I booked this accommodation due to the overall rating on Tripadvisor and all the reviews are very appropriate. I traveled alone so take this review bearing that in mind. I had emailed the hotel directly and asked for a room with a view, I got a view of a wall but on the plus side, I had a terrace so this actually suited me just fine, I was able to relax […] on a lounger (weather permitting only two days but that was ok). Room: Studio, very spacious and kitchen equipped fully. No point in mentioning incidentals really but the wardrobe door fell off as I opened it but was fixed the following day, these things happen so shouldn't even bother mentioning it. There is obvious wear and tear but I didn't feel the place 'dirty', it was clean but maybe a lick of paint in the marked areas in the bathroom, nothing that a little effort wouldn't fix. Reception: The couple of times I was at reception I noticed the barrage of questions to the receptionists (totally professional), they answered everyone with total patience and were well informed. I myself only had one question and that was to extend my check out time by 2 hours and was accommodated with a smile. My feeling is that nothing is a problem if you ask so don't come home and moan if you haven't tried to fix a problem if you have one. Dining: Food very good quality. Chef obviously puts effort into presentation. Only problem I'd have with dining room is I question why a place so big (and I was told they were full) did not promote the restaurant more. I dined alone on one night and there were only a handful of people another but on a night where it was themed as 'Steak Night', it was full. That didn't make sense to me as the same steaks were on the menu every night anyway but this night you could only order steak (which was very good by the way). Ok there was a pianist but why not have a musician every night and promote the restaurant on a nightly basis rather than just one night? BAR: Didn't exist. Again, this just went over m 더 보기

I booked into the hotel for 5 days to escape a frozen English February. I was on a budget, so booked a studio appartment, which looked fine on the website, and was advertised as having a pull-out sofa bed. I didn't mind this, but was delighted when I was taken to the appartment to find a proper double bed, a smart, clean appartment with glorious views […] of the ocean. I enjoyed a sunny breakfast every morning on my private patio, looking out over palm trees, swimming pools and the sea. Happy days. And very friendly staff. overall a good apartment with a great pool and nice beach near by i would say that the apartment is starting to look a bit tired and in need of a bit of upgrading but i we all had a really good holiday and the staff were very helpfull

Hotellet håller helt ok standard med trevlig pool och är ett erbjuder rimlig valuta för pengarna. Förväntningarna bör dock inte vara alltför höga då det är ett typiskt mellanklasshotell. Vi bokade via hotels.com där det utlovades havsutsikt. Väl på plats visade sig att vi endast hade utsikt över en stenmur. Vi klagade och hotellet skyllde på hotels.com. […] Jag vet inte vems felet var, men efter fyra dagar fick vi byta rum och fick då den utlovade havsutsikten. 더 보기

Det virker som dem fleste hotellene i algarve trenger fornying... Dette hotellet er ikke ett unntak. badene er værst... der er det mye stygt. men det funker så ok... Men skulle jeg betale fullpris ville jeg ikke vært 10% fornøyd. Betjeningen står på og er hyggelige og har gode engelsk kunnskaper så stor pluss der;)

Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge med usikt över den lilla bukten, men vi fick ett rum med utsikt över väggen mitt emot. Det står i hotels.com att det är fyrstjärnigt men det är det inte. Det är trestjärnigt, och inte ett särskilt bra trestjärnigt hotell. Vi bokade det för att det finns en bra inomhuspool som barnen skulle kunna använda vid dåligt väder. […] Vädret var dåligt, men poolen reparerades denna vecka och vi kunde inte använda den. Någon vettig kompensation fick vi inte heller. Utomhuspoolen är däremot fantastisk. Stor, rolig för barn och vuxna och med en härlig utsikt över havet. Hotellet har ett bra läget rent generellt 더 보기

Vi var fyra par som bodde där 8-15 oktober 2011 - alla hade lägenheter av olika typ och läge. Lägenheterna var stora och välutrustade, rent och snyggt överallt, trevlig personal. Läget är toppen med fint poolområde och endast några meter från havet - fin strand. Åker gärna tillbaka!

Trevlig personal med hög service. Läget är underbart vid stranden och havet. Oura ligger strax utanför Abufeira och därmed lite lugnare. Hotellet har områdets största pool. Det finns resturang både på hotellet samt vid stranden som var helt ok. Gång avstånd till stan. Hit kan jag återvända när jag längtar efter sol och bad.

Prima apt hotel en ligt aan het Oura Praia. Voordeel is als je gebruik maakt van dit hotel dat je met lift naar boven kunt en niet de steile helling hoeft te nemen. Apt hotel is wel gehorig maar dat is inherent aan de Portugese bouwstijl. Portugese stenen vloer en enkelwandige muurtjes. Er zitten veelal Engelsen in dit complex. Wij hadden dit keer de […] pech dat er een groep Engelsen een vrijgezellenweekend hielden in dit hotel. Met name de 1e nacht niet kunnen slapen vanwege lawaai. dag erna naar de receptie waar wij te horen kregen niet de enige te zijn die er iets van vonden. Hotel management had dit al opgepakt richting groep en waarschuwing gegegeven dat zij zich moesten aanpassen, zoniet en er zouden wederom klachten over geluid en gedrag komen, dat zij uit hotel verwijderd zouden worden. Daarbij ook vanuit management excuses richting de andere gasten. Hotel heeft een prachtig zwembad en vrijwel alle kamers zeezicht. Daarnaast wordt er ook veel aan entertainment gedaan voor de gasten maar vindt in februari veelal plaats in Club Praia da Ouro. Aan de achterzijde van het hotel ben je zo op de Strip, dit is het uitgaansgebied, maar ziet er heel armoedig uit. Je kunt wel redelijk eten bij Donaldo's maar wil je echt lekker Portugees eten dan via achterzijde hotel naar links naar Restaurant Aqua Vive zit naast discotheek de Kiss. Ziet eruit als een lokaal maar hier eten ook veel Portugezen en op donderdag Fado avond. Qua eten zijn met name scampis spies, zwaardvis of portugese biefstuk een aanrader. Aan de strandzijde heb je leuke eettentjes met name voor diner is Restaurant Borde Aqua een aanrader maar ook voor een heerlijk kopje koffie overdag met uitzicht op de zee. De houten strandtent is van mindere kwaliteit, matig eten en matige bediening. 더 보기
