in lobby and the maid found it entertaining to throw your stuff away. But other wise, clean, modern & nice desk people.

Hotel Staff was great! Rooms are just nice as shown in Pictures. Beds are unbelievably comfortable and pretty good views from your room as well.

I was a bit dubious about the location (across from the Port Authority, just down from the parole office and a row of porn stores btw 8th and 9th), but the area is really picking up, and seemed totally fine now. It seems like they've totally gutted the place and redone it with high quality, modern stuff- including comfortable beds and nice showers, […] and they were very eager to please service-wise. I will say out of a handful of top NYC hotels I've stayed at in the past, The Distrikt Hotel NYC is by far the best hotel, I've stayed at. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff was amazing and always charming and ready to help. The room was spacious and very clean, and very comfortable. We stayed at Distrikt in March for 4 nights and had a great time. The room was spacious (considering the size of most boutique hotels) clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We were on the 31st floor and had a glimpse of the Empire state building and river. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We found the location excellent, close to Times […] Squares, other major tourist attractions, subway stops, and the Port Authority (which made it easy to transfer to the airports). I LOVED this hotel!! I rode the bus to NYC and it was right across the street from the bus terminal and subway station, within walking distance of Times Square, great location! Inside was so pretty! I enjoyed the coffee and iced tea in the lobby and the decorations were so pretty! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and they were able to store […] our bags before check-in and after check-out. The room was lovely, complete with a personalized welcome letter and brownie and then later a turn-down service with chocolates! Very nice hotel. Clean, very friendly staff, free new york times every day, coffee machine in your room, good location close to Times Square, the block where the hotel is located ( between 8th Av. and 9th Av.) is ugly but it doesn't bother me, it's safe. It's also close to the bus stop to the airport.

We found the hotel through a Hotels.com listing. We chose it based on reasonable price and proximity to the Port Authority Terminal because we traveled by bus. The Distrikt turned out to be an excellent choice. It is less than 1 block's walk from the Terminal. The immediate area has several restaurants and convenient taxi access. It is about 4 blocks' […] walk to Times Square and the tour bus routes. All hotel staff were excellent: friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and competent. The room was small but not at all confining. The bed was very comfortable, even for large people like us. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Furnishings looked new. The tile bathroom and shower were beautiful. The flat screen TV with lots of cable channels was an unexpected treat. When we stay in this area of NYC again, we'll use the Distrikt Hotel; our stay was so satisfactory that looking for another hotel surely would be a waste of time. 더 보기

Pleasant small hotel. Clean, well run. Especially pleasant staff. Not a nice block, but close to nice blocks.

I am from NY city and stayed there last week and really loved it. The location is a little annoying, as it is near port authority but overall it is a great place. Clean and really well designed. I would definitely recommend this place, especially over the gross hotels higher up in the theater district.

Great hotel, great location. Walking distance to the majority of the tourist hot spots, and very near a number of subway stations. The hotel is lovely and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Free internet throughout and computers in the lobby too. Room was a very good size, very comfortable and immaculate. Great bathroom, comfy bed, big telly […] and plenty of storage. The nightly "tomorrows weather" card was a really sweet touch. My only slight issue was the noice of the wind howling through the air-con unit, and the "turn down" service; during the day the beds are made up ready to climb straight into, then in the evening the duvet is folded right down so that you have to pull it up again before you go to sleep! The hotel is very new, clean and the pricing is very affordable. The location is close to times square and theaters. The street its on is not the best, but its not dangerous or scary if ur walking as 2 or more. The hotel is literally next to 2 other hotels and their cafes. We reserved a Grandview King room and it was just ok. Definitely not luxury. […] Nothing special. Nice counter in bathroom. But no decaf coffee or tea in room, just regular, even upon request. Hotel lovely! good location walked everywhere! close to bus for jersey gardens:-) The staff dont realise how much easier they made our trip booking taxis, helping with restaurants, locations and were always so friendly. Ill definitely go back again amazing city, great hotel!!

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location in the heart of New York but without the noise and discomfort that comes with being right in the middle of the tourist areas. The hotel room was perfect for our needs as a comfortable but reasonably priced space. We were located on the fifth floor and had no disturbance from the noise outside. The rooms […] are pretty basic but only in the sense that they are not flashy like some of the hotels in New York. The staff were all very attentive and helpful guiding us to a cute diner on 9th avenue and two blocks away for breakfast. We booked in advance which meant we got a great deal on the rooms. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for people who are simply looking for a comfortable and central base in New York which isn't too expensive. Central location, close to Macey's, Time Square, Empire etc. (all 5-7 min walking time). The stuff was great and always very kind. Our room was very silent (for NYC) and big enough for a city trip. This hotel is a good choice!

I was extremely pleased... I had gotten the hotel through a deal on hotels.com and so glad I chose it. The neighborhood is a joy to walk around, and the hotel itself, while quaint & smaller than neighboring hotels, was immaculately clean & organized. I was fortunate enough to have stayed the night of their 2nd anniversary, so there was a completely […] free party going on for their guests, including hip food from stylish street vendors, and a free drinks in the lounge. I actually wasn't feeling well so I declined the party but took some lemonade to my room. I'd mentioned not feeling too well to one of the staff members, so ten minutes after I got back to my room, a knock at my door revealed a bellhop with a huge carafe of water, some chamomile tea, and a lovely note from a girl at reception. Great Staff friendly staff. Perfectly located. Parking was right next door. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Highly recommend for a quick stay in NYC. I would recommend and stay here again. The price was perfect!!!

Staff was extremely friendly. There was warm apple cider at the reception which was a pleasant surprise. The room was in excellent condition. New, very stylish, beds were very soft and the bathroom impeccably clean with a neat bathrobe. My stay really cheered me up before an important interview. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and elegant hotel conveniently located next to Times Squares. We loved the accessibility to the subway as that was the main form of transport for our New York vacation. The free hot apple cider at the lobby was a wonderful treat after a day out in the cold. Oh yes, not forgetting my five year old son's favourite, chocolate left on the bed […] by the turn down service staff. Just a warning to those who apply for ESTA on your own without travel agent's help, do check that the website you are using is the official website by the US customs. I used another website, USA eServices, as it came up in the first few choices on search engine and I mistook it for the official website. I was charged EUR49.00 instead of the usual US$14!! When I complained, I was told that it was fees for extra services just like how lawyers charge their clients for doing their paper work! My friends and I stayed at Distrikt this past weekend and couldn't have been happier. From the moment we walked in, the staff devoted their full attention to us and were more than accommodating to our needs. Will definitely be back again!!

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Not the nicest of locations but we didn't encounter any problems.

Nice clean modern boutique hotel. Would stay there again. Breakfast and coffee were mediocre but luckily there is a Dean&Deluca café and deli nearby which is the perfect place to start your day. Only negative point of this hotel is their toilet paper which is of unforgivably poor quality, bring your own. Great location for shopping and theatre.
